After finishing polishing the outer wall of the motor shaft, fixing the clamping motor shaft by using the grinding blocks 10 on the two sides, then starting the motor 28 to drive the butt joint head 15 on the fixing seat 29 to rotate, and further performing efficient smooth polishing on one end of the motor shaft, after stopping, moving the anti-skid block 12 inwards in the moving groove 14 to enable the anti-skid block 12 to be attached to and clamp one end of the motor shaft, then starting the motor 28 again to drive the motor shaft to rotate through the anti-skid block 12, and further enabling the butt joint head 15 on the moving seat 19 to perform efficient smooth polishing on the other end of the motor shaft.
When the motor shaft polishing device is used, after the outer wall of the motor shaft is polished, the grinding blocks 10 on the two sides are used for fixing the clamping motor shaft, then the starting motor 28 is used for driving the butt joint head 15 on the fixing seat 29 to rotate, and then efficient smooth polishing is conducted on one end of the motor shaft, after the motor shaft polishing device stops, the anti-slip blocks 12 move inwards in the moving grooves 14 to be attached to and clamp one end of the motor shaft, then the motor 28 is started again to drive the motor shaft to rotate through the anti-slip blocks 12, and then the butt joint head 15 on the moving seat 19 conducts efficient smooth polishing on the other end of the motor shaft.
