Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The present application provides a cleaning device, and the structure and operation of the cleaning device are described below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments described below are only examples of a part of the present application, and not all examples. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
First embodiment
A first embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning apparatus, and in this embodiment, the cleaning apparatus includes: the device comprises a machine body main body, a solution barrel and a display screen; in order to save space in the axial direction of the machine body main body, the solution bucket at least partially surrounds the display screen; the display screen is arranged on the top of the machine body main body; the solution barrel is provided with a liquid outlet, the machine body main body is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet is in butt joint with the liquid inlet.
In this embodiment, the solution barrel at least partially surrounding the display screen may mean that the solution barrel surrounds the display screen, for example, the solution barrel may be nested outside the display screen; in addition, the main body and the solution barrel are nested with each other.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, two nesting manners are mainly described, that is: the display screen and the solution barrel, and the body main body and the solution barrel are in a mutually nested structure. In order to facilitate understanding of how the display screen and the solution barrel, and the body and the solution barrel in the cleaning device are nested with each other, fig. 1 and fig. 5 are respectively adopted to show the two nesting structural modes.
First, a first nesting structure is described in the first embodiment. Specifically, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a combination of a display screen, a main body and a solution tank according to a first embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, in the first nesting arrangement, the solution tank 101 may have an annular structure nested outside the fuselage body 102. Of course, the solution tank 101 may be a non-annular structure as long as the solution tank has a hollow structure in the axial direction of the cleaning apparatus and has the display screen and at least a part of the main body embedded in the inner space of the hollow structure. The main body 102 is a portion connected to a shaft on which a grip portion of the cleaning apparatus is placed.
In this nested structure, the solution tank 101 is wrapped around the outside of the body 102. In more detail, the solution tank 101 is wrapped outside the upper portion of the body main body 102. To describe or explain in more detail how to wrap the solution tank 101 on the outside of the upper part of the body main body 102, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view illustrating the display screen, the body main body and the solution tank of the first embodiment of the present application.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the fuselage body 102 includes a first upright 102-1 and a second upright 102-2. In a preferred embodiment, the first column 102-1 is located above the second column 102-2 in the axial direction, and the radial dimension of the first column 102-1 is smaller than the radial dimension of the second column 102-2, and the solution tank 101 is nested outside the first column 102-1.
In fact, the radial dimension of the first vertical column 102-1 and the radial dimension of the second vertical column 102-2 are not necessarily limited as above, and the radial dimension of the first vertical column 102-1 is greater than or equal to the radial dimension of the second vertical column 102-2, and it is sufficient that the solution barrel 101 is mainly nested outside the first vertical column 102-1.
In the present embodiment, the radial dimension of the first vertical column 102-1 is set smaller than the radial dimension of the second vertical column 102-2, so that the solution tank 101 is supported by the upper surface of the second vertical column 102-2.
In this embodiment, the shape of the inner circumferential surface of the solution tank 101 and the shape of the outer circumferential surface of the first column 102-1 are not limited, and it is only necessary to ensure that the shape and the size of at least part of the outer circumferential surface of the first column 102-1 match the shape and the size of at least part of the inner circumferential surface of the solution tank 101, that is, to ensure that the solution tank 101 and the first column 102-1 can be nested with each other. For example, the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the first column 102-1 and the shape of at least a part of the inner peripheral surface of the solution tank 101 may be circular or non-circular.
As can be seen from fig. 1: the solution barrel 101 completely wraps the first vertical column 102-1 in the radial direction, and it should be noted that the solution barrel 101 may also partially wrap the first vertical column 102-1 in the radial direction, that is, the portion of the solution barrel 101 nested with the first vertical column 102-1 may be set to be an open structure in the radial direction, instead of the closed structure set in the radial direction shown in fig. 1. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the portion of the solution barrel 101 nested with the display screen needs to be arranged in a closed structure in the radial direction, so as to ensure that the solution barrel 101 completely wraps the display screen in the radial direction.
More specifically, a groove 102-3 is provided on the upper surface of the second pillar 102-2, a protrusion 101-1 having a size fitting the groove 102-3 is provided on the lower surface of the solution tank 101, and the protrusion 101-1 is fitted into the groove 102-3. Of course, a protrusion may be provided on the upper surface of the second upright post 102-2, and a groove with a size matching with the protrusion may be provided on the lower surface of the solution barrel 101. The protrusion and groove structure is only used to facilitate the alignment of the two structures when assembling the solution barrel 101 and the main body 102, i.e. to provide a guiding function. Therefore, other matching structures can be arranged on the upper surface of the second upright post 102-2 and the lower surface of the liquid barrel 101, so as to facilitate the position alignment of the two related structures when the solution barrel 101 is assembled with the main body 102 of the machine body.
It is understood that it is also possible to provide a protrusion on the outer surface of the solution tank 101 at other positions where it contacts the body main body 102, and to provide a groove on the outer surface of the body main body 102 where it contacts with the protrusion, the groove being sized to fit the protrusion.
