The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
Character input methods, apparatuses, electronic devices, and media according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 through 10.
In an embodiment of the present application, fig. 1 shows one of the flowcharts of the character input method of the embodiment of the present application, including:
102, receiving a first input of a user;
wherein the first input includes, but is not limited to, a click input, a key input, a fingerprint input, a swipe input, and a press input. The key input includes, but is not limited to, a power key, a volume key, a single-click input of a main menu key, a double-click input, a long-press input, a combination key input, etc. to the electronic device. Of course, the first input may also be other operations of the electronic device by the user, and the operation manner in the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited, and may be any possible implementation manner.
It can be understood that the first input of the user may be a first input of a target position of the electronic device, or a first input of a target control on the text editing interface, where the target control is used to trigger starting of the automatic input function of the first character, and the target control may be displayed on an input keyboard required for inputting the character, or may be directly displayed on a file editing interface of the electronic device. The shape, size and other parameters of the target control can be reasonably set according to the requirements of users, and the application is not particularly limited.
In particular, the character input method is suitable for electronic devices including, but not limited to, mobile terminals, tablet computers, notebook computers, wearable devices, vehicle-mounted terminals, and the like.
And 104, responding to the first input, and displaying the symbol mark at the target position of the text editing interface.
The target position is a position where a character needs to be added, and the target position can be selected by the user, for example, when the user manually moves a cursor of an input keyboard to a desired position, the position where the cursor is located in response to the first input is the target position. The target position can also be automatically identified according to an identification rule preset by a system, for example, blank positions between characters of the identification rule are taken as the target position, that is, a blank space appearing in a file is taken as the target position.
In the embodiment of the application, the symbol mark is used for highlighting a target position where a first character can be input, and the target position is displayed differently from the position where at least one character already exists in the text editing interface through the symbol mark. The user can quickly identify the position where the first character is to be inserted, and the automatic character input position or the first character verification by the user is facilitated.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the system highlights the area where the punctuation mark is to be inserted, facilitating the user's checking and confirmation. Meanwhile, the area can be clicked, and after clicking, the system input method is automatically switched to a punctuation keyboard, so that a user can conveniently correct. Specifically, the symbolic mark may be a highlight mark, a text box, an underline mark, an annotation mark, or the like, and may be set reasonably according to the user requirement.
And 106, under the condition that the text editing interface comprises at least one character, displaying the first character in the display area associated with the symbol identifier.
The display area associated with the symbol mark, namely the character area required by inputting the first character, is related to the size of the character area set by the system.
Further, the first character may be predicted by performing an analysis process on semantic features of at least one character associated with the target location. The semantic features are analyzed by using the character prediction model based on the deep learning technology, the prediction accuracy is high, the predicted first character better meets the input requirement of a user, and the time cost for the user to search for the required character is reduced. For example, a character prediction model is implanted in the electronic equipment in advance, and the semantic features are input into the character prediction model to determine a plurality of third characters and the matching degree of each third character with the semantic features; the third character with the highest matching degree is used as the first character, so that the prediction and the input of the first character are realized, the input interruption caused by the fact that a user switches the keyboard back and forth is avoided, and the speed of editing the file by the user is improved. In addition, considering that the first character with the highest matching degree analyzed by the model may not be the character required by the user, the step of predicting the first character comprises the following steps: displaying each third character; and taking the third character indicated by the fourth input as the first character. Therefore, by displaying the third character, a more accurate character input prompt is provided for the user, and the time cost for the user to search for the required character is reduced while the input requirement of the user is ensured.
The character prediction model can be obtained through model training sample training. Specifically, the model training samples include preset semantic features, sample characters corresponding to the preset semantic features, and character types of the sample characters, for example, the preset model is trained according to the preset semantic features, the sample characters, and the character types of the sample characters, so as to obtain a character prediction model.
In an embodiment of the application, in the process of editing the text file, a user can trigger a character prediction function of the electronic device through the first input. Specifically, after the electronic equipment receives the first input, the target position of the character needing to be input is determined, and the symbol mark is displayed at the target position. The first character may then be analyzed by the at least one character of the target location to determine a first character, which is then added to the display area associated with the symbol identifier to display the first character. Therefore, the first character to be input is predicted, added and marked through the context, the quick insertion of the character is realized, the similarity of the first character and the character required by the user is guaranteed, meanwhile, the input interruption caused by repeated keyboard switching of the user is avoided, the time and operation of searching the required character by the user are reduced, and the smoothness and the efficiency of file editing are improved.
