In an alternative embodiment, determining whether the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, determining at least one offer policy in case the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount for which the first charging amount corresponds to the at least one offer policy exemption, comprises: acquiring target account information and a project code corresponding to a target charging project; matching the account information and the project codes to determine whether the target account signs a preset price package agreement; and under the condition that the target account is determined to sign the preset price package agreement, obtaining the signing information in the preset price package agreement, and deducting on the basis of the first charging amount according to the signing information to obtain a third charging amount.
The item codes have corresponding price package protocols, the target account information is matched with the item codes to check whether the target account signs a preset price package protocol or not, if the target account signs a preset price package protocol, the deduction of the charge amount is carried out according to the signing information, and the charge amount after the deduction is obtained, for example, the price package protocol is that the monthly consumption accumulated amount reaches one ten thousand yuan, the charge of the previous handling fee is free, the subsequent consumption normally charges the handling fee, and the preferential charge amount is calculated according to the price package protocol.
In an embodiment provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining a final charge according to differentiated pricing according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment takes differentiated pricing of banking rates as an example, and explains how to implement calculation of differentiated rates based on a general dimension rule engine and a flow design of a differentiated pricing engine, and the implemented differentiated pricing engine mainly has the following flow steps:
step (1), inquiring charging items: firstly, acquiring basic configuration information of the charging item, wherein main fields related to differentiated pricing comprise: the "allowable bargaining mark", "allowable differential pricing mark", "allowable exemption mark" and "allowable package mark" respectively correspond to the agreement bargaining, differential pricing, cost exemption agreement and price package agreement in the differential pricing engine of the present invention.
Calculating basic amount: and the system is used for processing the amount involved in the charge calculation, and after the processing, the amount involved in the charge calculation is equal to the original amount by 100 percent or less than the original amount.
Step (3) inquiring basic rate: and inquiring the basic rate corresponding to the current charging item, wherein the basic rate processing comprises the basic rate processing of different institution levels, the processing of rate hierarchical configuration, service fee and coupon paid to the investor.
And (4) protocol bargaining treatment: when the charging item allows agreement bargaining, it will find out whether to sign agreement bargaining rate according to the account or customer in the current transaction, if there is agreement bargaining rate, it will end the process, so as to make the large customer consult one user. When the configuration does not allow agreement bargaining, processing continues.
Step (5) differentiation treatment: when the current charging items are configured to allow differentiation, a dimension rule engine is used for matching according to the differentiated pricing factors in the transaction context, and when the current charging items are hit, the differentiated rate configuration information is obtained for processing to obtain differentiated rate information, and the final price comparison and optimization link is participated.
And (6) processing a cost reduction protocol: when the current charging item is configured to allow exemption, whether a contract fee exemption agreement is signed or not is matched according to the account or the client in the current transaction and the charging item code, if yes, the fee after exemption is calculated according to the contract information, and a final price comparison and optimization link is participated.
And (7) price package protocol processing: when the current charging item is configured to allow package, matching whether a contract price package agreement is signed or not according to an account or a customer in the current transaction and the charging item code, if yes, calculating the cost after package discount according to the contract information, and participating in a final price comparison and optimization link.
And (8) optimizing the price: and (4) carrying out price comparison according to the configuration of price comparison rules on the basic cost, the cost after differential preferential, the cost after cost reduction and the cost after package preferential, and taking the optimal result as the final rate.
The method for determining the final charge according to the differentiated pricing, provided by the embodiment of the invention, comprises the steps of determining a target charge item and determining a first charge amount corresponding to the target charge item; determining whether the target charging item allows agreement bargaining or not, and determining whether the target charging item allows differential pricing or not under the condition that the target charging item does not allow agreement bargaining; under the condition that the target charging items allow differential pricing, determining a second charging amount obtained after differential pricing is carried out on the first charging amount; determining whether the target charging item corresponds to a discount strategy except differential pricing, determining at least one discount strategy under the condition that the target charging item corresponds to the discount strategy except differential pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the condition that the at least one discount strategy is exempted; and comparing the second charge amount with at least one third charge amount to determine a target charge amount, wherein the target charge amount is the minimum amount of the second charge amount and the third charge amount, and the problem that the pricing factor of the service in the related technology is single and relatively fixed is solved. And then the effect of flexibly adding new differential pricing factors is achieved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for determining a final charge according to differentiated pricing, and it should be noted that the device for determining a final charge according to differentiated pricing of the embodiment of the present invention may be used to execute the method for determining a final charge according to differentiated pricing provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The following describes an apparatus for determining final charging according to differentiated pricing according to embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for determining final charging according to differentiated pricing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a first determination unit 401, which determines a target charging item and determines a first charging amount corresponding to the target charging item; a second determining unit 420 that determines whether the target charging item allows agreement bargaining, and in case that the target charging item does not allow agreement bargaining, determines whether the target charging item allows differential pricing; a third determining unit 403, configured to determine a second charging amount obtained after differential pricing is performed on the first charging amount, if the target charging item allows differential pricing; a fourth determining unit 404, configured to determine whether the target charging item corresponds to a benefit policy other than differential pricing, determine at least one benefit policy if the target charging item corresponds to a benefit policy other than differential pricing, and determine at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the condition that the at least one benefit policy is exempted; the fifth determining unit 405 compares the second charged amount with at least one third charged amount to determine a target charged amount, wherein the target charged amount is the smallest amount of the second charged amount and the third charged amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the first determining unit 401 includes: the first acquisition subunit acquires the target account information and determines a target charging item corresponding to the target account according to the target account information; the second acquisition subunit acquires the basic amount and the basic rate corresponding to the target charging item; and a first determining subunit that determines the sum of the basic amount and the basic rate as the first charge amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: and a sixth determining unit that determines whether the target charge item allows agreement bargaining, determines an agreement bargaining rate according to the target account information in a case that the target charge item allows agreement bargaining, and determines the target charge amount according to the first charge amount and the agreement bargaining rate.
