The embodiment of the application discloses interior trim structure and vehicle with interior atmosphere regulatory function of vehicle has realized the three-dimensional atmosphere sense of vehicle interior trim, and is with low costs, and simple process has solved traditional atmosphere lamp and has arranged the difficult problem.

The application provides an interior trim structure with an interior atmosphere adjusting function, which comprises a light source structure 1 and an interior skin; the light source structure 1 is used for projecting light rays onto the interior skin of the vehicle; the interior skin comprises a first projection area 21 and a second projection area 22, the surface roughness of the first projection area 21 is different from that of the second projection area 22, and the light reflectivity of the skin surface of the first projection area 21 is larger than that of the skin surface of the second projection area 22; the projection direction of the light source structure 1 matches the first projection area 21.
In some embodiments, the light projected by the light source structure 1 includes a central light and peripheral light, and the brightness of the central light is greater than that of the peripheral light. Preferably, the light source structure 1 may be a spot lamp, and in some embodiments, the driving power of the spot lamp is 0.2-0.5W. In other embodiments, the driving power of the spotlight is 0.2-0.4W. In other embodiments, the driving power of the spotlight is 0.3-0.4W.
In some embodiments, the interior skin further comprises a third projection area 23; the light reflectance of the third projection area 23 is smaller than the first projection area 21 and the second projection area 22; after the light emitted by the light source structure 1 is projected to the first projection area 21, the second projection area 22 and the third projection area 23 form a highlight area, a shadow area and a dark area, respectively.
The texture of the first projection area 21 is high brightness, the texture of the second projection area 22 is matte fine leather texture, and the texture of the third projection area 23 is matte coarse leather texture. The skin colors of the first, second and third projection areas 21, 22 and 23 may be different or the same, and preferably, the texture of the first projection area 21 may be highlighted and the skin color of the first projection area 21 may be black. Specifically, the matte fine leather grain may have a leather grain angle of 5 or less, and the matte coarse leather grain may have a leather grain angle of 10 or more.

The surface roughness of the first projection area 21, the surface roughness of the second projection area 22 and the surface roughness of the third projection area 23 are different, and the brightness of light is different, so that the visual effects generated by the first projection area 21, the second projection area 22 and the third projection area 23 are different, the brightness of some parts of the surfaces is enhanced after being irradiated, and the three-dimensional atmosphere of the interior skin of the automobile is realized.
The application projects the incident angle of light and the light opening size of light source structure on the interior covering of car through the luminance in each region of the light of adjustment light source structure, light source structure for need by the protruding covering region that shows, realize the profile highlight, the protruding molding characteristic.
In some embodiments, at least one of the first projection area 21, the second projection area 22, and the third projection area 23 has a concave-convex structure formed thereon.
In a preferred embodiment, the surface height of the first projection area 21 is greater than the surface height of the second projection area 22, and the surface height of the second projection area 22 is greater than the surface height of the third projection area 23, so as to form a distinct relief structure of the interior skin of the vehicle.
The three-dimensional atmosphere sense of the vehicle interior (the vehicle interior skin) is enhanced by changing the shapes and the concave-convex structures of the first projection area 21, the second projection area 22 and the third projection area 23 of the vehicle interior skin.
In some embodiments, the light source structure 1 is provided at a door panel of a vehicle and/or at a dome lamp of a vehicle. The light source structure 1 can be placed at a position where light is irradiated according to actual requirements, and the placement position is not limited.
This application arranges the space extensively and with low costs, just can reach whole car atmosphere sense and the third dimension of being lighted through installation (or a set of) light source structure, has solved traditional atmosphere lamp and has arranged the problem of difficulty.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the light source structure 1 is provided at a dome light of a vehicle, and the interior skin includes an instrument desk skin of the vehicle and/or a sub-instrument desk skin of the vehicle.
In further embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the light source structure 1 is provided at a door panel of a vehicle, and the interior skin comprises a door handle skin of the vehicle and/or a door trim skin of the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the shape at the interior skin is a line or a grid.
In some embodiments, the shape of the interior skin of the vehicle can be heart-shaped or other irregular patterns, and the pattern three-dimensional atmosphere effect can be obtained by the technical means of the design according to actual needs, personal preferences and the shape of the whole vehicle.
In some embodiments, the light source structure 1 comprises an rgb LED light source and an LED light source.
In some embodiments, the light source structure 1 is provided with a cover plate, and the light projected by the light source structure 1 forms a preset pattern on the interior skin of the vehicle through the cover plate. The preset pattern can exist together with the three-dimensional light sensation of the inner skin of the automobile, can be square, heart-shaped or cartoon animal pattern or other irregular patterns, and can be set according to actual needs and personal preferences.

the interior skin comprises a first projection area (21) and a second projection area (22), the surface roughness of the first projection area (21) and the surface roughness of the second projection area (22) are different, and the light reflectivity of the skin surface of the first projection area (21) is larger than that of the second projection area (22); the projection direction of the light source structure (1) is matched with the first projection area (21).
2. The interior trim structure with the vehicle interior atmosphere adjusting function according to claim 1, wherein the light projected by the light source structure (1) includes a central light and a peripheral light, and a brightness of the central light is greater than a brightness of the peripheral light.
3. The interior trim structure with the vehicle interior atmosphere adjusting function according to claim 1, characterized in that the light source structure (1) is provided at a door panel of a vehicle and/or at a dome lamp of a vehicle.

The interior trim structure with an interior atmosphere modification function according to claim 1, characterized in that the interior skin further includes a third projection area (23); the light reflectance of the third projection area (23) is smaller than the first projection area (21) and the second projection area (22); the texture of the first projection area (21) is high brightness, the texture of the second projection area (22) is matte fine leather texture, and the texture of the third projection area (23) is matte rough leather texture.
5. The interior trim structure with the vehicle interior atmosphere adjusting function according to claim 1, wherein the shape at the vehicle interior skin is a linear shape or a lattice shape.
6. The interior trim structure with vehicle interior atmosphere adjusting function according to claim 1, wherein the light source structure (1) includes an rgb LED light source and an LED light source.

Interior trim structure with ambience modification function in a vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that the light source structure (1) is provided at a dome lamp of the vehicle, the interior skin comprising an instrument desk skin of the vehicle and/or a secondary instrument desk skin of the vehicle.
8. Interior trim structure with ambience modification function in a vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that the light source structure (1) is provided at a door panel of the vehicle, the interior skin comprising a door handle skin of the vehicle and/or a door trim skin of the vehicle.
9. The interior trim structure with the vehicle interior atmosphere adjusting function according to claim 1, characterized in that a concavo-convex structure is formed on at least one of the first projection area (21), the second projection area (22), and the third projection area (23).
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising the interior structure having an interior atmosphere adjusting function of any one of claims 1 to 9.
