In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
A method, an apparatus, a readable storage medium, and an electronic device for displaying a property and an object provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for displaying a property is provided, the property having a model corresponding to the property, the method comprising:
step 102, obtaining a model corresponding to a property;
step 104, displaying the property information based on the model;
106, displaying at least one first virtual object;
step 108, updating the display information based on the position of the first virtual object in the property information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first virtual object and the property information are displayed simultaneously to be presented to the user for viewing, and the simultaneously displayed information is updated based on the position of the first virtual object in the property information. Therefore, the user can use the first virtual object as a reference object to sense the property information, and the problem that the property space cannot be sensed in the process of viewing the model of the property is solved.
In the design, the property information can be understood as information such as images and characters related to the property, which can be viewed by a user, and the corresponding property information displayed based on the model can be understood as a process that the user can acquire the property information by viewing the model.
In the design, the model corresponding to the property is a three-dimensional model which is obtained by acquiring layout data of the property in advance and is the same as the layout data of the property through construction.
In one possible design, at least one first virtual object is displayed in the property information, and it is understood that in the process of viewing the three-dimensional model of the property, one first virtual object is displayed in the three-dimensional model, so that in the process of viewing the property information, the first virtual object is also viewed, and therefore the user can more really sense the spatial information of the property by using the first virtual object.
In one possible design, since the display information is updated according to the position of the first virtual object in the property information, the property information viewed by the user may also be constantly changed, which is beneficial to improving the spatial information of the property perceived by the user.
In one possible design, the method further comprises: receiving a first input; in response to the first input, property information and a first virtual object are displayed.
In the design, a scheme for displaying the property information and the first virtual object is specifically provided, and in the process, the property information and the first virtual object are displayed under the control of the first input, so that a user can select the property information and the first virtual object to be displayed together according to actual needs, and the display of the first virtual object is realized through manual control without displaying the property information.
In one possible design, the property information and the first virtual object are displayed together to serve as a display scheme of the property information, for example, the first virtual object is used for watching the property, which may also be called as a virtual kid to be watched, and correspondingly, the first input may be understood as selecting the first virtual object to be used for watching the property or selecting the virtual kid to be used for watching, so that a plurality of room watching schemes are provided for the user, and the user is helped to perceive the spatial information of the property to the greatest extent.
In one possible design, the method further comprises: receiving a second input; displaying the property information in response to the second input; receiving a third input; in response to the third input, the first virtual object is displayed during the displaying of the property information.
In the design, a scheme of displaying the property information and the first virtual object step by step is given, in the process of displaying the property information, a user can judge whether the function that the first virtual object needs to be started to see is needed or not according to actual needs, and if the function needs to be started, a third input is input so as to respond to the third input, so that the first virtual object is displayed; and under the condition of not needing, not inputting, and at the moment, not displaying the first virtual object, in the process, the time for displaying the first virtual object can be controlled, so that the rendering pressure for rendering the property information and the first virtual object at the same time is reduced.
In one possible design, the third input may be an activation input to a preset function, wherein the preset function is "display reference character", and after receiving the third input, "display reference character" is activated to display the first virtual object.
For example, in the case of online house-viewing by applying the above design, the virtual character is used to simulate the living situation of the user in the house by displaying the first virtual object, such as the virtual character, in the current view. As shown in fig. 2, after the bed is placed in a room, the distance between the tail of the bed and the wall is shown by using the virtual character, and the space between the tail of the bed and the roof can also be shown according to the virtual character.
In one possible design, in the case where the number of the first virtual objects is plural, the spatial information of the property is presented by using the plural first virtual objects displayed at the same time.
For example, when the first virtual object is a virtual character, a plurality of virtual characters are used to simulate a scene of a person sitting around a dining table, thereby simulating the size of the space in the area where the dining table is located.
In one possible design, before displaying the property information, the method further includes: receiving a fourth input; in response to a fourth input, attribute information of the first virtual object is set according to the fourth input.
