Therefore, the invention not only can effectively absorb the vibration of the shell, but also can release the precession in time, thereby reducing the abrasion of the base to the fastening piece, greatly prolonging the service life of the fastening piece of the shell, and improving the heat dissipation effect in the long-term operation process.

In order to suppress and rationalise these noise and frictional heat, the present embodiment uses a damping rod 14, which transmits these vibrations into the damping chamber and absorbs them by means of the damping plate 4.
Because the damping plate 4 is located in the damping containing cavity at the bottom of the base 2 (the bottom of the base 2 is generally a concrete structure or a high-strength support frame), the vibration noise is not easy to be transferred to the outside, and the vibration energy can be converted into the noise and the friction heat through the damping plate 4, and the noise and the friction heat are absorbed by the vibration plate 4, so that the high-frequency vibration noise of the casing 1 is reduced to the maximum extent, and the service life of the base fastener is further prolonged.
Preferably, two sides of the vibration damping plate 4 are abutted against two sides of the vibration damping cavity; two compression springs 5 are arranged on the upper surface of the vibration reduction plate 4, and the vibration reduction plate 4 is connected with the base 2 through the compression springs. The compression spring can absorb the vibration of the damping plate 4 in the vertical direction; after the two sides of the vibration reduction plate 4 are abutted against the two sides of the vibration reduction accommodating cavity, the horizontal vibration of the vibration reduction plate 4 is mainly realized by the deformation of the vibration reduction plate in the vertical direction due to the arc-shaped structural plate, so that the service life of the vibration reduction plate is prolonged.
Preferably, in order to enhance the transmission effect of the high-frequency vibration, the vibration damping rod 14 includes a fixed end and the free end, the fixed end is a hard alloy rod, and the free end is an elastic rod; this ensures that the free end of the damping rod 14 can undergo high frequency vibrations of a large amplitude, improving the efficiency of transmitting and eliminating high frequency vibrations.
The free end is of a conical structure, and a conical hole is formed in the vibration damping plate 4; the free end is connected to the damping plate 4 through the tapered hole.
The tapered holes are designed to allow various areas and layers of the damping plate 4 to contact the damping rods 14, thereby facilitating the release of high frequency vibrations.
