Description

Non-closed closer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an unclosed closer.
Background
The closer is a device used in medicine to replace manual suture, and the main working principle is to use anastomotic nails to perform separation or anastomosis on tissues, similar to a stapler; according to different application ranges, the surgical instrument can be mainly divided into a skin closer, a circular digestive tract closer, a rectum closer, a circular hemorrhoid closer, a circumcision closer, a blood vessel closer, a hernia closer, a lung cutting and suturing device and the like.
Although current closures work well in cutting tissue and suturing an incision, the inventors have found in practice that current closures suffer from disadvantages, particularly:
when the cavity is resected and the resected tissue needs to be taken out of the body of a patient, taking a hysterectomy as an example, the cavity of the uterus connected with the cervix is cut, the incision at the uterus is sutured and closed, the cavity wall of the incision at the cervix is sutured, the cervix is in an open state, and then the uterus is taken out of the cavity at the cervix; the existing closer is used for sealing both sides of a cut part, and if the existing closer is used for hysterectomy, a cavity channel at a resected cervix is difficult to form an open channel so that a uterus can be taken out from the channel, so that the existing closer is difficult to be applied to hysterectomy.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, there is a need to design an unclosed closer.
