Then the electromagnetic device stops working, the magnetism disappears, meanwhile, the valve closes the third channel port 17, the fourth channel port 7 communicated with the atmosphere is opened, meanwhile, the second channel port 14 is opened, the negative pressure in the physiotherapy cup 1 disappears, the ferromagnetic material and the soft rubber sleeve 10 move downwards under the action of gravity and the elastic force of the soft rubber sleeve 10, the skin muscle tissue recovers, and the traction and recovery actions of the back massage physiotherapy instrument on the skin muscle tissue are completed.

In some embodiments, a spring 23 is disposed inside the soft rubber sleeve 10, one end of the spring 23 is connected to the ferromagnetic material, and the other end of the spring 23 is connected to the electromagnetic device.
The spring 23 is arranged in the soft rubber sleeve 10, and the skin muscle tissue recovery operation is realized by utilizing the elasticity of the spring 23, so that the working time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, a plurality of soft rubber sleeves 10 are arranged in the cover body 11 of the physiotherapy cup 1, and the plurality of soft rubber sleeves 10 are respectively fixedly connected with the cover head 12.
A plurality of soft rubber sleeves 10 can be arranged in the cover body 11 of the physiotherapy cup 1, namely one soft rubber sleeve 10 or two soft rubber sleeves 10 can be arranged, more than two soft rubber sleeves 10 can be arranged, and the quantity of the soft rubber sleeves 10 in the physiotherapy cup 1 is not limited in the application.
In some embodiments, the massage physiotherapy apparatus comprises a plurality of physiotherapy cups 1 and a plurality of connecting pipes, and the plurality of physiotherapy cups 1 are connected with one end of the air pipe 3 far away from the vacuum pump 22 through the plurality of connecting pipes.
The plurality of connecting pipes include a plurality of tee pipes 5 and a plurality of cross pipes. When a plurality of physiotherapy cups 1 are combined into a row, a plurality of three-way pipe fittings 5 are needed to connect the plurality of physiotherapy cups 1; when a plurality of physiotherapy cups 1 are combined into two rows, a plurality of four-way pipe fittings or a plurality of three-way pipe fittings 5 are needed to connect the two rows of physiotherapy cups 1.
In some embodiments, the plurality of physiotherapy cups 1 is provided as N sets of physiotherapy assemblies, N being equal to or greater than 1, and the Nth set of physiotherapy assemblies is provided with N physiotherapy cups 1, N being equal to or greater than 1.
N can be 4, 5, 6 and other numerical values, and the application is not limited; meanwhile, the value of n can be numerical values such as 1, 2 and the like, and the application is not limited.
In some embodiments, the massage physiotherapy apparatus further comprises a silica gel pad 6, the silica gel pad 6 is fixedly connected with the physiotherapy cup 1, the silica gel pad 6 and the physiotherapy cup 1 are of an integrally formed structure, and the silica gel pad 6 is made of the same material as the physiotherapy cup 1.
Before the back massage physiotherapy instrument works, one surface of the silica gel pad 6 is contacted with the skin on the back of a human body, and the silica gel pad 6 is tightly attached to the skin, so that the silica gel pad 6, the physiotherapy pots 1 and the skin of the human body are sealed. Because of human back is not the plane, the material of silica gel pad 6 itself is softer, and silica gel pad 6 also is used for adapting to human curvilinear change, can reach the height change of self-adaptation jar, realizes the better sealed of silica gel pad 6 and human skin.
The silica gel pad 6 is made of the same material as the physiotherapy cup 1, and can also be made of other materials which do not irritate the skin of the human body, such as soft rubber materials. The silica gel pad 6 and the physiotherapy cups 1 are of a one-time integrated structure, so that the size and the shape of the physiotherapy cups 1 are the same, and the treatment effect of each group of physiotherapy components is the same when the back of a human body is massaged.
In some embodiments, the valve is a solenoid valve 15, the solenoid valve 15 includes a first port 151, a second port 152, a third port 153, and a fourth port 154, the first port 151 is connected to the first port 13, the second port 152 is connected to the second port 14, the third port 153 is connected to the third port 17, and the fourth port 154 is connected to the fourth port 7;
the solenoid valve 15 further comprises a first valve 155 and a second valve 156, the first valve 155 is used for opening or closing the second passage port 14; the second valve 156 is used to open or close the third port 17, and the second valve 156 is also used to open or close the fourth port 7.
