The working method of the production equipment comprises the following steps:
obtaining a taxus chinensis extracting solution with the water content of 10% through an extracting bin 1, then entering a stirring bin 2 through a pipeline, and simultaneously adding a surfactant, a solvent and an additive into the stirring bin 2;
meanwhile, after the nano-taxus chinensis powder and the auxiliary materials are mixed uniformly, the powder composition is poured into the feeding opening at the top of the feeding bin 3, then the adjusting nut is rotated to drive the feeding bin 3 to move downwards to the required insertion depth under the action of the threaded rod 26, then the first driving motor is started, under the action of the first driving motor, the liquid composition is stirred through the first driving shaft 24 and the stirring disc 5, during the period, the deflector rod 25 stirs the material guide impeller 34 of the feeding bin 3 to rotate through the rubber soft plate under the rotation of the first driving shaft 24, so that the powder composition falls into the stirring bin 2 under the rotation of the material guide impeller 34, after the stirring is finished, the electric control switch valve is opened, the mixed taxus chinensis shampoo composition flows into the relay bin 6 through the pipeline and then is bottled,
wherein, in the process of extending the feeding bin 3 downwards, the third push plate 33 continuously pushes the first push plate 23 to overcome the elasticity of the elastic rope to move downwards, and simultaneously, in the process of extending the feeding bin 3 downwards, the second push plate 32 keeps the original position under the blocking of the slot 21, the downward extension of the feeding bin 3 enables the second push plate 32 to overcome the elasticity of the elastic rope to move upwards relatively, during the process, the first communicating hole 22 and the second communicating hole 31 are shielded by the compression and the extension of the flexible cloth,

the Chinese yew shampoo composition in the intermediate bin 6 is injected into the corresponding empty bottle right below the Chinese yew shampoo composition through the induction type injection nozzle 61, the driving disc 8 rotates to the sinking groove position of the special-shaped ring 84, the trigger plate 86 falls under the action of the counter weight, meanwhile, the trigger plate 86 pulls the push block 85 through the steel rope to overcome the elasticity of the spring 87 and push out the filling bottle (the filling bottle refers to the bottle filled with the Chinese yew shampoo composition) along the guide groove 82 outwards, then the filling bottle enters the conveying belt 10 to complete the conveying work, the guide groove 82 without the bottle rotates to the bottle pushing assembly 9 along with the driving disc 8 after the conveying is finished, as the trigger plate 86 falls and does not shield the guide groove 82, the empty bottle close to the guide groove 82 without the bottle is pushed into the guide groove 82 under the pushing force of the push rod motor 94, then the driving disc 8 continues to rotate, the empty bottle is separated from the sinking groove area of the special-shaped ring 84, and the trigger plate 86 moves upwards under the pushing force of the special-shaped ring 84, when the push block 85 loses the tension of the steel rope, the push block is restored to the original position through the spring 87, and the circulation of bottle filling, bottle unloading, bottle supplementing and bottle filling is carried out in a reciprocating mode.

The present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, except that the taxus chinensis shampoo composition is prepared from a liquid composition and a powder composition according to a mass ratio of 10: 1 stirring and mixing.

The present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, except that the taxus chinensis shampoo composition is prepared from a liquid composition and a powder composition according to a mass ratio of 5: 2 stirring and mixing.
Example 5
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the liquid composition comprises, in parts by mass, 10 parts of a taxus chinensis extract, 5 parts of a surfactant, 60 parts of a solvent, and 3 parts of an additive.
Example 6
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the liquid composition comprises, in parts by mass, 15 parts of a taxus chinensis extract, 7 parts of a surfactant, 90 parts of a solvent, and 5 parts of an additive.
Example 7
The powder composition of this embodiment is substantially the same as example 1, except that the powder composition includes, in parts by mass, 5 parts of nano-taxus chinensis powder and 2 parts of an auxiliary material.
Example 8
The powder composition of this embodiment is substantially the same as example 1, except that the powder composition includes, by mass, 10 parts of nano-taxus chinensis powder and 1 part of an auxiliary material.
Example 9
The embodiment is basically the same as the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the auxiliary materials comprise pharmaceutical grade titanium dioxide and selenium disulfide powder according to a mass ratio of 40: 1, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1.
Example 10
The embodiment is basically the same as the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the auxiliary materials comprise pharmaceutical grade titanium dioxide and selenium disulfide powder according to the mass ratio of 20: 1, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1.
Examples of the experiments
1. Allergy test
Selecting 200 mice, randomly dividing the mice into 10 groups, shaving the same parts of the mice, respectively smearing the shaving areas with the same dose (3mL) of the Taxus chinensis shampoo composition, and observing the skin of the mice after 12h without erythema or edema.
2. Oil control and anti-drop effect test
400 cases of volunteers with oily hair and alopecia between 20-40 years old were selected as test subjects, and divided into 10 groups of 40 cases at random, and after 7 days of continuous shampooing, the use condition was observed,
based on the example 1, the auxiliary materials in the powder composition are removed and the nano-taxus chinensis powder is used for complementing, other conditions are not changed, and the powder composition is marked as the comparative example 1,
the effect is shown: after the hair conditioner is used, the hair is free of grease and dandruff and is dry and comfortable without uncomfortable feeling;
the method has the following advantages: the hair oil is improved, dandruff is reduced, and discomfort is avoided;
and (4) invalidation: after the hair cream is used, hair grease and dandruff are not obviously changed before the hair cream is used;
each of the above-mentioned yew shampoo compositions was prepared using the apparatus and preparation method of example 2, and the research results are shown in table 1 below:

