As shown in fig. 3, the traveling chassis is provided with a driving assembly 1 and driven traveling wheels. The driving assembly 1 is provided with two groups which are symmetrically arranged, and driven travelling wheels are arranged at four corners of the travelling chassis. As shown in fig. 2, the drive assembly 1 includes a drive wheel 14, and a drive shaft of the drive wheel 14 is connected to the servo motor 11 through a speed reducer 12. The driving component 1 is connected to the walking chassis through a connecting seat, and a damping spring 13 is arranged between the connecting seat and the driving component 1. The driving assembly 1 is a power source for driving the walking chassis to walk, the servo motor 11 is started to drive the driving wheels 14 to walk through the speed reducer 12, and the chassis stably walks under the action of the driven walking wheels.
In the invention, the roller conveying line 4 comprises a roller 43 and a motor reducer 41 for driving the roller 43 to rotate, wherein the output end of the motor reducer 41 is provided with a chain wheel which is connected to the chain wheel arranged at the end part of the roller 43 through a chain; the motor reducer 41 is started, and the roller is driven to rotate through the transmission of the chain wheel and the chain. The side of the roller conveyor line 4 is provided with a control button 44 which is provided with a control switch button.
In the invention, a limiting mechanism 5 is arranged on a walking chassis and comprises a limiting connecting rod, one end of the limiting connecting rod is connected with an electric push rod 51, the other end of the limiting connecting rod is a limiting claw 54 formed by bending and extending upwards, and a rotating fulcrum 53 is arranged between two end points on the limiting connecting rod. The point of attachment of the pivot 53 is here on the AGV body frame.
In the invention, the telescopic rod end of the electric push rod 51 is connected with a bracket 52, and two ends of the bracket 52 are symmetrically provided with limit connecting rods so as to realize stable limit. The support 52 is provided with a hinged seat, and the end part of the limiting connecting rod is hinged on the hinged seat.
In the invention, the electric push rod 51 is lifted to drive the limiting connecting rod to rotate along the rotating fulcrum 53, the limiting claw 54 moves downwards to remove the limiting, and the feeding and the blanking are convenient. The electric push rod 51 descends to drive the limiting connecting rod to rotate along the rotating fulcrum 53, and the limiting claw 54 moves upwards to realize limiting. The limiting mechanism 5 is provided with a limiting switch which senses the article conveying position so as to control the roller to stop.
In the invention, the front end and the rear end of the roller conveying line are respectively provided with a limiting mechanism 5 for controlling front and rear limiting. The front end of the walking chassis is provided with a laser navigator 2 for controlling walking guidance; obstacle avoidance radars 3 are arranged at the front and the rear of the walking chassis. The obstacle avoidance radar 3 is arranged on the diagonal position of the walking chassis.
The application method of the roller AGV comprises the following steps: 1) the goods are conveyed 4 to the terminal through a conveying line; the loading limiting mechanism at the front end falls down, goods are conveyed to the position of the unloading limiting mechanism at the rear end through the roller conveying line 4, the limiting switch senses that the goods are in place, and the roller stops running; 3) the traveling chassis drives the AGV to move to a destination, the blanking limiting mechanism falls down, and the roller operates to unload the goods;