Considering that the criteria for sensing the size of the space are different for different users, the displayed virtual object may not meet the sensing criteria of different users, which is disadvantageous for sensing the spatial information of the property using the virtual object.
In order to overcome the above problem, in the design, in the case that the fourth input is received, the attribute information of the first virtual object is set according to the fourth input, so as to personalize and customize the virtual object, and meet the use requirements of different users.
In one possible design, the fourth input includes an input for starting setting of the attribute information and an input for entering the attribute information, and specifically, in a case where the input for starting setting of the attribute information is received, a window for setting the attribute information is displayed, and in a case where the input for entering the attribute information is received, a parameter included in the input for entering the attribute information is filled in the window to realize setting of the attribute information.
In one possible design, the first virtual object includes an ontology and a branch connected to the ontology, and the display method further includes: receiving a fifth input; and responding to a fifth input, and adjusting the posture between the branch and the body.
The method includes the steps that in the process of showing the property by using the first virtual object, the real action of a user needs to be simulated to actually show the spatial information of the property. Therefore, in the design, the virtual object is divided into the body and the branch in detail, and the body and the branch are connected with each other, so that the action of the user can be simulated by using the posture between the body and the branch, and the space information of the house property can be reflected more truly under the support of the virtual reality technology.
For example, the branch has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected to the body, and one end away from the body, that is, the second end, moves along the height direction of the virtual object until a connection line between the first end and the second end is parallel to the height direction of the virtual object, so as to simulate the action of the user stretching his hand upwards. In this case, it is convenient for the user to perceive the height condition of the property.
The height condition of the house is the distance between the simulated user and the roof after lifting the hand.
For example, the branch has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected with the body, and the end far away from the body, that is, the second end rotates along the first end, until the included angle between the second end and the first end and the body is a preset angle, so as to simulate the sitting posture of a user and sense the height condition of a real estate by utilizing the sitting posture.
In one possible design, the attribute information includes: at least one of size data of the first virtual object, shape data of the first virtual object, and sex data of the first virtual object.
In the design, the content included in the attribute information is specifically given, wherein the size data of the first virtual object is set so as to more intuitively perceive the spatial information of the property, wherein the size data may be height data.
In the design, the shape data can be understood as the thickness condition of the body from the end part to the middle position of the body and the thickness condition of the body from one end of the branch to the other end of the branch, and the shape data is set so as to reflect the shape of the user by using the first virtual object, so that the display effect of the space information of the house property is improved.
In one possible design, the morphology data includes: the length of the limb and/or body.
In the design, the length of the limiting branch and/or the body can be adjusted, so that the shape of a user can be reflected by the first virtual object to the maximum extent, and the display effect of the space information of the house property can be improved.

Specifically, a distance value of each movement of the first virtual object is preset, wherein the distance value is set according to input of a user, and the user can determine the space information of the property by observing the simulated movement process by controlling the movement of the first virtual object so as to simulate a scene when the user moves inside or outside the property.
In one possible design, the number of times the first virtual object is controlled to move is obtained, and length information inside or outside the property is determined according to the number of times and the distance value of each movement of the first virtual object.

Wherein, according to house type information and material data generation explanation file, include: inputting the house type information and the material data into a pre-trained model to obtain text data; and converting the text data to obtain an explanation file.
In the design, a generation mode of the explanation file is specifically limited, in the process, the house type information and the material data are input into the pre-trained model, so that the pre-trained model is used for automatically generating the text data, and in the process, a user does not need to participate in the generation of the text data, so that the generation efficiency of the explanation file is improved.
In one possible design, the preset neural network model is a pre-trained model, and specifically, the model is trained by using the family information and the material data to obtain the model for generating the text data.
In one possible design, the text data output by the pre-trained model is discontinuous discrete characters without a context logic relationship, and if the text data is directly output to a user, the user cannot accurately know the content to be expressed by the text data, so that the text data is converted to obtain an explanation file, so that the continuous explanation file with the context logic relationship is obtained, and the user can conveniently understand the explanation file.
