It is understood that, in order to implement the above functions, the image capturing apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes a hardware structure and/or a software module for performing each function. The disclosed embodiments can be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software, in combination with the exemplary elements and algorithm steps disclosed in the disclosed embodiments. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an image capture device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The image capturing apparatus is applied to a television with a terminal associated therewith, and as shown in fig. 7, the image capturing apparatus 100 includes a determining module 101, a display module 102, a receiving module 103, and a processing module 104.
The determining module 101 is configured to determine that a television or a terminal associated with the television is triggered to capture a media image of a target object.
The display module 102 is configured to display a preview image of a media image on a display screen of a television, and display the optimized media image on the display screen.
The receiving module 103 is configured to receive an instruction for performing optimization processing on the preview image.
The processing module 104 is configured to perform optimization processing on the preview image, where the optimization processing includes one or a combination of blurring processing, beautifying processing, body beautifying processing, image quality optimization processing, exposure adjustment processing, light spot lighting effect processing, avatar processing, watermarking processing, filter processing, zoom processing, and subtitle labeling processing.
In an embodiment, the target object is a moving object, and the determining module 101 determines that the television or the terminal associated with the television is triggered to capture the media image of the target object by the following method: if the television comprises an image acquisition component, determining that the television is triggered to acquire the media image of the target object when the image acquisition component acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object; if the television does not comprise an image acquisition component, when a camera of the terminal acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object, the terminal is triggered to acquire a media image of the target object; the distance between the television and the terminal is smaller than a preset distance threshold, and the angle between the orientation of the camera of the terminal and the orientation of the display screen is smaller than a preset angle threshold.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an image capturing apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the image capturing apparatus 100 further includes an obtaining module 105.
And the obtaining module 105 is configured to obtain the multimedia file matched with the preset dance action if the continuous limb action conforms to the preset dance action.
The display module 102 is also used for displaying multimedia files on a display screen.
In an embodiment, the display module 102 displays a preview image of the media image on a display screen of the television in the following manner: and acquiring a preview image acquired by the terminal, and projecting the preview image on a display screen to display the preview image.
In an embodiment, the display module 102 displays a preview image of the media image on a display screen of the television in the following manner: under the condition that the target object is determined to hold the terminal and is located in a front area opposite to the display screen, a first image collected by the terminal is obtained, the first image is projected on the display screen to be displayed, and the first image comprises a preview image of the target object at a position other than the front side of the target object and/or a preview image of the target object exceeding the display range of the terminal.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an image capturing apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 9, the image capturing apparatus 100 further includes a saving module 106.
And the storage module 106 is configured to synchronously store the optimized media image into a gallery of the terminal.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 800 for switching control of a camera module according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 10, the apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power component 806 provides power to the various components of device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed status of the device 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in the position of the device 800 or a component of the device 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 800, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 800, and a change in the temperature of the device 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 804 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the device 800 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
It is understood that "a plurality" in this disclosure means two or more, and other words are analogous. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. The singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It will be further understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used to describe various information and that such information should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another and do not denote a particular order or importance. Indeed, the terms "first," "second," and the like are fully interchangeable. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.
It will be further understood that, unless otherwise specified, "connected" includes direct connections between the two without the presence of other elements, as well as indirect connections between the two with the presence of other elements.
It is further to be understood that while operations are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this is not to be understood as requiring that such operations be performed in the particular order shown or in serial order, or that all illustrated operations be performed, to achieve desirable results. In certain environments, multitasking and parallel processing may be advantageous.

Claims (14)

1. An image acquisition method, applied to a television associated with a terminal, comprising:
if the fact that the television or the terminal associated with the television is triggered to acquire the media image of the target object is determined, displaying a preview image of the media image on a display screen of the television;
and if an instruction for optimizing the preview image is received, optimizing the preview image and displaying the optimized media image on the display screen.
2. The image capturing method according to claim 1, wherein the target object is a moving object, and the determining that the tv or a terminal associated with the tv is triggered to capture a media image of the target object includes:
if the television comprises an image acquisition component, determining that the television is triggered to acquire the media image of the target object when the image acquisition component acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object;
if the television does not comprise an image acquisition component, triggering the terminal to acquire a media image of the target object when a camera of the terminal acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object; the distance between the television and the terminal is smaller than a preset distance threshold, and the angle between the orientation of the camera of the terminal and the orientation of the display screen is smaller than a preset angle threshold.
3. The image capturing method according to claim 2, wherein if the instruction for performing optimization processing on the preview image is received, the method further includes performing optimization processing on the preview image, and displaying the optimized media image on the display screen, and at the same time:
and if the continuous limb movement accords with a preset dance movement, acquiring a multimedia file matched with the preset dance movement, and displaying the multimedia file on the display screen.
4. The image capturing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein if it is determined that the terminal is triggered to capture the media image of the target object, the displaying a preview image of the media image on a display screen of the television includes:
and acquiring the preview image acquired by the terminal, and projecting the preview image on a screen on the display screen to display the preview image.
5. The image capturing method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the terminal is triggered to capture the media image of the target object, the displaying a preview image of the media image on a display screen of the tv includes:
under the condition that a target object is determined to hold the terminal and is located in a front area opposite to the display screen, a first image collected by the terminal is obtained, the first image is projected on the display screen to be displayed, and the first image comprises a preview image of the target object at a non-front position and/or a preview image of the target object exceeding the display range of the terminal.
6. The image acquisition method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and synchronously storing the optimized media images into a gallery of the terminal.
7. An image acquisition device, applied to a television to which a terminal is associated, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining that the television or a terminal associated with the television is triggered to acquire a media image of a target object;
the display module is used for displaying the preview image of the media image on a display screen of the television and displaying the optimized media image on the display screen;
the receiving module is used for receiving an instruction for optimizing the preview image;
and the processing module is used for optimizing the preview image.
8. The image capturing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the target object is a moving object, and the determining module determines that the tv or a terminal associated with the tv is triggered to capture the media image of the target object by:
if the television comprises an image acquisition component, determining that the television is triggered to acquire the media image of the target object when the image acquisition component acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object;
if the television does not comprise an image acquisition component, triggering the terminal to acquire a media image of the target object when a camera of the terminal acquires that continuous limb actions exist in the target object; the distance between the television and the terminal is smaller than a preset distance threshold, and the angle between the orientation of the camera of the terminal and the orientation of the display screen is smaller than a preset angle threshold.
9. The image capture device of claim 8, further comprising: the obtaining module is used for obtaining a multimedia file matched with a preset dance action if the continuous limb action accords with the preset dance action;
the display module is also used for displaying the multimedia file on the display screen.
10. The image capturing device of claim 7 or 8, wherein the display module displays the preview image of the media image on the display screen of the tv as follows:
and acquiring the preview image acquired by the terminal, and projecting the preview image on a screen on the display screen to display the preview image.
11. The image capturing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the display module displays the preview image of the media image on the display screen of the tv as follows:
under the condition that a target object is determined to hold the terminal and is located in a front area opposite to the display screen, a first image collected by the terminal is obtained, the first image is projected on the display screen to be displayed, and the first image comprises a preview image of the target object at a non-front position and/or a preview image of the target object exceeding the display range of the terminal.
12. The image capturing device of claim 7, wherein the device further comprises:
and the storage module is used for synchronously storing the optimized media images into the gallery of the terminal.
13. An image acquisition apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to: -performing the image acquisition method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform the image acquisition method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