Further, a liquid outlet 101-1-1 (shown in the following fig. 3) of the solution barrel 101 is disposed on the protrusion 101-1, and a liquid inlet 102-3-1 of the main body 102 is disposed on the groove 102-3. The groove 102-3 connects the inlets of the solution channels on the fuselage. Specifically, a solution channel is arranged on the machine body 102, and the solution can flow out from a liquid outlet 101-1-1 on the solution barrel 101, and flow into an inlet of the solution channel through a liquid inlet 102-3-1 on the machine body 102, and then flow through the solution channel. The outlet of the solution channel is connected to a cleaning member, which may comprise a cleaning wipe, a roller brush, or the like.
In order to facilitate the nesting between the solution barrel 101 and the body main body 102 after the solution barrel 101 is nested with the body main body 102, the upper surface of the second upright post 102-2 and the lower surface of the solution barrel 101 are both provided with a magnetic attraction device 103, and the magnetic attraction device 103 is used for attracting the upper surface of the second upright post 102-2 and the lower surface of the solution barrel 101 together.
Specifically, in order to clearly show the magnetic attraction device 103 disposed on the lower surface of the solution barrel 101, please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic bottom structure diagram of the solution barrel according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. As can be seen from fig. 3, a magnetic attraction device 103 is disposed on the lower surface of the solution tank 101.
In this embodiment, other devices similar to the magnetic attraction device may be further disposed on the upper surface of the second upright 102-2 and the lower surface of the solution barrel 101, for example, the two devices may be mutually matched snap devices, as long as the other devices disposed on the upper surface of the second upright 102-2 and the lower surface of the solution barrel 101 are ensured to facilitate the nesting and fixing of the solution barrel 101 and the body 102.
It is understood that a magnetic device may be disposed on the outer surface of the solution tank 101 at the other position contacting the body 102, and a magnetic device may be disposed on the outer surface of the body 102 at the position contacting the protrusion.
To facilitate the user to view the display on the display screen, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, a display screen 104 is disposed on the top of the body main body 102. Meanwhile, in order to fix the display screen 104, the display screen 104 is inserted into the hollow space of the ring structure of the solution tank 101.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper surface of the display screen 104 is disposed at the same height as the upper surface of the solution tank 101 in the axial direction. Of course, the upper surface of the display screen 104 may be lower than the upper surface of the solution tank 101; alternatively, the upper surface of the display screen 104 may be slightly higher than the upper surface of the solution tank 101. Most preferably, the upper surface of the display screen 104 is flush with the upper surface of the solution tank 101.
Since the thickness of the display screen 104 (which may also be referred to as the height of the display screen) is much smaller than the height of the solution tank 101, the display screen 104 is disposed above the main body 102 of the cleaning apparatus, and the cleaning apparatus body as a whole does not occupy much space in the axial direction.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the display screen 104 is only required to be embedded in the hollow space of the annular structure of the solution barrel 101, that is, the solution barrel 101 surrounds the display screen 104. The shape of the display screen 104 is not particularly limited.
In addition, in the present embodiment, a circuit board of a cleaning device is provided inside a portion where the body main body 102 is nested with the solution tank 101, and a heat dissipation member (e.g., a heat dissipation foil) is provided on an outer surface of the portion where the body main body 102 is nested with the solution tank 101.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of fig. 1 of a first embodiment of the present application, and it can be seen from fig. 4 that a circuit board 105 of a cleaning device is disposed inside a first column 102-1, and a heat dissipation foil 106 is disposed on an outer surface of the first column 102-1 nested with a solution bucket 101. A heat dissipation foil 106 is disposed on an outer surface of the first column 102-1 nested with the solution tank 101 to absorb heat generated by heat dissipation of the circuit board 105 and transfer the heat to the solution tank 101, and the solution tank 101 dissipates the heat to the outside of the body by using the solution inside.
The content of the first embodiment mainly relates to how to nest the display screen 104, the solution barrel 101 and the main body 102 of the machine body in a first nesting structure way so as to combine and fix the three; when assembled, the solution tank 101 and the body 102 may be nested with each other, and then the display screen 104 is placed on top of the body 102 and installed in the hollow space of the ring structure of the solution tank 101. When the solution tank 101 needs to be detached from the cleaning apparatus, the solution tank 101 only needs to be pulled up from the nesting structure.
Because in this cleaning device, in the axial direction of fuselage main part, the display screen is at least partially encircleed to the solution bucket, and then makes the display screen get into the hollow space that the solution bucket formed, therefore can obviously save axial space, the operation of being convenient for simultaneously user through upwards pulling up takes off the solution bucket from cleaning device. Meanwhile, the solution barrel is provided with a liquid outlet, the machine body main body is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet is in butt joint with the liquid inlet, so that the solution of the solution barrel can enter the liquid inlet in the machine body main body through the liquid outlet of the solution barrel, and the solution can wet the cleaning component in the cleaning equipment in the subsequent process.
