after the cone 4 and the large cylinder 3 are welded, suspending the driving part 1000 of the frame 1;
the circle supporting power device 70 retracts, the circle supporting sleeve 7 retracts in a displacement mode, the sector panel 61 retracts synchronously, the first power device 11 retracts, the tip cone 10 is dismounted, the conveying pipe guiding power device 80 is started to enable the conveying pipe guiding cone 8 to move towards the head of the shaft body 2 and extend out, and the cone 4 and the large cylinder body 3 are loosened;
the shaft support 1001 at the front section of the rack 1 of the automatic welding equipment is dismounted, the small barrel 5 is transversely hoisted into the rack 1, the pressing plate 9 is placed in, the shaft support 1001 supports the head of the shaft body 2 again, the fourth limiting hole 90 and the second limiting hole 22 of the pressing plate 9 penetrate through the limiting rods, the first power device 11 is started, and the pressing plate 9 enables the tail end of the small barrel 5 to approach the head end of the cone 4 so as to enable the small barrel 5 and the cone 4 to be in tight butt joint;
a driving part 1000 of the starting frame 1 drives the shaft body 2 to rotate, a welding gun nozzle is correspondingly welded after a joint gap of a workpiece to be welded is started, initial spot welding is carried out for fixing a position, and then continuous welding is carried out;
after the small cylinder 5 and the cone 4 are welded, suspending the driving part 1000 of the frame 1;
the shaft support 1001 at the front section of the frame 1 of the automatic welding equipment is detached;
the first power device 11 retracts, the pressing plate 9 is detached, the workpiece which is integrally formed after the large cylinder 3, the cone 4 and the small cylinder 5 are welded is hoisted and moved outwards, the next assembly welding is carried out, and the operation is repeated.

the first power device 11 retracts, the pressing plate 9 is detached, the workpiece which is integrally formed after the large cylinder 3, the cone 4 and the small cylinder 5 are welded is hoisted and moved outwards, the next assembly welding is carried out, and the operation is repeated.
According to the invention, the large barrel 3, the cone 4 and the small barrel 5 of the stirring equipment are welded by adopting horizontal automatic welding equipment, so that the problems that when the large stirring equipment is processed, the heights of the barrel and the cone 4 are high, and a crown block is limited by the height of a processing workshop, the cone 4 cannot be hoisted to the position above the barrel, the hoisting is needed by other equipment, and the processing process is very troublesome are solved;
the continuous welding machine is adopted for automatic welding, the cylinder and the cone 4 do not need to be welded by hands, the efficiency is higher, and the processing process is faster;
the welding quality can be managed in a standardized way, and the detection process can be faster;
the rounding component 6 is adopted to round and weld the large cylinder 3, so that the problem of deformation of the large cylinder 3 is avoided, especially when the large-inner-diameter cylinder is welded, the welding precision can be higher, for example, when the inner diameter of the cylinder is 2050MM, the welding precision of the cylinder can reach +/-0.15 MM.
