In order to make the purpose, technical solution and effect of the present application clearer and clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two.
It is understood that the methods of the present application can include any of the method embodiments described below as well as any non-conflicting combinations of the method embodiments described below.
It is understood that the medical institution information management method of the present application may be executed by a medical institution information management device, which may also be referred to as a device for short, and may be any device with processing capability, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an embodiment of a medical institution information management method according to the application, where the method includes:
step S110: a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information are acquired.
It should be noted that the medical institution information management device in the present application may operate a medical institution master index management system, and the medical institution master index management system may be configured to execute the medical institution information management method in the present application. The medical institution main index management system can be connected with a plurality of data sources, acquires medical institution information from the plurality of data sources, and manages based on the acquired medical institution information, wherein the medical institution main index management system can acquire the medical institution information through modes of file import, interface registration, database extraction and the like. The process of managing the medical institution information may be a part of the management of the regional medical big data platform on the medical information, or it may be understood that the result of managing the medical institution information by using the medical institution main index management system may be used in the management of the regional medical big data platform on the medical information.
Each data source may include related information about at least one medical institution, different data sources may include related information about the same medical institution at the same time, and the content of the related information about the same medical institution in different data sources may be the same or different, or may exist partially the same. The data sources may be different medical systems, such as various levels of medical management systems, organizational management systems, and so forth. Specifically, for example, the data source a includes related information about medical institutions a, B, and c, the data source B includes related information about medical institutions B and d, the related information about medical institution B in the data source a is specifically a health institution category code and an organization code of medical institution B, and the related information about medical institution B in the data source B is specifically an organization code, an approved medical fixed point type, and a basic medical institution type of medical institution B. Wherein both data sources include relevant information about medical institution b, but the specific content is partially the same.
After acquiring medical institution information from a plurality of data sources, the medical institution main index management system stores the acquired piece of medical institution information as a piece of first original medical institution main index information according to a data model of the medical institution main index information, thereby acquiring a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information. Specifically, for example, the related information about medical institutions a, b, and c in the data source a is stored according to the data model of the medical institution main index information, so as to obtain three pieces of first original medical institution main index information.
It should be noted that the first original medical institution primary index information includes several data items, that is, several fields. In a specific application scenario, the data model of the medical institution primary index information may include the following data items (fields): health institution index ID, administrative division, provincial name, city name, district name, health institution category code, organization code, institution code of source system, institution name, institution second name, institution abbreviation, health institution level code, institution classification management category code, approved medical fixed point type, basic medical institution type, superior institution index, supervisor institution code, supervisor institution name, host unit type, unit membership code, whether teaching hospital, regional grid, central grid, unit address, institution zip code, unit fax, institution contact phone, institution email, on duty phone number, reporting phone number, Internet English domain name, institution brief introduction, institution establishment date, and establishment number. The data model is only an example, and the data items included in the data model can be determined by the user according to actual management needs, and are not limited herein.
If the relevant information of a medical institution originating from a certain data source only comprises partial fields in the data model, when the data model according to the main index information of the medical institution is stored, the fields in the relevant information are stored corresponding to the fields of the data model, and the fields not included in the relevant information can be determined to be null values. If the relevant information of a medical institution originated from a certain data source comprises other fields except for the fields in the data model, only the fields in the data model are saved, and the other fields are not saved.
Step S120: a target data item is selected from a number of data items.
It should be noted that pairwise matching of the first original medical institution main index information is performed according to target data in the two first original medical institution main index information, specifically, similarity of the target data of the first original medical institution main index information and the target data of the second original medical institution main index information may be determined, and if the similarity meets a preset condition, matching of the target data and the target data may be determined. The matching process can be realized by a medical institution main index automatic matching algorithm.
Therefore, before pairwise matching is performed on the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information, a target data item according to matching needs to be selected from the plurality of data items, and the target data item may include the plurality of data items.
