The upper powder seat and the lower powder seat are bonded on the upper shell and the lower shell through the epoxy resin layer, so that a complete foundation box is combined, the aim of environmental protection is fulfilled, and the problems that the environment is polluted greatly and the foundation box cannot be degraded in production and manufacturing can be solved.
