In this embodiment, in practical application, specifically, the accommodating tubes 41 are installed at two symmetrical ends of the upper surface of the counterweight seat 1, and the ends of the two accommodating tubes 41 close to each other are hinged to the upper surface of the counterweight seat 1, and the supporting slide rod 42 is slidably connected inside the accommodating tubes 41, the supporting slide rod 42 can slide (i.e. extend and retract) inside the accommodating tubes 41, and the hydraulic rod 43 is installed at the top of the accommodating tubes 41, and the other end of the hydraulic rod 43 is fixed to the lower supporting rod 51, and in addition, since the supporting slide rod 42 and the accommodating tubes 41 are arranged in parallel, and the supporting slide rod 42 has a certain height from the ground and cannot directly contact with the ground, a supporting block is vertically and fixedly installed at the end of the extending end of the supporting slide rod 42, and the supporting block can contact with the ground, thereby realizing the supporting. When the support is used, the hydraulic rod 43 extends, the accommodating pipe 41 is horizontally placed on the upper surface of the counterweight seat 1 along the hinge shaft, then the support slide rod 42 is pulled out, and the support block is contacted with the ground, so that stable support can be realized; when the support slide rod 42 is not used, the hydraulic rod 43 is retracted, and the accommodating tube 41 is retracted upwards along the hinge shaft to achieve retraction. In this embodiment, the accommodating tube 41 may be a square tube, so that the hydraulic rod 43 can be conveniently mounted on the top surface of the accommodating tube 41.

When the device needs to be recovered, the fixing pin 53 is firstly taken down, the low-speed motor 81 is started, the cable roller 83 is driven to rotate through the driving rotating shaft 82, at the moment, the tensile cable 85 is wound on the cable roller 83, the upper supporting rod 52 rotates anticlockwise, under the action of the acting force of the tensile spring 57 and the action of the upper gear 511, the upper supporting rod 52 stably moves until the folding is completed, the supporting slide rod 42 and the hydraulic rod 43 reset respectively, at the moment, the universal wheel 23 can be controlled to land, and the device can move.

the traffic signal lamp group (6) is arranged at the top of the folding support component (5).

one end of the hydraulic lifting column (21) is connected to the top of the counterweight seat (1), and the other end of the hydraulic lifting column is connected to the top of the transverse plate (22);
the transverse plate (22) is horizontally arranged in the counterweight seat (1);
the universal wheel (23) is arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate (22), an opening is formed in the bottom of the counterweight seat (1) corresponding to the position of the universal wheel (23), and the universal wheel (23) can penetrate through the opening.

the low-rotation-speed motor (81) is arranged in the bottom box (3);
the driving rotating shaft (82) is connected with an output shaft of the low-rotating-speed motor (81); the driving rotating shaft (82) is connected with one end of the driven rotating shaft (84) and drives the driven rotating shaft (84) to rotate;
the other end of the driven rotating shaft (84) is rotatably arranged in the bottom box (3);
the wire rope roller (83) is arranged on the driven rotating shaft (84) and can rotate along with the driven rotating shaft (84);
the stretching steel cable (85) is arranged on the steel cable roller (83), and one end of the stretching steel cable (85) is connected with the traffic signal lamp group (6).