Step S130: and matching every two pieces of first original medical institution main index information according to the target data to obtain a matching result.
If the matching result is matching, it may be determined that the two pieces of first original medical institution main index information for matching correspond to the same medical institution, that is, the two pieces of information describe the same medical institution, and then step S140 is executed.
Step S140: and associating the matched two pieces of primary index information of the first original medical institution.
Specifically, associating the two pieces of matched first original medical institution main index information may adopt a manner of establishing a mapping relationship.
Step S150: and determining a medical institution main index directory and medical institution main index information according to the incidence relation among the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information.
After the matching and associating processes, it can be determined that the first original medical institution main index information having the association relationship corresponds to the same medical institution, that is, the same medical institution is described. After the matching and the association of the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information are completed, all medical institutions corresponding to the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information and the corresponding relationship between the information and the institutions can be determined. All the obtained medical institutions are the medical institutions contained in the finally determined medical institution main index catalog, and the medical institution main index catalog and the medical institution main index information can be finally determined according to the medical institution main index catalog and the medical institution main index information. The data model of the medical institution main index directory comprises the following data items: the medical institution main index information can be determined according to the first original medical institution main index information corresponding to the medical institution. It should be noted that the medical institution master index list and the medical institution master index information determined in step S150 may be regarded as a standard medical institution master index list and standard medical institution master index information.
In the scheme, a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information are obtained, every two pieces of first original medical institution main index information are matched by using a target data item contained in the first original medical institution main index information to obtain a matching result, the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information are associated according to the matching result, a medical institution main index catalog and medical institution main index information are determined according to the association relationship among the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information, by the method, the information corresponding to the same medical institution in the plurality of pieces of original medical institution main index information can be automatically determined, and the main index catalog and the corresponding main index information are associated, and a main index catalog and the corresponding main index information are automatically determined for a medical institution, so that the workload of manually managing the medical institution information is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of managing the medical institution information is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another embodiment of step S120 of the present application, where step S120 includes:
step S221: and judging whether a plurality of data items in the first original medical institution main index information are null values.
It should be noted that the first original medical institution main index information includes a plurality of data items, some of which may be null values, in order to facilitate subsequent determination of whether two pieces of first original medical institution main index information are matched, a target data item needs to be selected from the plurality of data items to be used as a basis for determining matching, a null value rate of the target data item should be relatively low, so that accuracy of matching can be ensured, and the null value rate of the data item refers to a ratio of the number of first original medical institution main index information whose data item is null value to the total number of first original medical institution main index information.
Step S222: and selecting a data item with the null value rate meeting a preset condition from the plurality of data items as a target data item.
The preset condition may be that the null value rate is lower than a preset proportion, the preset proportion may be determined by a user according to actual needs, and the target data item includes one or more data items.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3 in combination, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S150 in the present application, where the method includes:
step S351: and grouping the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information according to the incidence relation among the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information.
Specifically, the device may use the first original medical institution main index information having the association as a group, or may use a piece of first original medical institution main index information that is not associated with any other piece of first original medical institution main index information, and may use the first original medical institution main index information alone as a group in a case where it is determined that there is no problem with the piece of first original medical institution main index information, for example, there is no case where it cannot be associated with other information due to data error or missing or the like.
Step S352: a medical institution master index catalog is generated for a set of first original medical institution master index information.
It should be noted that, according to the association relationship between the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information, the medical institutions corresponding to the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information may be determined, and a group of first original medical institution master index information corresponds to one medical institution.
It should be noted that the medical institution master index list and the medical institution master index information have uniqueness, so the device generates a medical institution master index list for one medical institution and determines the medical institution master index information corresponding to the medical institution master index list.
Step S353: and selecting one piece of medical institution main index information from a group of first original medical institution main index information as medical institution main index information corresponding to the medical institution main index catalog.
