1. A multimedia color ring back tone service processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after a calling terminal initiates a calling request, the calling request is sent to a color ring back tone service module of a provincial terminal through a core network module;
sending the call request to a color ring service module of a centralized end through the color ring service module of the provincial end;
analyzing the call request through the color ring back tone service module of the centralized end to obtain user information, and sending the user information to an internet supporting module and a color ring back tone service module of a provincial end;
establishing connection with the core network module through the internet support module, acquiring polyphonic ringtone information according to the user information, and sending the polyphonic ringtone information to the province-side polyphonic ringtone service module through the centralized-side polyphonic ringtone service module;
and playing the corresponding multimedia coloring ring back tone to the calling terminal and the called terminal through the color ring back tone service module of the province terminal according to the user information and the coloring ring back tone information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing a connection with the core network module via the internet support module and obtaining the color ring back tone information according to the user information comprises:
and when the internet supporting module receives the user information, establishing connection with a user server in the core network module through an operation supporting unit, and acquiring the polyphonic ringtone information stored by the user server according to the user information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the establishing a connection with the core network module via the internet support module and obtaining the color ring back tone information according to the user information comprises:
and when the internet supporting module does not receive the user information, disconnecting the internet supporting module from the core network module.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the color ring back tone information stored in the user server according to the user information comprises:
and obtaining user subscription information stored by the user server according to the user information, if the called user is the subscription user, obtaining the polyphonic ringtone information of the subscription user, and sending an initial filtering rule to a polyphonic ringtone service module of the provincial terminal through a service control interface.

6. A multimedia color ring back tone service processing system is characterized by comprising a core network module, a province-end color ring back tone service module, a centralized-end color ring back tone service module and an internet supporting module;

the color ring back tone service module of the province end is used for sending the call request to the color ring back tone service module of the centralized end;
the centralized end color ring back tone service module is used for analyzing the call request to obtain user information and sending the user information to the Internet support module and the provincial end color ring back tone service module;
