Further, the mustard type rapeseed oil is prepared by crushing sun-dried mustard type rapeseed, adding into a cooking pot, adding 3 times of water into the raw material mustard type rapeseed, and performing steam distillation.

Comparative example 2
A mustard type rape-aloe inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment ointment is composed of the following compositions in parts by weight: 5 parts of mustard type rapeseed oil, 20 parts of aloe juice, 8 parts of liquid paraffin, 2.6 parts of glycerin monostearate, 5 parts of glycerol, 1.5 parts of triethanolamine, 200.7 parts of tween, 800.6 parts of span and 2 parts of distilled water.
Further, the mustard type rapeseed oil is prepared by crushing sun-dried mustard type rapeseed, adding into a cooking pot, adding 3 times of water into the raw material mustard type rapeseed, and performing steam distillation.

Second, application effects
In order to verify the application effect of the product, the application experiments are respectively carried out on the products of the above examples and the samples of the control examples. 40 volunteers were recruited, aged 20-50 years, 5 per group.
(I) application test method and Effect
1. Human skin was opened and ruptured, 10 subjects, 5 subjects for the product of example 1 and 5 subjects for comparative example 1; the wound was cleaned and 5 products from example 1 and 5 samples from control 1 were applied to the wound 1 times a day, morning and evening respectively. The product of example 1 can heal the wound within 6-7 days, and can eliminate the mark on the face within 22-24 days; the sample of the comparative example 1 is not applicable, the adverse reaction of local red and swollen and painful feeling of the wound exists, the test of the sample of the comparative example 1 is stopped on the 2 nd day, and the product of the example 1 is used for testing after the wound is cleaned, so that the good effect is obtained.
2. Bacterial invasion causing spotting, rash should be tested 10 persons, the products of examples 2 and 4 should be tested 5 persons, control 1 should be tested 5 persons; the symptoms are: the acne is broken by hand under the uncleaned state, so that the surrounding discoloration and the eruption of skin are generated; the wound was cleaned and the product of example 2 and the sample of control 1 were applied to the patient's wound 1 time each morning and evening. The product of example 2 can heal the wound within 8-10 days, and the rash disappears after 18-22 days (see figure 1 and figure 2); the sample of the comparative example 1 is not applicable, the adverse reaction of local red and swollen wounds exists, the test of the sample of the comparative example 1 is stopped on day 2, and the product of the example 4 is used for testing after the wounds are cleaned, so that the good effect is obtained.
3. Acne should be tried by 10 persons, and each of the products of example 3 and example 5 should be tried by 5 persons; symptoms are bleeding, loss of sensation or function below the wound site, redness, pain or palpitations around the wound, swelling of regional tissues, pus-like drainage of chronic acne; the products of example 3 and example 5 were applied to the wound after breakfast and dinner, respectively, by first cleaning the wound. 5 persons tried the product of example 3, the topical treatment of acne disappeared within day 10, the scar acne became faded on day 21, and the acne was totally cleared (see fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5); 5 persons tried the product of example 5 and acne began to resolve after day 15, totally resolved after day 30 and returned to normal appearance after day 50 (see fig. 6 and 7).
4. Scar lightening and skin whitening should be performed for 10 persons, the products of example 6 and example should be performed for 5 persons, and the samples of comparative example 2 should be performed for 5 persons; the product of example 6 was applied to the skin of the patient 1 time each day, morning, noon and evening, with the skin being cleaned and the samples of the examples and controls being applied to the skin of the patient, respectively, to remove residual traces of acne and to restore the skin to a tender white color within 40 days (see fig. 8 and 9); the sample of comparative example 2 failed to change the skin and had an adverse reaction of skin itching, and the test was stopped for 5 days.
(II) application test example
Application example 1
Forest xx, male, 28 years old, with facial skin breakdown, started 5/3 of 2020, the wound was cleaned, the product was applied to the wound, after breakfast and dinner every day, the wound healed after 7 days and the face mark disappeared after 24 days using the product trial of example 1.

In the test using the sample of the real comparative example 1, after breakfast and dinner every day, the wound is cleaned firstly, the sample of the comparative example 1 is coated on the wound, the rash has local red and swollen adverse reaction, the test of the sample of the comparative example 1 is stopped on the 2 nd day, the sample of the example 4 is used for testing after the wound is cleaned, the wound is healed after the 9 th day, and the rash disappears after the 20 th day.
Application example 7
X, female, 21 years old, acne developed on the face with minor bleeding, beginning on 7/17/2020, topical acne disappeared after cleansing the face after 10 days, scar acne faded after 21 days, and acne was completely eliminated using the product of example 3 after every morning meal and before going to bed in the evening.
Application example 8
Wang x, female, age 29, purulent appearance on the face draining chronic acne, reddening of heat around the wound, swelling of regional tissue, beginning at 7 and 13 days 2020, using the product of example 5, after breakfast and dinner each day, the wound was cleaned first, the product was applied to the wound, acne began to subside after day 15, acne subsided completely after day 30, and the skin returned to normal appearance after day 50.

1. The mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty maintaining paste is characterized by comprising the following compositions in parts by weight: 0.5-1 part of leaf water distilled oil of mustard type rape, 0.8-1.6 parts of bee wax and a proper amount of distilled water.

The mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment paste according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following compositions in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of leaf powder of mustard type rape, 0.1-0.5 part of water distilled oil of leaf of mustard type rape, 0.8-1.6 parts of bee wax and 6-10 parts of distilled water.

The mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment cream according to claim 2, wherein the composition further comprises an aloe extract, the aloe extract is obtained by washing aloe leaves, wiping off moisture and skin on the surfaces of the aloe leaves, cutting into pieces, adding into a beater for beating, and pressing and filtering to obtain an aloe extract; the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of leaf powder of mustard type rape, 0.2 part of water distilled oil of leaf of mustard type rape, 1.2 parts of bee wax, 1 part of aloe extract and a proper amount of distilled water.

A preparation method of a mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty maintaining paste is characterized by firstly adding mustard type rape leaf water distilled oil, honey beeswax and distilled water into a mixer, heating under stirring, keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-30 minutes when the temperature is raised to 40-50 ℃, and fully mixing to obtain the mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty maintaining paste.

The preparation method of the mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty maintaining paste according to claim 4, is characterized by firstly adding 1/5 distilled water, mustard type rape leaf water distilled oil and bee wax into a mixer, heating under stirring, keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-30 minutes when the temperature is raised to 40-50 ℃, then adding the mustard type rape leaf powder slurry which is firstly moistened by the rest distilled water, and continuing keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-30 minutes at 40-50 ℃ for fully mixing to obtain the mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty maintaining paste.
6. The preparation method of the mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment paste according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the stirring rotation speed is 60-70 revolutions per minute.
7. The mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment paste according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the mustard type rape leaf powder is prepared by sun-drying mustard type rape leaves or air-drying at 80-90 ℃, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve.

The mustard type rape inflammation diminishing and beauty treatment paste according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mustard type rape leaf water distilled oil is prepared by cutting sun-dried or air-dried at 80-90 ℃ mustard type rape leaves or/and branch barks to 1-2 cm, adding the cut leaves and/or branch barks into a cooking pot, adding 3-5 times of water of the raw material mustard type rape leaves, and performing steam distillation to obtain the mustard type rape leaf water distilled oil for later use.