Specifically, the apparatus may select, as the medical institution main index information, one of a group of first original medical institution main index information whose null rate is a ratio of the number of data items that are null to the number of total data items, as the piece of medical institution main index information, from among the null rate of the first original medical institution main index information. The null rate of the first original medical institution master index information can represent the quality of the piece of information, and the lower the null rate, the smaller the proportion of the data items that are null, the higher the data quality. The equipment determines that the medical institution main index information is the one with the highest quality selected from all the first original medical institution main index information corresponding to the medical institution, so that the quality of the medical institution main index information can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another embodiment of a medical institution information management method according to the present application, where the method includes:
step S410: a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information are acquired.
The related description of step S410 may refer to the related content related to step S110, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that some of the first original medical institution primary index information includes a medical institution code, and the device may perform steps S420 to S440 to process the first original medical institution primary index information including the medical institution code. Taking the example of processing a piece of primary first original medical institution index information, the device may perform the same operation on each piece of primary first original medical institution index information including medical institution codes. For the first original medical institution primary index information that does not include the medical institution code, the apparatus may directly perform step S460 without performing steps S420 to S440.
Step S420: and analyzing the medical institution code to generate verification information.
The medical institution codes are generated according to the relevant information of the medical institution and a certain coding rule, and have uniqueness, and the medical institution codes of all the medical institutions are different and can reflect the relevant information of the medical institution. Specifically, for example, the medical institution code may be an organization code that reflects an administrative division, a health institution category, and an institution classification management category to which the medical institution belongs.
Therefore, the medical institution code is analyzed, the related information of the medical institution can be obtained, and the data item included in the analyzed related information is at least partially the same as the data item in the first original medical institution main index information, so that the analyzed related information can be used as verification information for verifying the first original medical institution main index information corresponding to the medical institution code.
Specifically, for example, when the medical institution code is an organization code, the 10 th to 15 th bits of the organization code are analyzed to obtain an administrative division to which the medical institution belongs, including province, city and district, the 18 th to 21 th bits of the organization code are analyzed to obtain a health institution category code, the 22 th bit of the organization code is analyzed to obtain an organization classification management category name and code, the related information obtained by the analysis is used as verification information, and the province, city, district, health institution category code, organization classification management category name and code in the first original medical institution main index information corresponding to the medical institution code are verified by using the verification information.
Step S430: and verifying the primary index information of the first original medical institution by using the verification information.
If the first original medical institution main index information is consistent with the content corresponding to the same data item in the verification information, the verification is determined to be passed. For example, if the content of the data item about the health agency category code in the first original medical institution primary index information and the verification information is both a, it may be determined that the verification is passed, and if the two are not identical, it may be determined that the verification is not passed.
Step S440: and correcting the primary index information of the first original medical institution, which fails in verification.
The device may refill the first original medical institution main index information by using the verification information, that is, in the case that the contents corresponding to the same data item in the first original medical institution main index information and the verification information are not consistent, the content corresponding to the data item in the verification information is used to fill the data item in the first original medical institution main index information, thereby improving the accuracy of the first original medical institution main index information.
Step S450: the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information that are checked and corrected are filtered to reduce duplicate information.
In some embodiments, the device may filter the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution primary index information to reduce duplicate information even if the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution primary index information are not checked and corrected. The repeated information can be reduced by screening the main index information of the first original medical institution, so that the calculation amount of the subsequent matching steps is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the resources are saved.
Specifically, the screening may be performed according to an organization code field of the source system, and the organization code of the source system may reflect a data source of the information source, and screen the repeated information from the same data source.
Step S460: a target data item is selected from a number of data items.
Step S470: and matching every two pieces of first original medical institution main index information according to the target data to obtain a matching result.
Step S480: and associating the matched two pieces of primary index information of the first original medical institution.
Step S490: and determining a medical institution main index directory and medical institution main index information according to the incidence relation among the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information.
For the related description of steps S460 to S490, reference may be made to the related contents of steps S120 to S150, which are not described herein again.
