To prevent various illegal accesses, uses, modifications, subversions or compromise, the system's password is encrypted using DES or MD 5; the access frequency of the data interface is limited, so that malignant attack is prevented; the network data transmission adopts HTTPS encryption transmission; and carrying out data backup and recovery.

the travel planning module is connected with the user terminal, the information extraction module and the data center, and is used for acquiring a departure place and a destination uploaded by the user terminal, obtaining a feasible travel route and an optimal travel route by combining the running conditions and the control measures of each road, and returning the feasible travel route and the optimal travel route to the user terminal.
