1. A pulse vacuum pressure steam sterilizer integrated with a cleaning function is characterized by comprising a sterilization bin (1), a preheating water tank (2), a steam generator (3), a vacuum machine (4), a rotary spray head (5) and a steam pipe (6);
the interior of the sterilization bin (1) is divided into a cleaning cavity (7) and a cleaning cavity (8) by a partition plate;
a socket (9) is arranged on one side of the sterilization bin (1), a drawer (10) capable of being automatically opened and closed and stretching is arranged at the socket (9) of the sterilization bin (1), a cleaning frame (11) used for placing instruments is arranged on the drawer (10), the cleaning frame (11) can move up and down along the vertical direction of the bottom of the drawer, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the cleaning frame (11);
a drainage pipeline (12) is arranged at the bottom of the sterilization bin (1);

2. The pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer with integrated cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drawer (10) comprises a linear sliding table (17), a first connecting rod (18), a pull plate (19), a cover plate (20) and a sliding rail (21);
the slide rails (21) are provided with a pair and are arranged on two sides in the sterilization bin (1) in parallel;
the drawing plate (19) is horizontally arranged above the two sliding rails (21), the bottom of the drawing plate (19) is provided with a sliding strip (22) capable of sliding on the two sliding rails (21), and the cleaning frame (11) is arranged on the drawing plate (19);
the cover plate (20) is vertically arranged on the front side of the drawing plate (19), and the shape of the cover plate (20) is larger than the inner contour of the socket (9);
the number of the linear sliding tables (17) is the same as that of the sliding rails (21), the linear sliding tables are arranged above the sliding rails (21) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the linear sliding tables (17) are arranged on the inner wall of the sterilization bin (1);
