the light shield is used for isolating illumination outside the image signal acquisition module; the shading cover is arranged on the periphery of the light source and the camera, and is used for covering the digital camera, the light source, the cheeses to be checked and the grippers carrying the cheeses to be checked, shielding external interference light and not affecting the normal movement of each part of the track system;
the central control unit is used for controlling the coordination among the digital camera, the light source controller and the external trigger sensor; the central control unit is used for controlling the light source controller to start the light source and controlling the digital camera to collect the cheese image after receiving the image acquisition starting signal output by the external trigger sensor; and the central control unit stores the cheese image in the data memory after receiving the cheese image acquired by the digital camera and controls the light source controller to turn off the light source.

and the verification unit is used for receiving the corresponding relation between the predetermined gripper code and the variety transmitted by the interface module, and comparing the gripper code obtained by the gripper code identification module according to the variety of the identified cheese to be verified and the gripper code of the cheese to be verified to obtain a verification result.