In an alternative embodiment, determining whether the target charging item allows differentiated pricing, the third determining unit 403 comprises: the second determining subunit determines at least one charging scene corresponding to the target charging item under the condition that the target charging item allows differential pricing, wherein each charging scene is composed of a plurality of pricing factors; the construction subunit is used for constructing a dimension rule engine corresponding to the target charging project according to at least one charging scene; and the input subunit inputs the charging item data corresponding to the target charging item into the dimension rule engine and controls the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount.
In an alternative embodiment, a subunit is constructed comprising: a first determining module that determines at least one scene description corresponding to at least one charging scene; the second determining module is used for splitting each scene description into a plurality of pricing factors, determining a plurality of matching conditions according to the pricing factors, and determining the matching conditions into a group of matching conditions to obtain at least one group of matching conditions corresponding to at least one charging scene; and the construction module is used for constructing the dimension rule engine according to at least one group of matching conditions.
In an alternative embodiment, the input subunit includes: the matching module is used for matching at least one group of matching conditions with the charging item data; the third determining module is used for determining a discount strategy corresponding to the matching condition which is successfully matched under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with the group of matching conditions, and deducting the first charging amount according to the discount strategy to obtain a second charging amount; the fourth determining module is used for determining a plurality of discount strategies corresponding to the plurality of groups of matching conditions under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with the plurality of groups of matching conditions, respectively deducting the first charging amount according to the plurality of discount strategies to obtain a plurality of charging amounts, and determining the minimum amount in the plurality of charging amounts as a second charging amount; and the output module controls the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the fourth determining unit 404 includes: the third acquisition subunit acquires the target account information and the item code corresponding to the target charging item; the first matching subunit matches the account information and the project codes to determine whether the target account signs a preset fee exemption protocol or not; and the fourth acquisition subunit acquires the subscription information in the preset expense exemption protocol under the condition that the target account is determined to determine to sign the preset expense exemption protocol, and performs exemption on the basis of the first charge amount according to the subscription information to obtain a third charge amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the fourth determining unit 404 includes: the fifth acquiring subunit acquires the target account information and the item code corresponding to the target charging item; the second matching subunit matches the account information and the item codes to determine whether the target account signs a preset price package agreement; and the sixth acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the subscription information in the preset price package agreement under the condition that the target account is determined to determine the subscription to the preset price package agreement, and performing exemption on the basis of the first charging amount according to the subscription information to obtain a third charging amount.
The device for determining final charging according to differentiated pricing provided by the embodiment of the invention determines a target charging item and determines a first charging amount corresponding to the target charging item; determining whether the target charging item allows agreement bargaining or not, and determining whether the target charging item allows differential pricing or not under the condition that the target charging item does not allow agreement bargaining; under the condition that the target charging items allow differential pricing, determining a second charging amount obtained after differential pricing is carried out on the first charging amount; determining whether the target charging item corresponds to a discount strategy except differential pricing, determining at least one discount strategy under the condition that the target charging item corresponds to the discount strategy except differential pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the condition that the at least one discount strategy is exempted; and comparing the second charge amount with at least one third charge amount to determine a target charge amount, wherein the target charge amount is the minimum amount of the second charge amount and the third charge amount, so that the problem that the pricing factor of the service in the related technology is single and relatively fixed is solved, and the effect of flexibly adding a new differential pricing factor is further achieved.
The device for determining final charging according to differentiated pricing comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first determining unit 401 and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more, and the technical problem that the pricing factor of the service is single and relatively fixed in the related technology is solved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program that, when executed by a processor, implements the method for determining a final charge based on differentiated pricing.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute the method for determining the final charging according to the differentiated pricing.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps: determining a target charging item and determining a first charging amount corresponding to the target charging item; determining whether the target charging item allows agreement bargaining or not, and determining whether the target charging item allows differential pricing or not under the condition that the target charging item does not allow agreement bargaining; under the condition that the target charging items allow differential pricing, determining a second charging amount obtained after differential pricing is carried out on the first charging amount; determining whether the target charging item corresponds to a discount strategy except differential pricing, determining at least one discount strategy under the condition that the target charging item corresponds to the discount strategy except differential pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the condition that the at least one discount strategy is exempted; and comparing the second charging amount with at least one third charging amount to determine a target charging amount, wherein the target charging amount is the smallest amount of the second charging amount and the third charging amount.

