In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, in the process of destroying articles, information of the objects to be destroyed is judged inaccurately, and destruction omission may occur, an embodiment of the application provides an article destruction method, wherein a destruction list of the objects to be destroyed is obtained, identification information and identification page number information of the objects to be destroyed, which are identified by a destruction device, are received in the destruction process, whether the objects to be destroyed are the articles to be destroyed in the destruction process can be accurately judged by comparing the information in the destruction list with the received identification information and identification page number information, specific page number information of the objects to be destroyed can be accurately identified, and it is ensured that destruction omission does not occur in the objects to be destroyed after destruction.
The method for destroying articles provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a control device, which may be a computer or a control device, such as the control device 12 of the article destruction system shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 1 shows an application scenario of the article destruction system according to the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the article destruction system 10 in the application scenario includes a destruction device 11 and a control device 12. The destruction device 11 and the control device 12 may be connected by wire or wireless, and perform data transmission.
The control device 12 in the article destruction system 10 may be specifically configured to acquire a destruction list of the object to be destroyed, receive the identification information and the identification page number information of the object to be destroyed, which are identified by the destruction device 11, and compare the received identification information and the identification page number information of the object to be destroyed with the preset identification information and the preset page number information, if the identification information is the same as the preset identification information, and the identification page number information is the same as the preset page number information, send instruction information for destroying the object to be destroyed to the destruction device 11.
The destruction list comprises preset identification information and preset page number information of the object to be destroyed. The object to be destroyed may be a book, a file, an optical disc, a hard disk, a storage device, and the like, and may be an object capable of storing data.
In a possible embodiment, for convenience of understanding, the object to be destroyed may be a paper book. For example, if the object to be destroyed is a book, the destruction list may include the book, and a unique barcode of the book may be added to a cover of the book as the preset identification information of the book. The number of pages of the book may be preset page number information.
For example, if the object to be destroyed is an optical disc, one optical disc package may include a plurality of optical discs, and the destruction list may include preset identification information of the optical discs and preset number-of-pages information. The preset identification information may be a unique code outside the optical disc package, and the total number of optical discs in the optical disc package may be used as the preset number information of the optical discs.
Further, in the process of comparing the received identification information and identification page number information of the object to be destroyed with the preset identification information and preset page number information, if the identification information is the same as the preset identification information and the identification page number information is different from the preset page number information, the control device 12 sends instruction information for stopping destroying the object to be destroyed to the destruction device 11, and sends alarm information.
Optionally, when the control device 12 receives the destruction list, the destruction list may further include page identification information corresponding to each page to be destroyed in the object to be destroyed, and in the process of destroying the object to be destroyed, the page identification information also needs to be determined. Therefore, the control device 12 further needs to receive identification page identification information corresponding to each page to be destroyed of the object to be destroyed, which is identified by the destruction device 11, compare the identification page identification information with the page identification information, and send instruction information of the object to be destroyed to the destruction device 11 if the identification page identification information is the same as the preset identification information, the identification page number information is the same as the preset page number information, and the identification page identification information is the same as the page identification information.
If the object to be destroyed is a book, a unique bar code can be added to each page of the book as page identification information corresponding to each page to be destroyed of the book.
For example, if the object to be destroyed is an optical disc, a watermark or a special symbol may be added to each optical disc as the page identification information corresponding to each page to be destroyed.
Further, in the comparison process, if the identification page identification information is different from the page identification information, the control device 12 may not destroy the object to be destroyed, and needs to send instruction information for stopping destroying the object to be destroyed to the destruction device and send warning information.
The destruction device 11 in the article destruction system 10 may be specifically configured to, during the process of destroying the object to be destroyed, identify identification information, identification page number information, and identification page identification information for identifying the object to be destroyed, and send the identification information, the identification page number information, and the identification page identification information to the control device 12, and receive the instruction information sent by the control device 12.
In a possible embodiment, fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a destruction apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a destruction apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the destruction device 11 comprises an identification module 201, a transmission shaft 202 and a destruction module 203.
The identification module 201 is configured to identify identification information, identification page number information, and identification page identification information of the object to be destroyed in the process of destroying the object to be destroyed.
The transmission shaft 202 is configured to transmit the object to be destroyed to the destruction module after the destruction device receives the instruction information for destroying the object to be destroyed, which is sent by the control device.
The destruction module 203 is configured to destroy the object to be destroyed after receiving the object to be destroyed transmitted by the transmission shaft.
Further, the destruction device 11 receives the instruction information for destroying the object to be destroyed, which is sent by the control device 12, and destroys the object to be destroyed. If the instruction information of stopping destroying the object to be destroyed, which is sent by the control device 12, is received, the object to be destroyed may not be destroyed.
