Description

Image sequence display method and system based on liver MR examination purpose
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical information, and particularly relates to an image sequence display method and system based on the purpose of liver MR examination.
Background
The incidence of liver diseases in China is high, and common liver diseases comprise diffuse liver diseases (fatty liver, liver iron deposition, liver cirrhosis and the like) and focal liver diseases (liver benign tumor, liver malignant tumor, liver metastasis tumor and the like). Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the important means for diagnosing liver diseases.
During MRI imaging, by varying the influence of the Magnetic Resonance (MR) signal, different images, known as sequences, can be obtained. Suitable liver enhancement scanning schemes typically include: 1. positioning an image; 2. coronal position T2WI, cross section T2WI; 3. the same phase and the opposite phase; 4. magnetic resonance pancreaticobiliary imaging (MRCP); 5. diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient mapping (ADC); 6. flat broom T1WI; 7. arterial phase T1WI, portal period T1WI, liver and gall stage T1WI (use of gadolinium plug)Disodium acid contrast agent) that will correspondingly yield a variety of different sequences. Different liver diseases have different manifestations in different sequences or different phases, and some liver diseases have high specificity in the signs of specific sequences, which is the main basis for making diagnosis. Therefore, the sequences of major interest to radiologists vary based on different examination objectives and clinical needs.
However, the current MR examination sequences can only be presented in a default fixed order, and the radiologist needs to manually select which sequences to view preferentially, which results in a reduction in the efficiency and quality of the diagnosis.
Therefore, it is very important to provide an optimized display sequence of all sequences obtained by MR examination based on the purpose of MR examination of a patient, so as to effectively optimize the workflow of a doctor and improve the diagnosis efficiency of the doctor.