In the scheme, by acquiring a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information, verifying, correcting and screening the first original medical institution main index information, matching every two pieces of first original medical institution main index information by using a target data item contained in the first original medical institution main index information, associating the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information according to a matching result, and determining a medical institution main index directory and medical institution main index information, through the above manner, information corresponding to the same medical institution in the plurality of pieces of original medical institution main index information can be automatically determined and associated, and a main index directory and corresponding main index information can be automatically determined for a medical institution, so that workload of manually managing medical institution information is greatly reduced, and efficiency of managing medical institution information is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a medical institution information management method according to another embodiment of the present application, the method including:
step S510: a plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information are acquired.
The related description of step S510 may refer to the related content related to step S110, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that some of the first original medical institution primary index information includes a medical institution code, and the device may perform steps S520 to S530 to process the first original medical institution primary index information including the medical institution code. Taking the example of processing a piece of primary first original medical institution index information, the device may perform the same operation on each piece of primary first original medical institution index information including medical institution codes. For the first original medical institution primary index information that does not include the medical institution code, the apparatus may directly perform step S540 without performing steps S520 to S530.
Step S520: and performing medical institution code verification on the first original medical institution main index information.
Specifically, the device may perform a correctness check on the medical institution code in the first original medical institution primary index information, such as the number of codes, and the like, and if the check is passed, the device represents that the medical institution code is correct. If the medical institution code is verified, step S530 is performed.
If the medical institution code verification fails, the equipment can mark the piece of first original medical institution main index information as abnormal information without participating in subsequent processing steps.
Step S530: a first original medical institution master index catalog is generated using the medical institution code.
After determining that the medical institution code is correct, a first original medical institution main index directory is generated for the first original medical institution main index information, specifically, for example, the first original medical institution main index directory includes three data items, namely a main index directory ID, a medical institution name and a medical institution code, where the main index directory ID is newly generated by using a pre-stored coding rule, the medical institution code is the medical institution code verified in step S520, and the medical institution name is obtained from the first original medical institution main index information.
In some embodiments, after step S520 and before step S540, the apparatus may further perform steps S420 to S450 for verifying, correcting and filtering the pieces of first original medical institution primary index information, and the order of the steps S420 to S450 and the step S530 may be exchanged or may be simultaneous, which is not limited herein.
Step S540: a target data item is selected from a number of data items.
Step S550: and matching every two pieces of first original medical institution main index information according to the target data to obtain a matching result.
Specifically, the matching process may be implemented by an automatic matching algorithm for the medical institution master index information, and the automatic matching algorithm for the medical institution master index information may be classified into a probabilistic matching algorithm and a deterministic matching algorithm. Before matching, the device may select the corresponding automatic matching algorithm. The device can judge whether the number of the target data items reaches a preset number, if so, matching is performed by adopting a probabilistic matching algorithm, if not, the target data items are less, matching is performed by adopting a simpler deterministic matching algorithm, and therefore matching efficiency can be improved, wherein the preset number can be set by a user according to needs, and no limitation is made here.
The deterministic matching algorithm is to calculate the probability of similarity of the target data items, determine the matching result as matching if the similarity of the target data items is greater than a set threshold, and otherwise determine the matching result as mismatching.
The probabilistic matching algorithm means that similarity probability of the target data items is scattered, and matching results are determined to be matching, suspected matching and mismatching according to upper and lower thresholds. The probabilistic matching algorithm can be a classical Fellegi-Sunter model in human mouth statistics and the like.
In some embodiments, before performing the matching, the device may partition the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution primary index information according to administrative divisions included in the first original medical institution primary index information, each partition including the first original medical institution primary index information corresponding to the administrative division. Because the first original medical institution main index information is divided according to the administrative division, the first original medical institution main index information corresponding to the same medical institution is only contained in the same subarea, so that the range of pairwise matching can be limited in the same subarea, the calculation amount of the matching process can be reduced, the matching efficiency is improved, and the resources are saved.