The electromagnetic valve 15 can have four ports, five ports and more than 5 ports, and the number of the ports of the electromagnetic valve 15 is determined according to the number of the soft rubber sleeves 10 in the physiotherapy cup 1. When there is a soft gum cover 10 in physiotherapy cup 1, solenoid valve 15 has four ports, when there are two soft gum covers 10 in physiotherapy cup 1, solenoid valve 15 has 5 ports, and wherein two ports of solenoid valve 15 are connected with the passway mouth of two soft gum covers 10 respectively, analogize in proper order, when physiotherapy cup 1 has more than two soft gum covers 10, solenoid valve 15 has more than five ports.
The electromagnetic valve 15 is used for opening or closing a passage port connected with the air pipe 3, opening or closing a passage port connected with the atmosphere, and opening or closing a passage port at the position where the cover head 12 is connected with the cover body 11, so as to assist in finishing traction or recovery action of the massage physical therapy device on skin and muscle tissues.
In some embodiments, the electromagnetic device includes an electromagnet 20 and a magnetic base 19, the electromagnet 20 is disposed in the magnetic base 19, and the ferromagnetic material is a ferrous material with a pore structure.
The electromagnetic device generates magnetism when working, has attraction to the ferromagnetic material arranged at the bottom opening of the soft rubber sleeve 10, and assists in finishing further upward traction to skin and muscle tissues. When the electromagnetic device does not work, the magnetic force disappears, and the ferromagnetic material moves downwards according to the self gravity to assist in finishing the recovery action of the skin and muscle tissues.
In some embodiments, the controller 2 includes a power source 16 and a control board 21, the power source 16 is electrically connected to the control board 21, the electromagnet 20 is electrically connected to the control board 21 through a wire 4, the electromagnetic valve 15 is electrically connected to the control board 21 through a wire 4, and the vacuum pump 22 is electrically connected to the control board 21 through a wire 4.
The power source 16 provides power to the entire back massage physiotherapy apparatus, and the power source 16 may be a battery, which may be a primary battery or a secondary battery, or an external power source. The control panel 21 controls the vacuum pump 22 to work, so that the air pressure in the physiotherapy cup 1 is reduced, and the skin muscle tissue is pulled upwards; the control panel 21 controls the electromagnetic valve 15 to work, and controls the valve to open or close a certain channel port to assist in finishing upward traction or downward recovery action on skin muscle tissues; the control panel 21 controls the electromagnetic device to work to generate magnetism, and upward attraction is provided for the ferromagnetic material at the bottom opening of the soft rubber sleeve 10, so that upward traction on skin and muscle tissues is further realized.
In some embodiments, the controller 2 includes a housing, and the housing has a control switch 9 and a power switch 8 disposed on an outer surface thereof, the power switch 8 is electrically connected to the control board 21, and the control switch 9 is electrically connected to the control board 21.
The power switch 8 can realize the power-on or power-off of the power supply 16 to the whole back massage physiotherapy instrument. The control switch 9 is provided with a control key for controlling the operation or stop of the vacuum pump 22, and a control key for controlling the operation or stop of the electromagnetic valve 15 and the electromagnetic device. The control switch 9 is also provided with functions such as working mode, working intensity, working time setting and the like.
Taking the back massage physiotherapy instrument comprising four groups of physiotherapy components as an example, regarding the setting of the working mode, if the massage sequence can be set, in the working process of the back massage physiotherapy instrument, the first group of physiotherapy components can be selected to be firstly used for traction, then the second group of physiotherapy components can be selected to be used for traction, and so on; the fourth group of physiotherapy components can be selected to be used for traction, the third group of physiotherapy components can be selected to be used for traction, and the rest can be done; the first group to the fourth group of physiotherapy components can also be selected to carry out traction work simultaneously; the physiotherapy components of one group or two groups can be selected according to the use condition of the user; the working mode comprises a plurality of modes, and the user can select and use the physiotherapy assembly at the corresponding position according to different requirements.
Regarding the setting of the working strength, for example, the air pressure can be set, and the smaller the air pressure, the higher the traction height of the skin and muscle tissues, the greater the working strength; the higher the set air pressure is, the lower the traction height of the skin and muscle tissues is, and the smaller the working strength is; setting the size of the suction force of the electromagnetic device, wherein the larger the suction force is, the higher the traction height of skin muscle tissues is, and the larger the working strength is; conversely, the smaller the suction force, the lower the traction height of the skin and muscle tissues, and the smaller the working strength. The user can set different air pressure and suction according to the self requirement.