For example, if the object to be destroyed is an optical disc, the destruction device may also be a device that recognizes the number of the optical disc, and the optical disc may be read and recognized in a recognition module in the destruction device, so as to recognize the recognition identification information and the recognition page number information of the optical disc, and recognize the page identification information, such as a watermark or a special symbol, added in advance to each page. And sends the identified information to the control device 12 so that the control device 12 determines whether to destroy the object to be destroyed.
Optionally, if the object to be destroyed is an article such as a book or a file, the destruction device 11 in the article destruction system 10 according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to identify the identification information, the identification page number information, and the identification page identification information of the object to be destroyed, and receive the indication information sent by the control device, and then determine whether to destroy the book. Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural view of an identification module in a destruction device.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the identification module provided in the embodiment of the present application includes: the paper cutting device comprises a first baffle, a second baffle, a paper pressing roller, a supporting plate, a cutting device, a paper twisting roller, a friction plate and an information identification device.
The first baffle, the second baffle and the paper pressing roller are used for fixing the object to be destroyed. The information identification device is used for identifying the cutting position of the object to be destroyed before cutting, and identifying identification information, identification page number information and identification page identification information of the object to be destroyed. The supporting plate is used for opening the object to be destroyed in the identification process so as to enable the information identification device to identify the cutting position. The cutting device is used for cutting the object to be destroyed according to the cutting position. The paper rolling wheel and the friction plate are used for turning pages of the object to be destroyed.
Further, for convenience of understanding, the information recognition device may include a first recognition device, a second recognition device, and a third recognition device. The first recognition device, the second recognition device and the third recognition device can be cameras. The cutting means may be a cutter.
The steps of the object to be destroyed in the identification module which need to be executed specifically are as follows:
for example, if the book includes preset identification information, preset page number information, and page identification information, the preset identification information may be a barcode BC 123456; presetting page number information as 20 pages; the page identification information is a unique bar code attached to each page.
Putting the book into the recognition module 201, leaning on the book on the first baffle to be fixed, opening the book to a certain angle by using the supporting plate, opening the book to an angle of 30-45 degrees, recognizing the identification information by using the second recognition device, and sending the identification information to the control device, so that the control device judges whether the book which is currently destroyed is the object to be destroyed in the control device, and if so, the next step can be continued. The cutting position of the book is identified by the first identification device, the joint of the included angles is judged to be the binding position according to the included angle of the inner sides of the two sides of the opened book, and the part of the side, close to the baffle, of the included angle is the binding area, namely the cutting position. After the cutting position is identified, the book is conveyed by the conveying shaft.
After conveying books to first preset position, utilize press the paper gyro wheel, first baffle and second baffle are fixed books, fix books back, utilize the cutter to excise books according to the cutting position. The cutting position substantially indicates the binding and gluing part of the book, and after the cutting of the part, the book can be divided into books with each page independently, so that the identification page number information and the identification page identification information of the books can be identified later.
After cutting the book, conveying the book to a second preset position by using a conveying shaft, turning pages of the book after division by using a paper pickup roller and a friction plate, counting identification page number information of the book by using a third identification device, identifying page identification information in each page of the book, and sending the identification page number information of the book and the page identification information in each page of the identification book to a control device, so that the control device determines whether the preset page number information is the same as the identification page number information and whether the page identification information is the same as the identification page identification information. If the destroying information is the same as the preset destroying information, the subsequent destroying process can be carried out, if the destroying information is different from the preset destroying information, the control device needs to send instruction information for stopping destroying the book to the destroying device and send alarm information, and the control device can also carry the instruction information for enabling the destroying device to send the alarm information when sending the instruction information for stopping destroying the book to the destroying device.
In the above identification process, the binding and gluing part of the book is cut off by the cutter, because when the identification page number information of the book is counted by utilizing equipment such as a camera, under the condition of not cutting off the binding, the book page may have folding, the situation of damage and the like, the identification page number information after counting is inaccurate, each page can be independently turned and identified in the book after cutting off the binding, the counting process cannot occur, the situation that the book page cannot be folded and identified is avoided, and the identification process is also convenient.
Optionally, in the process of identifying the book, if the book has a hard protective cover, the hard protective cover of the book may be removed.
Optionally, in the identification process, the first identification device may be used to identify the width of the book, so that after the book is transferred to the destruction module 203, the second baffle may be adjusted according to the width of the book to fix the book.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a process of book recognition. Fig. 4 includes a first flap, a transfer shaft, a book, and a page support plate. And the recognition points of the book width and the recognition points of the cutting position are marked in fig. 4.
After the identification module identifies various information of the book, if the destruction device receives the instruction information for destroying the book sent by the control device, the transmission shaft can be used for transmitting the book to the destruction module, and the book is destroyed. In particular, the destruction module may be a shredder.
The article destroying system provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively identify the object to be destroyed, and judge whether the preset identification information and the identification information of the object to be destroyed, the preset page number information and the identification page number information, the page identification information and the identification page identification information are the same, so that the situation of missed destruction and mistaken destruction is avoided, and the object to be destroyed is effectively guaranteed to be destroyed.
