The short message broadcast service refers to a service mode for providing a text broadcast function by using a cell broadcast logical channel CBCH on a broadcast control channel BCCH, and broadcasting is organized by cells.
The basic network structure of the short message broadcasting service consists of short message broadcasting equipment, a short message broadcasting center, a gateway station controller, a gateway station transceiver and a mobile earth station.
One CBE may be connected to a plurality of CBCs, one CBC may also be connected to a plurality of CBEs to receive short messages of different types, CBS information being sent by the CBEs and then sent by the CBCs to the GTS via the GSCs and broadcast to the MES in the cell, the CBC being part of the core network CN in the present system, one CBC being connectable to a plurality of GSCs/GTSs, each GSC being connectable to only one CBC, the CBS network architecture being as shown in fig. 1, the CBEs focusing on the generation of broadcast information, the CBCs focusing on the collection of CBE generated information and sending access network GSC devices via the interfaces described herein.
Meanwhile, the method for precisely sending the short message based on the satellite mobile communication system also has the following functions:
(1) Message input function
The system provides a satellite company short message broadcasting service management interface, staff in the satellite company can log in the interface to perform operations such as message input, submission and the like, and short message content is input in the short message input interface; selecting a broadcast channel, and determining a channel area to be transmitted to allocate and select by oneself; selecting a broadcast transmission mode, immediately transmitting, transmitting at fixed time, setting the broadcast times of short messages and broadcasting interval time.

(5) Statistics management function
The system provides a short message statistics management function which can realize statistics of message sending information and support export; supporting conditional query and derivation of time slot, customer name/account, channel number and the like; the operations of all operators are recorded.
(6) Open API functionality to the outside
The system provides an open API function, and SP clients call APIs provided by short message service to realize functions of inputting and inquiring short messages.