The setting of the working time refers to setting the total working time of the back massage physiotherapy instrument, for example, setting the total working time to 10min, 15min, 20min, etc., so that the user can set the working time suitable for himself according to his own needs.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-6, this embodiment 1 provides a massage physiotherapy cup 1 with four sets of physiotherapy components, each physiotherapy cup 1 has a soft rubber sleeve 10, and the back massage physiotherapy apparatus structure without a spring 23 in the soft rubber sleeve 10 has the following specific structure: four physiotherapy subassemblies and silica gel pad 6 fixed connection, every physiotherapy subassembly of group includes two physiotherapy jars 1, sets up a soft gum cover 10 in the cover body 11 of every physiotherapy jar 1, the one end and the cover head 12 fixed connection of soft gum cover 10, and the iron sheet 18 that has the pore structure is connected to soft gum cover 10 bottom open-ended position. An electromagnetic device and a first channel port 13 are arranged at the connecting position of the soft rubber sleeve 10 and the cover head 12, wherein the electromagnetic device comprises an electromagnet 20 and a magnetic seat 19, and the electromagnet 20 is arranged in the magnetic seat 19; a second channel opening 14 is arranged at the position where the hood head 12 is connected with the hood body 11, a third channel opening 17 and a fourth channel opening 7 are arranged in the direction where the hood head 12 is far away from the hood body 11, the third channel opening 17 is connected with the air pipe 3, the fourth channel opening 7 is communicated with the atmosphere, a circulation area for gas circulation is formed among the first channel opening 13, the second channel opening 14, the third channel opening 17 and the fourth channel opening 7, an electromagnetic valve 15 is arranged, a first port 151 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the first channel opening 13, a second port 152 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the second channel opening 14, a third port 153 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the third channel opening 17, and a fourth port 154 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the fourth channel opening 7; the solenoid valve 15 includes a first valve 155 and a second valve 156, the first valve 155 being used to open or close the second passage port 14; the second valve 156 is used to open or close the third port 17, and the second valve 156 is also used to open or close the fourth port 7. Each group of physiotherapy components are connected with an air pipe 3 through a tee pipe fitting 5, one end of the air pipe 3, which is far away from the physiotherapy cup 1, is connected with a vacuum pump 22, and the vacuum pump 22 is arranged in the controller 2. The controller 2 is also internally provided with a control panel 21 and a power supply 16, the vacuum pump 22 is electrically connected with the control panel 21 through a wire 4, the control panel 21 is electrically connected with the power supply 16 through a wire 4, the control panel 21 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 15 through a wire 4, and the control panel 21 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic device through a wire 4. The outer surface of the shell of the controller 2 is provided with a power switch 8 and a control switch 9, the power switch 8 is electrically connected with the control panel 21 through a lead 4, and the control switch 9 is electrically connected with the control panel 21 through the lead 4.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic view of the internal structure of a physiotherapy cup 1 according to embodiment 2, embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that a spring 23 is disposed in each soft rubber sleeve 10, one end of the spring 23 is connected to an electromagnetic device, one end of the spring 23 away from the electromagnetic device is connected to an iron sheet 18, and the rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the massage physiotherapy cup 1 provided in this embodiment 3 has four sets of physiotherapy components, two soft rubber sleeves 10 are provided in each physiotherapy cup 1, and the back massage physiotherapy instrument structure without the spring 23 in the soft rubber sleeve 10 has the following specific structure: four physiotherapy subassemblies and silica gel pad 6 fixed connection, every physiotherapy subassembly includes a physiotherapy jar 1, sets up two soft gum cover 10 in the cover body 11 of every physiotherapy jar 1, and the one end and the cover head 12 fixed connection of every soft gum cover 10, and the iron sheet 18 that has the pore structure is connected to the open-ended position in every soft gum cover 10 bottom. For the convenience of distinction, the two soft rubber sleeves 10 are named as a first soft rubber sleeve 101 and a second soft rubber sleeve 102. A first electromagnetic device and a first passage port 13 are arranged at the connecting position of the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the cover head 12, a second electromagnetic device and a fifth passage port 24 are arranged at the connecting position of the second soft rubber sleeve 102 and the cover head 12, wherein the first electromagnetic device and the second electromagnetic device have the same structure and comprise an electromagnet 20 and a magnetic base 19, and the electromagnet 20 is arranged in the magnetic base 19; a second channel opening 14 is arranged at the position where the cover head 12 is connected with the cover body 11, a third channel opening 17 and a fourth channel opening 7 are arranged in the direction where the cover head 12 is far away from the cover body 11, the third channel opening 17 is connected with the air pipe 3, the fourth channel opening 7 is communicated with the atmosphere, a circulation area for circulating air is formed among the first channel opening 13, the second channel opening 14, the third channel opening 17, the fourth channel opening 7 and the fifth channel opening 24, an electromagnetic valve 15 is arranged in the circulation area, the electromagnetic valve 