the device comprises a pressure pump (82), wherein one end of a chute plate (21) on one side is provided with the pressure pump (82), a water pipe is connected between a second liquid containing tank (83) and one side of the pressure pump (82), and a water pipe is connected between the other side of the pressure pump (82) and one side of a collecting frame (81).