It should be noted that, if a probabilistic matching algorithm is used for matching, the matching result may be a suspected match. If a piece of first original medical mechanism group index information matches every two pieces of first original medical mechanism group index information with all other pieces of first original medical mechanism group index information, there are multiple matching results for one piece of information. The equipment judges a matching result corresponding to each piece of first original medical mechanism group index information, judges whether suspected matching exists, and displays the first original medical mechanism group index information of which the matching result is suspected matching for a user to carry out matching confirmation if the suspected matching exists. The device can respond to user operation to update that the matching result of the first original medical institution main index information is manual matching or can not be judged, wherein the condition that whether the information is matched with other information can not be determined through manual processing can not be judged, possible reasons of the condition include that the content of the information is wrong or missing and the like, the data quality is poor, and the information can not be judged, so in the subsequent processing step, the association between the two pieces of information of which the matching result is the condition that the information can not be judged can not be established, and the medical institution main index catalog and the medical institution main index information can not be influenced.
Step S560: and associating the matched two pieces of primary index information of the first original medical institution.
Step S570: and determining a medical institution main index directory and medical institution main index information according to the incidence relation among the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution main index information.
In some embodiments, the device may associate the medical institution master index directory with the corresponding first original medical institution master index directory according to the association relationship, where the association may be by establishing a mapping relationship, or the like.
It should be noted that the management of the medical institution information may be divided into two stages, the first stage is to process all the generated medical institution information for the first time, and the second stage is to process the newly generated medical institution information after the process of processing the medical institution information for the first time is completed. In the second phase, the healthcare facility master index management system may obtain newly generated healthcare facility information from multiple data sources and process it on a case-by-case basis. In the above embodiment, the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information correspond to all the pieces of medical institution information that have been generated in the first stage, and the following pieces of second original medical institution master index information correspond to newly generated medical institution information.
Step S580: and acquiring the main index information of the second original medical institution.
The second original medical institution main index information is the medical institution related information acquired by the medical institution main index management system from a certain data source, and is stored according to the data model of the medical institution main index information, similar to step S110, and the related description may refer to the related content related to step S110.
When the new medical institution related information is generated in the data source, the medical institution master index management system may perform steps S580 to S5100, so as to implement that the newly generated medical institution related information is included in the management category of the medical institution information.
It should be noted that the device may also check a medical institution code included in the second original medical institution main index information, generate a second original medical institution main index directory, generate check information by using the medical institution code, check and correct the second original medical institution main index information, and the like.
Step S590: and matching the second original medical institution main index information with the historical original medical institution main index information to obtain a matching result.
It should be noted that the historical original medical institution master index information includes the plurality of pieces of first original medical institution master index information, and in some embodiments, the historical original medical institution master index information may further include all pieces of second original medical institution master index information before the current second original medical institution master index information.
Through the step S590, the device can obtain a matching result, and according to the matching result, the device can determine whether the second original medical institution main index information and the historical original medical institution main index information correspond to the same medical institution.
Step S5100: and determining a medical institution main index directory and medical institution main index information corresponding to the second original medical institution main index information according to the matching result.
Specifically, if the second original medical facility primary index information matches at least one of the historical original medical facility primary index information, it may be determined that they correspond to the same medical facility and the device may associate the second original medical facility primary index information with the matching historical original medical facility primary index information. Since the historical original healthcare facility master index information already has a corresponding healthcare facility master index catalog and healthcare facility master index information, after association, the device may determine that the second original healthcare facility master index information also corresponds to the healthcare facility master index catalog and healthcare facility master index information.
Therefore, the medical institution main index information corresponding to the second original medical institution main index information can be compared, and if the quality of the second original medical institution main index information is higher than that of the medical institution main index information, the medical institution main index information is updated by using the second original medical institution main index information.