15 is provided with five ports, the first port 151 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the first channel opening 13, the second port 152 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the second channel opening 14, the third port 153 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the third channel opening 17, the fourth port 154 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the fourth channel opening 7, and the fifth port 157 of the electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the fifth channel opening 24; the solenoid valve 15 includes a first valve 155 and a second valve 156, the first valve 155 being used to open or close the second passage port 14; the second valve 156 is used to open or close the third port 17, and the second valve 156 is also used to open or close the fourth port 7. Each group of physiotherapy components are connected with an air pipe 3 through a tee pipe fitting 5, one end of the air pipe 3, which is far away from the physiotherapy cup 1, is connected with a vacuum pump 22, and the vacuum pump 22 is arranged in the controller 2. The controller 2 is also internally provided with a control panel 21 and a power supply 16, the control panel 21 is electrically connected with the vacuum pump 22 through a wire 4, the control panel 21 is electrically connected with the power supply 16 through a wire 4, the control panel 21 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 15 through a wire 4, and the control panel 21 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic device through a wire 4. The outer surface of the shell of the controller 2 is provided with a power switch 8 and a control switch 9, the power switch 8 is electrically connected with the control panel 21 through a lead 4, and the control switch 9 is electrically connected with the control panel 21 through the lead 4.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 9, which is a schematic view of the internal structure of a physiotherapy cup 1 according to embodiment 4, embodiment 4 is different from embodiment 3 in that a spring 23 is disposed in each soft rubber sleeve 10, one end of the spring 23 is connected to an electromagnetic device, and the end of the spring 23 away from the electromagnetic device is connected to an iron sheet 18, and the rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 3.
The back massage physiotherapy instrument provided by the embodiment 1-4 has the same working process, and is mainly characterized in that when no spring 23 is arranged in the soft rubber sleeve 10, the iron sheet 18 and the soft rubber sleeve 10 need to move downwards under the action of gravity and the elastic force of the soft rubber sleeve 10 to finish the recovery action of skin and muscle tissues; when the spring 23 is arranged in the soft rubber sleeve 10, the iron sheet 18 and the soft rubber sleeve 10 move downwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 23 to finish the recovery action of skin and muscle tissues.
The working process of the back massage physiotherapy instrument is described in detail below by taking the embodiment 4 as an example:
when in treatment, the back of a human body is upward, the silica gel pad 6 is attached to the back of the human body, the power switch 8 and the control switch 9 on the controller 2 are turned on, and the working mode, the working strength and the working time are set. The vacuum pump 22 works, the control panel 21 controls the electromagnetic valve 15 in the first group of physiotherapy components to be connected with the first channel port 13, the second channel port 14, the third channel port 17 and the fifth channel port 24 in an open state, the fourth channel port 7 is in a closed state, the cover body 11, the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the second soft rubber sleeve 102 in the first group of physiotherapy components all generate negative pressure, the first group of physiotherapy components suck skin muscle tissues and generate upward pre-traction force on the skin muscle tissues, and the skin muscle tissues are in contact with the lower port part of the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the lower port part of the second soft rubber sleeve 102; then, the first valve 155 of the electromagnetic valve 15 closes the second passage port 14, and the vacuum pump 22 continuously generates a larger negative pressure to the interiors of the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the second soft rubber sleeve 102, so as to further suck skin muscle tissues contacted with the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the second soft rubber sleeve 102. The control panel 21 controls the first electromagnetic device and the second electromagnetic device to work to generate magnetism, so as to generate upward attraction to the iron sheet 18, the iron sheet 18 rises to drive the soft rubber sleeve 10 connected with the iron sheet to rise, and further upward traction is generated to local skin muscle tissues; when the control board 21 controls the first electromagnetic device and the second electromagnetic device to stop working, the magnetism disappears, and the attraction force of the first electromagnetic device and the second electromagnetic device to the iron sheet 18 disappears; meanwhile, the vacuum pump 22 stops working, the control panel 21 controls the first valve 155 of the electromagnetic valve 15 to open the second channel port 14, the second valve 156 moves to close the third channel port 17, the fourth channel port 7 is opened, the fourth channel port 7 is communicated with the atmosphere, negative pressure in the cover body 11, the first soft rubber sleeve 101 and the second soft rubber sleeve 102 disappears, the iron sheet 18 and the soft rubber sleeve 10 move downwards under the action of the spring 23, skin muscle tissues are recovered, and the traction and recovery actions of the skin muscle tissues where the first group of physical therapy components are located are completed. Under the same working principle, the controller 2 controls the second physiotherapy assembly, the third physiotherapy assembly and the fourth physiotherapy assembly to act in sequence to simulate physiotherapy massage and spine pinching techniques.

