The infrastructure involved under the autonomic CTC comprises a CPU chip, a server, a storage device, a switch, a router and the like, and the involved basic software comprises a database, an operating system and middleware, and in addition, a security product based on a trusted platform and CTC terminal service software. Therefore, no matter from the CTC hardware architecture or software architecture, and from the application information related to information security, the autonomic CTC not only needs to re-perform architecture design and customized development from the business, but also needs to organically combine with the trusted platform for the software and hardware architecture of the trusted platform, and perform customized design from the aspects of data acquisition mode, state alarm mode, and the like.
Compared with the prior CTC system operation maintenance method based on general equipment, the operation maintenance method provided by the invention can carry out operation maintenance on the autonomous CTC system through customized data acquisition, state alarm and other technologies, can also meet the requirements of four levels of national key information technology facility protection and network security level protection, enables the safe operation maintenance technology and the CTC system key equipment to be more compact in self state, can effectively monitor the operation state of the autonomous equipment and a service program through monitoring and management on key maintenance information, access control safety maintenance information and the like of the autonomous CTC system key equipment, and can better manage the safe operation of the autonomous equipment, thereby achieving the transition from periodic plan maintenance or manual maintenance to real-time monitoring and preventive maintenance, namely through continuous monitoring of equipment state and continuous analysis of a security log, health situation and safety situation of the CTC equipment and the whole system are sensed, a situation sensing report is generated, and a user is guided to carry out preventive maintenance, so that the operation reliability of the autonomous CTC is improved.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.

1. An operation maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system comprises an uplink monitoring process and a downlink maintenance process,
the monitoring program collects operation and maintenance information in the uplink monitoring process, the operation and maintenance information is sent to the operation and maintenance extension set and the comprehensive maintenance server, and alarm and statistical information is displayed in the operation and maintenance terminal;
in the downlink maintenance process, responding to a security policy of an autonomous CTC system set by a terminal operator through an operation and maintenance terminal, and sending the security policy to the monitoring program through the comprehensive maintenance server and the operation and maintenance extension set, wherein the monitoring program enables the security policy to take effect in the autonomous CTC system;
the operation maintenance method for the autonomous CTC system is applied to the autonomous CTC system which adopts an autonomous server, an autonomous chemical control machine and an autonomous terminal, wherein the autonomous CTC system comprises an operation and maintenance terminal, a comprehensive operation and maintenance server, an operation and maintenance extension set and an equipment monitoring program.
2. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system of claim 1, wherein:
the uplink monitoring process comprises the following steps:
a data acquisition step: the monitoring program collects basic operation and maintenance information and autonomous safe operation and maintenance information of the autonomous CTC system, and sends the basic operation and maintenance information and the autonomous safe operation and maintenance information to the operation and maintenance extension set through the CTC station local area network.
3. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system of claim 2, wherein:
in the data acquisition step, network communication is established and a timer is started according to configuration information; if the timer is overtime, acquiring bottom layer data; and uploading data according to the configuration information, storing the bottom layer data and sending the data to the operation and maintenance extension set.
4. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system as recited in claim 3, wherein:
the establishing of the network communication and the starting of the timer according to the configuration information specifically includes: and reading the configuration information, establishing network communication according to the network configuration information in the configuration information, and starting a basic operation and maintenance information acquisition timer T1, a safety alarm timer T2 and a safety maintenance information acquisition timer T3 according to the timer information in the configuration information.
5. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system as recited in claim 4, wherein:
if the timer is overtime and collects the bottom layer data, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
whether a basic operation and maintenance information acquisition timer T1, a safety alarm timer T2 and a safety maintenance information acquisition timer T3 are overtime is judged in parallel, and if the basic operation and maintenance information acquisition timer T1 is overtime, basic operation and maintenance information is acquired; if the safety alarm timer T2 is overtime, collecting firewall alarm, user abnormal login alarm and abnormal access alarm lamp safety alarm information; and if the safety maintenance information acquisition timer T3 is overtime, acquiring a safety log.
6. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system as recited in claim 3, wherein:
uploading data according to the configuration information, storing bottom layer data and sending the bottom layer data to the operation and maintenance extension machine, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: if the configuration information configuration data uploading mode is change uploading, comparing whether the data acquired in the adjacent period changes or not, and if so, uploading and storing the data; if the configuration information configuration data uploading mode is forced uploading, uploading and storing the data; and reading the stored basic operation and maintenance data, the safety alarm data and the safety log, and compressing the basic operation and maintenance data, the safety alarm data and the safety log to the operation and maintenance extension.

the uplink monitoring process further comprises:
a statistical analysis step: and the comprehensive operation and maintenance server receives the alarm information of each operation and maintenance extension set, stores, classifies faults and performs statistical analysis, and the operation and maintenance terminal checks the statistical content and the alarm information.
8. The operational maintenance method for an autonomic CTC system of claim 1, wherein:
the downlink maintenance process comprises the following steps:
a strategy setting step: setting a security policy through the operation and maintenance terminal, and storing security policy information to a comprehensive maintenance server, wherein the security policy comprises a firewall in an autonomous operating system, a user authentication security policy and an access control security policy;
a strategy transmission step: after the operation and maintenance extensions send out the policy request, the comprehensive operation and maintenance server issues the security policy to each operation and maintenance extension, and the operation and maintenance extensions store the security policy;
and (3) policy updating step: and the operation and maintenance extension issues the security policy to the equipment in the independent CTC system for policy updating.

the basic operation and maintenance information comprises performance data, network card data, process data, port data and service state data of the autonomous CTC system;
the autonomous safe operation and maintenance information comprises a firewall, access control, identity authentication, autonomous credibility and other safety strategies and operation logs.

the uplink monitoring module is configured to collect operation and maintenance information by using a monitoring program, send the operation and maintenance information to the operation and maintenance extension set and the comprehensive maintenance server, and display alarm and statistical information in the operation and maintenance terminal;
