the first processing module 302 is configured to process the video demand information by using a preset heat video processing rule to obtain a standby heat video set; the standby heat video set comprises a plurality of standby heat videos;
the second processing module 303 is configured to process the to-be-used heat video set to obtain a target creative video set; the targeted creative video collection is used to indicate marketing to the targeted goods.

for any standby heat video, carrying out equal-scale scaling on the standby heat video according to the size information of the output video to obtain a scaling heat video corresponding to the standby heat video;

acquiring video demand information; the video demand information is related to a target commodity;
processing the video demand information by using a preset heat video processing rule to obtain a standby heat video set; the standby heat video set comprises a plurality of standby heat videos;
processing the standby heat video set to obtain a target creative video set; the targeted creative video collection is used to indicate marketing to the targeted goods.
2. The video generation method according to claim 1, wherein the video demand information includes commodity image information;
the processing the video demand information by using the preset heat video processing rule to obtain a standby heat video set comprises the following steps:
segmenting and identifying the commodity image information by using a preset commodity single item identification rule to obtain commodity item information;
processing the commodity class information and a preset popularity video set to be matched to obtain a standby popularity video set; the hot video set to be matched comprises a plurality of hot videos to be matched.
3. The video generation method of claim 2, wherein the processing the commodity category information and a preset popularity video set to be matched to obtain a popularity video set to be used comprises:
for any one to-be-matched heat video, judging whether the to-be-matched heat video is matched with the commodity class information or not to obtain a matching judgment result;
when the matching judgment result is yes, determining that the hot video to be matched is the standby hot video;
when the matching judgment result is negative, determining that the video to be matched is an alternative heat video;
screening out the alternative hot videos with the number matched with a preset category threshold value from all the alternative hot videos to serve as the standby hot videos.
4. The video generation method of claim 1, wherein the processing the standby popularity video set to obtain a target creative video set comprises:
processing the to-be-used heat video set by using a preset video size processing rule to obtain a size heat video set; the size heat video set comprises a plurality of size heat videos;
processing the size heat video set by using a preset video subtitle processing rule to obtain a subtitle heat video set; the subtitle heat video set comprises a plurality of subtitle heat videos;
processing the subtitle heat video set by using a preset video score processing rule to obtain a target creative video set; the set of target creative videos includes a number of target creative videos.
5. The video generation method of claim 4, wherein the video demand information includes output video size information;
the standby heat video set also comprises an image main body area of a target commodity corresponding to the video demand information;
the processing the standby heat video set by using a preset video size processing rule to obtain a size heat video set, comprising:
judging whether the video demand information contains the output video size information or not to obtain a size judgment result;
when the size judgment result is yes, scaling the image main body area of the target commodity corresponding to the video demand information in an equal proportion according to the output video size information to obtain a target commodity image;
for any standby heat video, carrying out equal-scale scaling on the standby heat video according to the size information of the output video to obtain a scaling heat video corresponding to the standby heat video;