1. A back massage physiotherapy instrument is characterized by comprising a massage physiotherapy device, a controller and an air pipe, wherein a vacuum pump is arranged in the controller, one end of the air pipe is connected with the vacuum pump, and the end, far away from the vacuum pump, of the air pipe is connected with the massage physiotherapy device;
the massage physiotherapy device comprises a physiotherapy cup, the physiotherapy cup comprises a cover body, a soft rubber sleeve is arranged in the cover body, the cover body and the soft rubber sleeve are both of a semi-closed cavity structure with an opening at the bottom, the opening at the bottom of the soft rubber sleeve is positioned at the inner side of the opening at the bottom of the cover body, so that an outer cavity area for drawing skin muscle tissues is formed on the inner wall of the cover body and the outer wall of the soft rubber sleeve; forming a luminal area within said soft gel cap for traction of the skin musculature;
one end of the soft rubber sleeve is arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the cover body, an electromagnetic device is arranged at the top of the soft rubber sleeve, and a ferromagnetic material is arranged at the opening position at the bottom of the soft rubber sleeve;
one end of the air pipe, which is far away from the vacuum pump, is communicated to the inner cavity area and the outer cavity area.

The back massage physiotherapy instrument according to claim 1, wherein the physiotherapy cup comprises a hood head, the hood head is connected with the hood body, one end of the soft rubber sleeve is connected with the hood head, a first passage port is arranged at the position where the hood head is connected with the soft rubber sleeve, a second passage port is arranged at the position where the hood head is connected with the hood body, a third passage port and a fourth passage port are arranged in the direction in which the hood head is far away from the hood body, so that a circulation area for the circulation of gas is formed among the first passage port, the second passage port, the third passage port and the fourth passage port, a valve is arranged in the circulation area, and the third passage port is connected with one end of the trachea far away from the vacuum pump; the fourth passage port is in communication with the atmosphere.
3. The back massage physiotherapy apparatus of claim 1, wherein a spring is disposed inside the soft rubber sleeve, one end of the spring is connected to the ferromagnetic material, and the other end of the spring is connected to the electromagnetic device.
4. The back massage physiotherapy instrument of claim 3, wherein a plurality of soft rubber sleeves are arranged in the cover body of the physiotherapy cup, and the soft rubber sleeves are respectively and fixedly connected with the cover head.

The back massage physiotherapy apparatus of claim 4, wherein the massage physiotherapy device comprises a plurality of physiotherapy cups and a plurality of connecting pipes, and the plurality of physiotherapy cups are connected with one end of the air pipe far away from the vacuum pump through the plurality of connecting pipes.

The back massage physiotherapy apparatus of claim 5, wherein the plurality of physiotherapy cups are provided as N sets of physiotherapy assemblies, N being greater than or equal to 1, and the Nth set of physiotherapy assemblies are provided with N physiotherapy cups, N being greater than or equal to 1.

The back massage physiotherapy instrument of claim 1, wherein the massage physiotherapy device further comprises a silica gel pad, the silica gel pad is fixedly connected with the physiotherapy cup, the silica gel pad and the physiotherapy cup are of an integrally formed structure, and the silica gel pad and the physiotherapy cup are made of the same material.

The back massage physiotherapy instrument of claim 1, wherein the valve is a solenoid valve comprising a first port, a second port, a third port, and a fourth port, the first port being connected to the first channel port, the second port being connected to the second channel port, the third port being connected to the third channel port, the fourth port being connected to the fourth channel port;
the electromagnetic valve also comprises a first valve and a second valve, and the first valve is used for opening or closing the second passage; the second valve is used for opening or closing the third channel port, and the second valve is also used for opening or closing the fourth channel port.
9. The back massage physiotherapy apparatus of claim 8, wherein the electromagnetic device comprises an electromagnet and a magnetic base, the electromagnet is disposed in the magnetic base, and the ferromagnetic material is an iron material with a hole structure.

The back massage physiotherapy instrument according to claim 9, wherein the controller comprises a power source and a control panel, the power source is electrically connected with the control panel, the electromagnet is electrically connected with the control panel through a wire, the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the control panel through a wire, and the vacuum pump is electrically connected with the control panel through a wire;
the controller comprises a shell, wherein a control switch and a power switch are arranged on the outer surface of the shell, the power switch is electrically connected with the control panel, and the control switch is electrically connected with the control panel.