In an alternative embodiment, it is determined whether the target charge item allows agreement bargaining, in which case the method further comprises: and determining an agreement bargained rate according to the target account information, and determining a target charging amount according to the first charging amount and the agreement bargained rate.
In an alternative embodiment, determining whether the target charging item allows differentiated pricing, and in case the target charging item allows differentiated pricing, determining a second charging amount of the first charging amount after differentiated pricing, comprises: determining at least one charging scenario corresponding to the target charging item in the case that the target charging item allows differential pricing, wherein each charging scenario is composed of a plurality of pricing factors; constructing a dimension rule engine corresponding to a target charging project according to at least one charging scene; and inputting the charging item data corresponding to the target charging item into the dimension rule engine, and controlling the dimension rule engine to output a second charging amount.
In an alternative embodiment, the building of the dimension rule engine corresponding to the target charging item according to at least one charging scenario includes: determining at least one scene description corresponding to at least one charging scene; splitting each scene description into a plurality of pricing factors, determining a plurality of matching conditions according to the pricing factors, and determining the matching conditions as a set of matching conditions to obtain at least one set of matching conditions corresponding to at least one charging scene; and constructing a dimension rule engine according to at least one group of matching conditions.
In an alternative embodiment, inputting the charging item data corresponding to the target charging item into the dimension rule engine, and controlling the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount includes: matching at least one set of matching conditions with the toll item data; under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with the group of matching conditions, determining a preferential strategy corresponding to the matching conditions which are successfully matched, and deducting the first charging amount according to the preferential strategy to obtain a second charging amount; under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with the multiple groups of matching conditions, determining multiple preferential strategies corresponding to the multiple groups of matching conditions, respectively deducting the first charging amount according to the multiple preferential strategies to obtain multiple charging amounts, and determining the minimum amount in the multiple charging amounts as a second charging amount; and controlling the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount.

