The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the horizontal hydraulic cylinder controls the movable frame to horizontally move through the horizontal piston rod, the movable frame stably and horizontally moves and adjusts along the guide rail through the sliding block, the horizontal movement of the movable frame drives the vertical hydraulic cylinder, the vertical piston rod, the lifting disc, the forming cylinder, the lifting column, the lifting block and the protection buffer to horizontally move and finely adjust, so that the forming cylinder is adjusted to be right above the forming cavity, meanwhile, the vertical hydraulic cylinder controls the lifting disc and the forming cylinder to vertically lift and adjust through the vertical piston rod, and an operator places an instrument sheet metal to be processed at the position of the forming cavity of the forming chassis; the lower end and the upper end of the protection buffer are protected through the lifting column and the lifting block, and the lifting column, the protection buffer and the lifting block are firmly installed through the locking block; the buffer effect of the lifting block is improved by the protection buffer, the buffer effect of the lifting disc and the forming cylinder is improved by the protection buffer through the lifting block, and the service life of the forming cylinder is prolonged; the vertical hydraulic cylinder controls the forming cylinder to vertically lift through the vertical piston rod, and the forming cylinder is used for stamping forming of the sheet metal for the instrument and the meter at the position of the forming cavity, so that the stamping efficiency is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a sheet metal groove forming device for instruments and meters comprises a base 1 and a forming die 2, wherein a forming chassis 3 is arranged on the top surface of the base 1, a forming cavity 4 is arranged in the middle of the forming chassis 3, the top of the forming cavity 4 is of an opening structure, a pair of guide rails 5 which are arranged in parallel are arranged on the top surface of the base 1, a movable frame 7 is arranged above the base 1, sliding blocks 6 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the movable frame 7, and the sliding blocks 6 are arranged on the guide rails 5; the base 1 is provided with a horizontal hydraulic cylinder 8, the front part of the horizontal hydraulic cylinder 8 is provided with a horizontal piston rod 9, the front end of the horizontal piston rod 9 is connected with the movable frame 7, the front surface of the movable frame 7 is provided with a vertical hydraulic cylinder 10, the lower part of the vertical hydraulic cylinder 10 is provided with a vertical piston rod 11, the lower end of the vertical piston rod 11 is provided with a lifting disc 12, the bottom surface of the lifting disc 12 is provided with a forming cylinder 13, the forming cylinder 13 is arranged right above the forming chassis 3, the forming cylinder 13 is in a cylindrical shape, and the edge position of the end part of the lower end of the forming cylinder 13 is a cutter point; the top surface of the lifting disc 12 is connected with the lower end of the vertical piston rod 11 through a connecting piece; the connecting piece includes lifting column 14 and lifting block 15, is equipped with protection buffer 16 between lifting column 14 and the lifting block 15, and lifting column 14's both sides all are equipped with locked groove 17, and lifting column 14, protection buffer 16 and lifting block 15's both sides all are equipped with locking piece 18, and locking piece 18's upper end is installed in locked groove 17, and locking piece 18's lower extreme is installed at lifting block 15's lateral wall.
According to the sheet metal groove forming device for the instruments and the meters, the horizontal hydraulic cylinder 8 controls the movable frame 7 to horizontally move through the horizontal piston rod 9, the movable frame 7 stably horizontally moves along the guide rail 5 to be adjusted through the sliding block 6, the horizontal movement of the movable frame 7 drives the vertical hydraulic cylinder 10, the vertical piston rod 11, the lifting disc 12, the forming cylinder 13, the lifting column 14, the lifting block 15 and the protection buffer 16 to horizontally move and finely adjust, so that the forming cylinder 13 is adjusted to be right above the forming cavity 4, meanwhile, the vertical hydraulic cylinder 10 controls the lifting disc 12 and the forming cylinder 13 to vertically lift and adjust through the vertical piston rod 11, and an operator places the sheet metal for the instruments and the meters to be processed at the position of the forming cavity 4 of the forming chassis 3; the lower end and the upper end of the protection buffer 16 are protected by the lifting column 14 and the lifting block 15, and the lifting column 14, the protection buffer 16 and the lifting block 15 are firmly installed by the locking block 18; the protection buffer 16 improves the buffer effect of the lifting block 15, the protection buffer 16 simultaneously improves the buffer effect of the lifting disc 12 and the forming cylinder 13 through the lifting block 15, and the service life of the forming cylinder 13 is prolonged; the vertical hydraulic cylinder 10 controls the forming cylinder 13 to vertically lift through the vertical piston rod 11, and the forming cylinder 13 is used for stamping forming of the sheet metal for the instrument and the meter at the position of the forming cavity 4, so that the stamping efficiency is greatly improved.