For example, an automatic symbol button (target control 602) is added to the input method keyboard. As shown in fig. 6, in the document editing interface, the user inputs "what is eaten tomorrow", at this time, the input cursor is located after "where", and at a place where a punctuation mark needs to be inserted, the user clicks an automatic symbol button, takes a character region after "where" as a target position, and highlights the character region (display region). The semantic feature of "what is eaten tomorrow" analyzes that the first character to be added is "? ", and display"? ", automatic insertion of punctuation has been achieved.
In an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 shows a second flowchart of a character input method of the embodiment of the present application, including:
step 202, receiving a second input of the user;
step 204, in response to the second input, updates the first character indicated by the second input.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first character is analyzed through the context semantic features, and when it is automatically predicted that the first character may be inconsistent with the character which the user wants to input, the user may correct the first character through the second input of the first character, so that the modified first character can meet the requirements of the user. Therefore, the user-defined correction of the first character is realized, the operation of inputting the character by the user is reduced as much as possible while the first character is ensured to meet the requirement of the user, and the creation efficiency of the user is improved.
It can be understood that after the user completes updating of the first character, the system automatically records the adjustment habit of the user, and trains the character prediction model by taking the updated first character and the semantic features related to the target position as a new model training sample so as to update the character prediction model, so that the updated character prediction model can better conform to the writing habit of the user, and more accurate character recommendation is realized.
In an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 shows a third flowchart of a character input method according to an embodiment of the present application, including:
step 302, receiving a third input of the user;
step 304, responding to a third input, displaying at least one second character;
for example, the second character may be a third character obtained by semantic analysis, or may be another character belonging to the same character type as the first character.
It should be noted that, in consideration of the definition of displaying at least one second character, the display number of the at least one second character may be limited, so as to avoid the influence of displaying too many characters on the appearance, simplify the items to be selected, and facilitate the user to quickly find the desired target character.
Step 306, receiving a second input of the target character in the at least one second character from the user;
in response to the second input, the first character is updated to the target character, step 308.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user needs to correct the first character, at least one second character can be displayed through the third input, and the user can select a target character from the at least one second character to replace the first character. Therefore, the personalized correction function of the first character is realized, the character prediction accuracy is further improved, and the inserted character can better meet the user requirements.
For example, in the scenario of the chinese system, when a user needs to add punctuation marks at the end of a piece of chinese text, the system automatically analyzes the contextual semantics to display "? "(first character). But the user is not satisfied with the punctuation recommended by the system, in which case, as shown in fig. 7, the user may press and add "? "to trigger the character correction function and to display 4 other characters in the display area. The user may update the first character of the display area by clicking on other characters.
Further, in the case where the first character is predicted by semantic features, the step of displaying at least one second character includes: and displaying at least one second character according to a display mode corresponding to the matching degree of the at least one second character and the semantic features.
In the embodiment of the application, a corresponding relationship between the matching degree and the display mode is prestored in the electronic device, and the display mode corresponding to the matching degree of the at least one second character can be determined through the corresponding relationship. Therefore, the at least one second character is displayed in different display modes, so that the user can distinguish the matching degree difference between the at least one second character through the display modes, the user is assisted to select the required character through the mode of displaying the plurality of first characters in a different mode, the time of searching the required character in the plurality of characters by the user is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of searching the character is improved.
Specifically, the display manner may be to enlarge or reduce the display of the second character, display the second character according to a specified color, or display the second character in an arrangement from large to small according to the matching degree, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the user presses the highlighted first character for a long time, a punctuation mark selector pops up on the screen, and the system displays different punctuations around the punctuation mark that needs to be replaced according to the probability (matching degree) of appearance of the punctuation mark in a clockwise order, wherein the higher the matching degree is, the larger the displayed area is, and the more the displayed area is, so that the user can conveniently find the appropriate punctuation mark.
In one embodiment of the present application, the step of displaying the first character comprises: the first character is displayed according to the character type.
