the server establishes communication connection with the equipment manufacturer client after passing the identity verification according to the manufacturer identification code and is used for storing equipment marking signals and equipment basic information sent by the equipment manufacturer client; after passing the identity verification according to the user identification code, establishing communication connection with the user client, and storing the equipment marking signal and the equipment use information sent by the user client; after passing the identity verification according to the execution identification code, establishing communication connection with the electric execution mechanism, and storing equipment mark signals, local time information and real-time state information sent by the electric execution mechanism; and after passing the maintenance identification authentication sent by the maintenance client, establishing communication connection with the maintenance client for storing the equipment mark signal and maintenance information sent by the maintenance client.
2. An asset management system based on a 5G or 4G network and cloud platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the user client also comprises an input module, a query module and a display module;
the input module is used for inputting a device mark signal and sending the device mark signal to the query module;
the inquiry module is used for searching the manufacturer identification code and the equipment basic information corresponding to the equipment mark signal from a server in communication connection with the user client according to the equipment mark signal input by the input module, and sending the information to the display module;
the display module is used for displaying the manufacturer identification code and the equipment basic information sent by the query module.
3. An asset management system based on a 5G or 4G network and cloud platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the equipment manufacturer client also comprises a first input module, a first query module and a first display module;
the first input module is used for inputting a device mark signal and sending the device mark signal to the first query module;
the first query module is configured to search, according to the device identifier signal input by the first input module, an execution identification code, local event information, and real-time status information corresponding to the device identifier signal from a server communicatively connected to the client of the manufacturer.
4. An asset management system based on a 5G or 4G network and cloud platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the server comprises a database, a data analysis module and an alarm module;
the database is used for storing equipment marking signals, local event information, real-time state information, manufacturer identification codes, equipment basic information, user identification codes, equipment use information, maintenance identification codes and maintenance information;
the data analysis module is used for analyzing the local event information, the real-time state information, the manufacturer identification code, the equipment basic information, the user identification code, the equipment use information, the maintenance identification code and the maintenance information in the database according to the equipment mark signal to obtain equipment state evaluation, wherein the equipment state evaluation is any one of good and bad; when the equipment state is bad, sending an equipment mark signal and an alarm signal to an alarm unit;
the alarm module is used for sending alarm signals to the user client corresponding to the equipment mark signals according to the alarm signals sent by the data analysis module;
the user client is used for receiving the alarm signal sent by the alarm module of the server and popping up an alarm frame.
5. The asset management system based on 5G or 4G networks and cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the server comprises a login module, a rights management module, a database, an update module;
the database also comprises a system administrator authority data set, a common management authority data set, an operator authority data set and a temporary account number belonging data set;
the login module is used for inputting personnel information and personnel operation instructions; the permission management module is used for identifying a permission data set to which the personnel information belongs according to the personnel information sent by the login module; if the system administrator authority data set belongs to the system administrator authority data set, sending a personnel operation instruction and a preset first limit instruction to an updating module; if the data belong to the common manager permission data set, sending a personnel operation instruction and a preset second limit instruction to an updating module; if the operator permission data set belongs to the operator permission data set, sending a personnel operation instruction and a preset third limit instruction to the updating module;
the updating module is used for executing a personnel operation instruction according to the first limit instruction sent by the authority management module so as to update the data of a common management authority data set, an operator authority data set and a data set of a temporary account number in a database; the system comprises a permission management module, a personnel operation instruction, a temporary account number management module and a temporary account number management module, wherein the personnel operation instruction is used for executing the personnel operation instruction according to a second limit instruction sent by the permission management module so as to update an operator permission data set, an operator permission data set and a data set of the temporary account number in a database;
and the personnel operation instruction is executed according to the third limit instruction sent by the authority management module so as to update the data set of the temporary account number in the database.

The asset management system of claim 5, wherein the personnel information input by the login module in the server is of an operator's right, and is further used for checking at least one of a device flag signal, local event information, real-time status information, manufacturer identification code, device base information, user identification code, device usage information, maintenance identification code, maintenance information, entering at least one of a device flag signal, local event information, real-time status information, manufacturer identification code, device base information, user identification code, device usage information, maintenance identification code, maintenance information, and modifying at least one of a device flag signal, local event information, real-time status information, manufacturer identification code, device base information, user identification code, device usage information, maintenance identification code, maintenance information.

The asset management system of claim 5, wherein the personnel information input by the login module in the server is of an operator right, and is further configured to check at least one of a device flag signal, a local event information, real-time status information, a manufacturer identification code, device base information, a user identification code, device usage information, a maintenance identification code, and maintenance information, and to enter at least one of a device flag signal, a local event information, real-time status information, a manufacturer identification code, device base information, a user identification code, device usage information, a maintenance identification code, and maintenance information, and to modify at least one of a device flag signal, a local event information, real-time status information, a manufacturer identification code, device base information, a user identification code, device usage information, a maintenance identification code, and maintenance information, within a preset time period after login.
