As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a foldable display device, which includes a flexible screen 1, a connecting member 2, a first mounting member 3 and a second mounting member 4, wherein the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member 4 are respectively pivoted to two sides of the connecting member 2, the flexible screen 1 has a first end 11 and a second end 12 opposite to each other along a first direction, the first end 11 is connected to an end of the first mounting member 3 departing from the connecting member 2, and the second end 12 is connected to an end of the second mounting member 4 departing from the connecting member 2. The foldable display device has a folded state and an unfolded state, in the folded state, one end of the first mounting piece 3 departing from the connecting piece 2 is abutted against one end of the second mounting piece 4 departing from the connecting piece 2, in other words, the display surface of the flexible screen 1 is in a zigzag shape; in the unfolded state, the top surface of the first mounting part 3 and the top surface of the second mounting part 4 are located on the same plane, in other words, the flexible screen 1 is laid on the plane, and the display surface of the flexible screen 1 is planar.
The existing foldable display equipment is roughly divided into two types, one type is that two ends of a flexible screen are respectively and fixedly connected to two ends of a first mounting part and a second mounting part which deviate from each other, and the flexible screen does not have a contraction compensation function, so that redundancy exists when the flexible screen is folded, and creases are caused; the other type is that one end of the flexible screen is fixed, the other end of the flexible screen is connected with the winding mechanism, the winding mechanism is utilized to play a role in shrinkage compensation on the flexible screen so as to improve the crease, but the winding mechanism needs to utilize a motor or a spring and the like to provide power, so that the synchronism is poor, and the tension fluctuation borne by the screen is large.
In order to solve the above problem, in the foldable display device of the present embodiment, the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member 4 are both provided with the screen adjusting mechanism 5, specifically, the screen adjusting mechanism 5 includes a winding shaft 51 and a transmission assembly 52, and the winding shafts 51 of the two screen adjusting mechanisms 5 are respectively rotatably provided at the ends of the corresponding first mounting member 3 and the corresponding second mounting member 4 away from the connecting member 2; the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the flexible screen 1 are fixedly connected with the corresponding winding shaft 51; when the first mounting piece 3 and the second mounting piece 4 are turned over to enable the first mounting piece 3 and the second mounting piece 4 to approach each other, the first mounting piece 3 and the second mounting piece 4 can drive the transmission assembly 52 of the corresponding screen adjusting mechanism 5 to drive the winding shaft 51 to rotate so as to wind the flexible screen 1; when the first installation part 3 and the second installation part 4 are turned over to make the first installation part 3 and the second installation part 4 deviate from each other, the first installation part 3 and the second installation part 4 can drive the transmission component 52 of the corresponding screen adjusting mechanism 5 to drive the winding shaft 51 to rotate so as to unwind the flexible screen 1. In other words, when first installed part 3 and the second installed part 4 of upset made the two close to each other in order to fold flexible screen 1, reached the purpose of shrink flexible screen 1 length, and then can effectively improve the crease, when first installed part 3 and the second installed part 4 of upset made the two deviate from each other in order to expand flexible screen 1, reached the purpose of compensation flexible screen 1 length.
When the first mounting part 3 and the second mounting part 4 are turned over to fold or unfold the flexible screen 1, the first mounting part 3 and the second mounting part 4 can drive the corresponding transmission assembly 52 to drive the winding shaft 51 to rotate so as to wind or unwind the flexible screen 1, so that the flexible screen 1 is automatically contracted and compensated, and the problem of creases of the flexible screen 1 is effectively solved; compared with the prior art, the pulling force fluctuation that flexible screen 1 received is littleer, and under fold condition, flexible screen 1 can press from both sides between first installed part 3 and second installed part 4, is favorable to protecting flexible screen 1.
In other embodiments, it can also be set as: the first installation part 3 or the second installation part 4 is provided with a screen adjusting mechanism 5, and the winding shaft 51 is rotatably arranged at one end of the first installation part 3 or the second installation part 4, which is far away from the connecting piece 2; one of the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the flexible screen 1 is fixedly connected with the winding shaft 51, and the other one of the first end 11 and the second end 12 of the flexible screen 1 is fixedly connected with one of the first mounting part 3 and the second mounting part 4 which is not provided with the screen adjusting mechanism 5; when the first mounting piece 3 and the second mounting piece 4 are turned over so that the first mounting piece 3 and the second mounting piece 4 are deviated from each other, the first mounting piece 3 or the second mounting piece 4 can drive the transmission assembly 52 of the corresponding screen adjusting mechanism 5 to drive the winding shaft 51 to rotate so as to unwind the flexible screen 1; when the first mounting part 3 and the second mounting part 4 are turned over to enable the first mounting part 3 and the second mounting part 4 to approach each other, the first mounting part 3 or the second mounting part 4 can drive the transmission component 52 of the corresponding screen adjusting mechanism 5 to drive the winding shaft 51 to rotate so as to wind the flexible screen 1. With such an arrangement, one less screen adjusting mechanism 5 can be provided, so as to achieve the purpose of simplifying the structure and also achieve the effects of the above-described embodiments. It can be understood that when only the first mounting member 3 is provided with the screen adjusting mechanism 5, the first mounting member 3 needs to be turned over to wind and unwind the flexible screen 1; when only second installed part 4 was equipped with screen adjustment mechanism 5, need upset second installed part 4 just can realize the rolling of flexible screen 1 and unreel.
Specifically, the transmission assembly 52 includes a supporting gear 521, a winding gear 522 and a gear set, wherein the supporting gear 521 is fixedly arranged on the connecting member 2; the winding gear 522 is fixedly arranged on the winding shaft 51; the gear set comprises a plurality of transmission gears 523 meshed with each other, and the plurality of transmission gears 523 are rotatably arranged on the first mounting part 3 or the second mounting part 4; the input of the gear set meshes with the support gear 521 and the output of the gear set meshes with the take-up gear 522. It can be understood that the supporting gear 521 is fixedly arranged on the connecting member 2, and therefore, the supporting gear 521 cannot rotate, when the first mounting member 3 and the second mounting member 4 are turned over, the plurality of transmission gears 523 in the same gear set can be turned over together with the first mounting member 3 or the second mounting member 4, so that the plurality of transmission gears 523 rotate to drive the winding gear 522 to rotate, that is, the winding shaft 51 rotates, and the purpose of winding or unwinding the flexible screen 1 is achieved.