The invention also provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: determining a target charging item and determining a first charging amount corresponding to the target charging item; determining whether the target charging item allows agreement bargaining or not, and determining whether the target charging item allows differential pricing or not under the condition that the target charging item does not allow agreement bargaining; under the condition that the target charging items allow differential pricing, determining a second charging amount obtained after differential pricing is carried out on the first charging amount; determining whether the target charging item corresponds to a discount strategy except differential pricing, determining at least one discount strategy under the condition that the target charging item corresponds to the discount strategy except differential pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the condition that the at least one discount strategy is exempted; and comparing the second charging amount with at least one third charging amount to determine a target charging amount, wherein the target charging amount is the smallest amount of the second charging amount and the third charging amount.

Claims (10)

1. A method for determining a final charge based on differentiated pricing, comprising:
determining a target charging item and determining a first charging amount corresponding to the target charging item;
determining whether the target charge item allows agreement bargaining, and in the event that the target charge item does not allow the agreement bargaining, determining whether the target charge item allows differential pricing;
determining a second charging amount of the first charging amount after the differential pricing, if the target charging item allows the differential pricing;
determining whether the target charging item corresponds to a benefit policy other than the differential pricing, determining at least one benefit policy if the target charging item corresponds to a benefit policy other than the differential pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the deduction of at least one benefit policy;
comparing the second charge amount with at least one of the third charge amounts to determine a target charge amount, wherein the target charge amount is the smallest of the second charge amount and the third charge amount.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target charge item and determining a first charge amount corresponding to the target charge item comprises:
acquiring target account information, and determining the target charging items corresponding to the target account according to the target account information;
acquiring a basic amount and a basic rate corresponding to the target charging item;
and determining the sum of the basic amount and the basic rate as the first charging amount.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein it is determined whether the target charge item allows agreement bargaining, and in the case that the target charge item allows the agreement bargaining, the method further comprises:

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the target charge item allows differentiated pricing, and in case the target charge item allows differentiated pricing, determining a second charge amount of the first charge amount after the differentiated pricing, comprises:
determining at least one charging scenario corresponding to the target charging item in case the target charging item allows the differential pricing, wherein each charging scenario consists of a plurality of pricing factors;
constructing a dimension rule engine corresponding to the target charging project according to at least one charging scene;
inputting the charging item data corresponding to the target charging item into the dimension rule engine, and controlling the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein constructing a dimension rules engine corresponding to the target charging item according to at least one of the charging scenarios comprises:
determining at least one scene description corresponding to at least one of said charging scenes;
splitting each scene description into a plurality of pricing factors, determining a plurality of matching conditions according to the pricing factors, and determining the matching conditions as a set of matching conditions to obtain at least one set of matching conditions corresponding to at least one charging scene;
and constructing the dimension rule engine according to at least one group of matching conditions.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein inputting the charge item data corresponding to the target charge item to the dimension rules engine and controlling the dimension rules engine to output the second charge amount comprises:
matching at least one set of said matching conditions with said tariff item data;
under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with a group of matching conditions, determining a discount strategy corresponding to the matching conditions which are successfully matched, and deducting the first charging amount according to the discount strategy to obtain the second charging amount;
under the condition that the charging item data is successfully matched with the multiple groups of matching conditions, determining multiple preferential strategies corresponding to the multiple groups of matching conditions, respectively deducting the first charging amount according to the multiple preferential strategies to obtain multiple charging amounts, and determining the minimum amount in the multiple charging amounts as the second charging amount;
and controlling the dimension rule engine to output the second charging amount.

The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, determining at least one of the offer policies in the case that the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the at least one of the offer policy exemptions comprises:
acquiring the target account information and a project code corresponding to the target charging project;
matching the account information and the project code to determine whether the target account signs a preset fee deduction protocol;
and under the condition that the target account is determined to sign the preset charge exemption protocol, acquiring signing information in the preset charge exemption protocol, and carrying out exemption on the basis of the first charge amount according to the signing information to obtain a third charge amount.

The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, determining at least one of the offer policies in the case that the target charging item corresponds to an offer policy other than differentiated pricing, and determining at least one third charging amount corresponding to the first charging amount under the at least one of the offer policy exemptions comprises:
acquiring the target account information and a project code corresponding to the target charging project;
matching the account information and the project code to determine whether the target account signs a preset price package agreement;
and under the condition that the target account is determined to sign the preset price package agreement, acquiring signing information in the preset price package agreement, and deducting on the basis of the first charging amount according to the signing information to obtain the third charging amount.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program, when executed, controls a device on which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform a method for determining a final charge based on differentiated pricing according to any of claims 1 to 8.
