Detailed Description

The writing assembly 2 is composed of an inner frame 21, a base 22, a plastic plate 23 and a plurality of magnetic powder cartridges 3, the back of the inner frame 21 is welded to the base 22, and the base 22 is aligned with the bottom of the inner frame 21. A plurality of magnetic powder boxes 3 are stacked and placed on the base 22, the magnetic powder boxes 3 are communicated with the inner frame 21, and the plastic plate 23 is fixedly arranged on the front face of the inner frame 21.
A large amount of magnetic powder is placed in the magnetic powder box 3, the painting brush 6 is fixedly bound on the side edge of the outer frame 1 through a rope, the painting brush 6 is written on the outer side of the plastic plate 23, and the magnetic powder is adsorbed on the inner side of the plastic plate 23 along the moving track of the painting brush 6, so that handwriting is formed.
The front of the magnetic powder box 3 is welded with a plurality of pipelines 31, the front ends of the pipelines 31 are fixedly provided with nozzles 32, and the nozzles 32 extend into the inner frame 21. When the motor 52 works, the motor drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate, the rotating shaft 5 drives the fan blades 51 to rotate, and magnetic powder is sprayed out of the nozzle 32 along the pipeline 31 under the action of the fan blades 51, so that the sprayed magnetic powder floats in the inner frame 21. Since the brush end of the brush 6 slides over a partial area outside the plastic plate 23, static electricity is generated only in the contact area, and thus magnetic powder is adsorbed along the sliding track of the brush 6.
Holes 211 are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the inner frame 21, and a concave 25 is formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the inner frame 21. The excessive magnetic powder is discharged out of the inner frame 21 through the holes 211.
The four corners of the inner side of the inner frame 21 are fixedly provided with pressure measuring modules 24, and the top ends of the pressure measuring modules 24 are fixedly adhered to the plastic plate 23. The singlechip 4 and the battery pack are fixedly arranged on the base 22. The singlechip 4 is used for controlling the motor 52 and the pressure measuring module 24 to work.
The painting brush 6 generates pressure when writing on the plastic plate 23, so that the plastic plate 23 extrudes the pressure measuring module 24, the pressure measuring module 24 transmits the information of the detected pressure to the singlechip 4, and the singlechip 4 receives a signal to control the motor 52 to rotate.
The inner wall of the inner frame 21 is fixedly stuck with white background paper, and the surface of the background paper is coated with a smooth coating. Since the magnetic powder is black, providing a contrast-sharp white background plate facilitates viewing identification.
The plastic plate 23 is made of transparent plastic. As shown in fig. 7, the inner side of the plastic plate 23 is distributed with numerous small grids 231, and the inner side of the plastic is arranged in a grid shape to facilitate the retention of magnetic powder.
The novel blackboard eraser comprises an outer frame 1, and is characterized by further comprising a blackboard eraser 8, wherein one end of the blackboard eraser 8 is fixedly bound on the outer side of the outer frame 1 through a rope, a groove is formed in the bottom of the blackboard eraser 8, and a plurality of miniature electric push rods 82 are fixedly arranged at the top of the inner wall of the groove. The miniature electric push rod 82 is vertically downward, a storage battery 83 is fixedly arranged in the groove, a flannel 81 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the blackboard eraser 8, and the groove is sealed by the flannel 81.
In operation, the blackboard eraser 8 is placed on the plastic plate 23, and then the miniature electric push rod 82 stretches and contracts rapidly to knock the plastic plate 23 at high frequency, so that the magnetic powder of the plastic on the inner side of the plastic plate 23 is shaken off through vibration. The fleece 81 has a thickness of 0.5cm. The lint 81 plays a role of buffering and noise reduction. And the lint 81 is used for wiping off dirt on the surface of the plastic plate 23, thereby achieving the effect of wiping and cleaning.
The connecting frame 7 is characterized by further comprising a connecting frame 7, wherein the connecting frame 7 is in a cross shape, a handle 71 is welded at the center of the connecting frame 7, the end parts of the bolts 72 are aligned with four corners of the inner frame 21, the end parts of the connecting frame 7 are pivoted with the bolts 72, and screw holes 212 corresponding to the bolts 72 are formed in the front face of the inner frame 21. By screwing the bolts 72 into the screw holes 212 to fix the connecting frame 7 to the inner frame 21, the grip 71 pulls the connecting frame 7 outward, so that the writing unit 2 can be taken out of the outer frame 1, and the magnetic powder can be replenished.
The outer sides of the magnetic powder boxes 3 are welded with clamping blocks 33, and rubber bands 34 are sleeved between the clamping blocks 33 of two adjacent magnetic powder boxes 3. Which is used to fix a plurality of magnetic powder cartridges 3 together by means of a rubber band 34.
A plurality of slots 11 are formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the outer frame 1, and one end of the writing component 2 can be inserted into the slots 11. Thereby functioning to fix the writing assembly 2 within the outer frame 1. The bottom of the outer frame 1 is fixedly provided with a collecting tank 9, and the upper end of the collecting tank 9 is communicated with the bottom of the outer frame 1. The magnetic powder falling through the hole 211 falls into the collecting tank 9, thereby functioning to collect the magnetic powder by the collecting tank 9.
In summary, according to the blackboard device for writing by means of magnetic powder, by means of the principle of static electricity generated by friction, through the cooperation of the plastic plate 23, the magnetic powder box 3, the rotating shaft 5 and the fan blades 51, the painting brush 6 drives the fan blades 5 to rotate in the writing process outside the plastic plate 23, the magnetic powder is sprayed into the inner frame 21 from the magnetic powder box 3, static electricity is generated by friction during writing, the magnetic powder is adsorbed on the plastic plate 23, and handwriting is formed on the plastic plate 23.