And (4) conclusion: as can be seen from the results in Table 1, the effective rates of examples 1-10 are all above 95%, wherein as can be seen from the significant efficiency,
1) compared with the examples 3 and 4, the liquid composition and the powder composition are different in proportion, and the example 1 is relatively more excellent;
2) compared with the liquid compositions of examples 5 and 6, the liquid composition of example 1 has a relatively better proportioning ratio;
3) compared with examples 7 and 8, the powder composition in example 1 has a better ratio than that in example 1, and compared with comparative example 1, the effective amount and the significant efficiency of the powder composition are reduced when no auxiliary material is added;
4) compared with the examples 9 and 10, the example 1 has better auxiliary material proportioning ratio than the example 1.

Claims (9)

1. The oil-control anti-dropping taxus chinensis shampoo composition is characterized by comprising a liquid composition and a powder composition in a mass ratio of 5: (0.5-2) stirring and mixing,
the liquid composition comprises, by mass, 10-15 parts of a Chinese yew extract, 5-7 parts of a surfactant, 60-90 parts of a solvent and 3-5 parts of an additive, and the powder composition comprises, by mass, 5-10 parts of nano-yew powder and 1-2 parts of an auxiliary material,
the auxiliary materials comprise pharmaceutical grade titanium dioxide and selenium disulfide powder according to a mass ratio of 20: (0.5-1) in proportion.
2. The oil-control anti-dropping taxus chinensis shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additive comprises a conditioner, an emulsion stabilizer, essence and a preservative, and the conditioner, the emulsion stabilizer, the essence and the preservative are (2-5) in parts by mass: (0.5-1): (0.5-1): (0.3-0.5); the conditioner is guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the emulsion stabilizer is coco glucoside; the essence is rose essence; the preservative is dimethylol dimethyl hydantoin.
3. The oil-control and anti-dropping taxus chinensis shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is prepared from sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine according to a mass ratio of (2-5): 3, mixing.
4. The oil-control anti-dropping taxus chinensis shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solvent is water and propylene glycol in a volume ratio of 50: (3-7) in the above-mentioned solvent.
5. The oil-control anti-dropping taxus chinensis shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials are pharmaceutical grade titanium dioxide and selenium disulfide powder according to a mass ratio of 20: (0.5-1) mixed composition.
6. Production equipment of an oil control and anti-falling taxus chinensis shampoo composition is characterized by comprising an extraction bin (1) for preparing and obtaining taxus chinensis extracting solution, a stirring bin (2) for stirring and mixing a liquid composition and a powder composition, a feeding bin (3) for mixing and adding the powder composition and a bottling component for packaging the shampoo composition;
the extraction bin (1) is arranged on the upper top surface of the stirring bin (2), and the extraction bin (1) is communicated with the stirring bin (2) through a pipeline;
the stirring bin (2) is characterized in that a plurality of groups of slots (21) for inserting and matching the feeding bin (3) are circumferentially arranged on the upper portion of the side wall of the stirring bin (2), a first connecting hole (22) communicated with the inside of the stirring bin (2) is formed in the slot (21), a first push plate (23) capable of matching the feeding bin (3) and longitudinally inserting into the feeding bin to move up and down is arranged on the first connecting hole (22), the lower bottom surface of the first push plate (23) is connected with the lower end hole wall of the first connecting hole (22) through a connected flexible cloth (4), the upper top surface of the first push plate (23) is connected with the upper end hole wall of the first connecting hole (22) through a connected elastic rope (41),

a second communicating hole (31) is formed in the side wall of one side, corresponding to the first communicating hole (22), of the feeding bin (3), a second push plate (32) capable of being matched with the slot (21) to push the stopper to move up and down is arranged on the second communicating hole (31), the lower bottom surface of the second push plate (32) is connected with the lower end hole wall of the second communicating hole (31) through an elastic rope (41) connected with the lower end hole wall of the second communicating hole, the upper top surface of the second push plate (32) is connected with the upper end hole wall of the second communicating hole (31) through a flexible cloth (4) connected with the upper end hole wall of the second communicating hole, a third push plate (33) used for pushing the first push plate (23) is arranged on the side wall of the feeding bin (3) below the second communicating hole (31),