Second embodiment
In correspondence with the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application also provides a cleaning apparatus including: the device comprises a machine body main body, a solution barrel and a display screen; the display screen surrounds at least a part of the solution bucket in the axial direction of the machine body main body; the display screen is arranged on the top of the machine body main body; the solution barrel is provided with a liquid outlet, the machine body main body is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet is in butt joint with the liquid inlet.
In this embodiment, the display screen surrounds at least a portion of the solution bucket, which may mean that the display screen surrounds the outside of the solution bucket, and actually the display screen is nested in the outside of the solution bucket, and in this embodiment, the main body of the body and the solution bucket are nested in each other.
The cleaning apparatus of the second embodiment differs from the cleaning apparatus of the first embodiment only in the nesting manner between the main body 102 and the solution tank 101 and between the display screen 104 and the solution tank 101, and the second nesting structure is explained in this embodiment, in which the upper portion of the main body is a ring-shaped structure, and correspondingly, the display screen may also be a ring-shaped display screen, that is, the display screen also adopts a ring-shaped structure. The annular structure is nested outside the solution barrel. Of course, the ring-shaped structure is merely an example, and the upper portion of the body may also be a non-ring-shaped structure as long as the upper portion of the body has a hollow structure in the axial direction of the cleaning apparatus and at least a portion of the solution tank is made to be embedded in the inner space of the hollow structure. Specifically, fig. 5 and fig. 6 are a schematic structural diagram of a combination of the display screen, the main body of the machine body, and the solution tank and a schematic structural diagram of a disassembly of the combination of the display screen, the main body of the machine body, and the solution tank according to the second embodiment of the present application, respectively.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the upper portion of the main body 102 is an annular structure 107, and the annular structure 107 is nested outside the solution barrel 101. In this nested structure, the display screen 104 is also disposed in a ring shape and is nested with the solution tank 101, and similarly, the display screen 104 is also disposed on the top of the main body 102. In this embodiment, the display screen 104 surrounds the solution bucket 101, and specifically, the display screen may completely surround the solution bucket, for example, the display screen may completely surround the solution bucket in the radial direction as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and besides, may partially surround the solution bucket.
In this embodiment, part of the function of the ring structure 107 is similar to part of the function of the first upright 102-1 in the first nested configuration, e.g., a circuit board of a cleaning device may be disposed inside the ring structure 107. A heat sink foil may also be provided on the outer surface of the ring structure 107 to aid in the direct heat dissipation from the circuit board. In this embodiment, the heat generated by the circuit board can be directly dissipated to the outside of the body through the heat dissipating foil.
In fact, in this embodiment, the nesting structure of the components of the cleaning device in the first embodiment is modified, the first column 102-1 is modified into the annular structure 107, and correspondingly, the shapes of the solution tank 101 and the display screen 104 are correspondingly adjusted.
In the present embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the shape of the solution tank 101 is non-annular, and for example, the shape thereof may be a cylinder. Of course, the solution barrel 101 may be a non-cylindrical body, and it is sufficient to ensure that the shape of the solution barrel is nested in the hollow space formed by the main body of the main body and the hollow space formed by the display screen.
For details of other structures or information not described in this embodiment, such as a protrusion structure on the lower surface of the solution tank 101, a groove structure provided on the upper surface of the second upright post 102-1, and the like, please refer to the description of the first embodiment specifically. And will not be described in detail herein.
Because in this cleaning apparatus, in the axial direction of fuselage main part, the display screen surrounds solution bucket at least partly, and then makes solution bucket get into the hollow space that the display screen formed, therefore can obviously save axial space, the operation of being convenient for simultaneously user through upwards pulling up takes off solution bucket from cleaning apparatus.
Third embodiment
The present embodiment provides a cleaning apparatus including: the cleaning component, the machine body main body, the solution barrel and the display screen; the cleaning component is connected with the machine body; in the axial direction of the machine body main body, the solution barrel at least partially surrounds the display screen; the display screen is arranged at the top of the machine body main body, and the machine body main body and the solution barrel are mutually nested; the solution barrel is provided with a liquid outlet, the machine body main body is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet is in butt joint with the liquid inlet.
To facilitate showing the overall structure of the cleaning device, please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of the cleaning device according to the third embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 7, the main body 102 is connected to the shaft where the holding portion 109 is located, and the main body 102 is also connected to the cleaning member 108, which may be a cleaning cloth or a rolling brush. For other structures or information not described in this embodiment, please refer to the content described in the first embodiment. And will not be described in detail herein.
Because in this cleaning equipment, in the axial direction of fuselage main part, the display screen is at least partially encircleed to the solution bucket, and then makes the display screen get into the hollow space that the solution bucket formed, simultaneously, fuselage main part and solution bucket are nested each other, and then make the at least part of fuselage main part get into the hollow space that the solution bucket formed, therefore can obviously save axial space, still be convenient for the user to take off the solution bucket from cleaning equipment through the operation of upwards pulling up simultaneously.