Wherein the first input is for indicating a character type of the first character. Character types include, but are not limited to, at least one of: text, numbers, punctuation, and emoticons. That is, the automatic character input function of the electronic device can be used not only for adding symbols but also for adding characters, and the character types can be more types, such as chinese punctuation marks, english punctuation marks, and simplified chinese and traditional chinese.
In this embodiment, at least one matching rule for the first input trigger character input may be predefined for the electronic device in advance, where each matching rule corresponds to a different character type. Therefore, different character types can be matched through first inputs in different forms, the convenience of user input is further improved, and the accuracy of character prediction is improved conveniently.
It is to be understood that when a first input of the target control by the user is received, the first input is compared with the matching rule, and when the first input satisfies the matching rule, the first character is predicted according to the character type corresponding to the matching rule in response to the first input. For example, the matching rule is defined as inserting punctuation marks into the double-click target control, and then when the user double-clicks the target control, the punctuation marks are predicted through context semantics. The matching rule is defined as that words are correspondingly inserted according to the target position, and words and emoticons which need to be added are predicted through context semantics when the user presses the target position for a long time. Of course, a selection window for displaying the character type may also be triggered by the first input, the selection window includes three options of a text, a punctuation mark and an emoticon, and the user confirms the required character type by clicking the option.
Further, in case the first input indicates a character type, in order to facilitate the user to replace the first character, the at least one character that is triggered to be displayed by the third input belongs to a character type with the first character. Therefore, under the scene that the character type of at least one character displayed by default in the system is different from the first character, the user does not need to manually switch different types of characters, the operation steps of the user for searching for the required character are simplified, and the speed of the user for editing the file is further improved. For example, the system displays an english input keyboard for inputting english by default, but displays a first character having a character type of emoticon, and displays an emoticon in response to a third input, the emoticon including at least one emoticon different from the first character.
In an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 shows a fifth flowchart of a character input method of the embodiment of the present application, including:
step 402, determining a display area associated with the symbol identifier as a first display area under the condition that the character type is a target character type;
wherein the target character type is used to indicate two sub-characters associated with each other. For example, brackets, book title numbers, or quotation marks in punctuation; words in the text that occur in pairs, such as "not only … … but also … …", "… … because of … …"; or two identical or different sub-characters that are user-defined. The target character type may also be determined by the specific input mode of the first input.
Further, the symbol mark of the first display area may be displayed in a different display manner from the symbol marks of the other display areas to highlight the position where the first character of the target character type needs to be inserted.
Step 404, displaying the first sub-character in the first display area and the second sub-character in the second display area.
Wherein the first character comprises a first sub-character and a second sub-character.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user needs to input a character of a target character type, a display area associated with the symbol identifier is determined as the first display area. When the first character is displayed, the first sub-character is displayed in the first display area, and the second sub-character in the association relation is displayed in the second display area, so that the accuracy of the system recommending punctuation marks is further improved, and the situation that paired symbols are not paired is avoided.
For example, for punctuation marks appearing in pairs, such as left and right book name numbers, upper and lower quotation marks and the like, in order to improve the accuracy of automatic recommendation of the system, a user presses an automatic symbol key (target control) for a long time at a position where the punctuation marks appearing in pairs need to be input, the electronic equipment is automatically marked as paired punctuation mark areas, and the paired punctuation mark areas are associated and processed in a unified manner when the punctuation marks are automatically generated subsequently.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second display area may be a display area of a target character type that is the same as or adjacent to the first display area. For example, if only a left bracket needs to be inserted into the text, the second display area is the first display area. If only one pair of book name numbers needs to be inserted into the text, the former character area of the first character representing the book name is the first display area, and the latter character area of the last character representing the book name is the second display area.
In one embodiment of the present application, displaying the symbol identifications comprises: and displaying the symbol mark in a target display mode.
Wherein the target display mode is associated with the character type indicated by the first input. The target display mode includes color, size, shape, format, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the symbol marks are displayed according to the target display mode related to the character types, so that a user can clearly distinguish target positions belonging to different character types, the user can conveniently check and modify the target positions, and the file editing efficiency is improved.
For example, a red highlight mark is adopted for a target position where characters need to be inserted, and a yellow highlight mark is adopted for a target position where punctuation marks need to be inserted.
According to the character input method provided by the embodiment of the application, the execution main body can be a character input device.
