It will be appreciated that with respect to the controller described above, a processor 610 and a memory 620 as shown in FIG. 1 may be included.
Based on the above system architecture platform 600 and the hardware structure of the air conditioning device, various embodiments of the control method of the air conditioning device of the present invention are proposed.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method of the air conditioning device comprises the steps that the air conditioning device comprises a controller, an air conditioner, a water supply module, a water fetching motor and an outdoor motor, wherein the air conditioner is provided with a compressor and a condenser, the water supply module is used for supplying water to the water fetching motor, the water supply module is provided with a valve used for adjusting the flow rate of the supplied water, the outdoor motor is used for blowing water mist to the condenser, and the controller is respectively communicated with the compressor, the valve and the outdoor motor; the control method is applied to the controller, and includes but is not limited to step S100 and step S200.
S100, acquiring a current first operating parameter of the compressor, comparing the first operating parameter with a first preset parameter to obtain a first comparison result, and taking a preset opening corresponding to the first comparison result as the opening of the valve;
and S200, acquiring a current second operating parameter of the outdoor motor, comparing the second operating parameter with a second preset parameter to obtain a second comparison result, and controlling the opening of the valve according to the second comparison result.
Specifically, during the operation of the air conditioning device, firstly, the controller may obtain a current first operation parameter of the compressor, compare the first operation parameter with a first preset parameter to obtain a first comparison result, and use a preset opening corresponding to the first comparison result as the opening of the valve; then, the controller can obtain the current second operating parameter of the outdoor motor again, compare the second operating parameter with a second preset parameter to obtain a second comparison result, and control the opening of the valve according to the second comparison result. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the water quantity required by cooling and heat dissipation is judged through detecting the first operation parameter of the compressor, so that the water quantity added is adjusted, the water quantity meets the heat dissipation requirement of the device, and better cooling effect and refrigeration effect and better energy efficiency are achieved; then, whether the air volume is enough is judged through the second operation parameter by detecting the second operation parameter of the outdoor motor, and the water volume for adding water is adjusted when the air volume changes, so that the overall heat dissipation and cooling meet the requirements of a refrigeration system, and further, better cooling effect and refrigeration effect are achieved, and better energy efficiency is achieved.
It is noted that, regarding the current first operating parameter of the compressor, it may refer to the compressor frequency; in addition, the current second operation parameter of the outdoor motor may refer to a motor speed or a motor current.
It should be noted that the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes two parts, which are respectively as follows:
a first part: according to the judgment of the compressor frequency, the compressor operation frequency is divided into three stages: in the first and low-frequency operation stages, the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigerating system is small, and the required water amount is small; in the second and middle frequency operation stage, the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigerating system is larger, and the required water amount is more; and in the third high-frequency operation stage, the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigerating system is extremely high, and the required water amount is extremely large.
A second part: judging the air volume change of the motor according to the rotating speed and current parameters of the outdoor motor, and if the air volume is reduced, namely the air cooling heat dissipation is poor, the required water volume is large; if the air volume is increased, namely the air cooling heat dissipation is improved, the required water volume is small.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the case that the first operation parameter includes a compressor frequency, and the first preset parameter includes a plurality of preset compressor frequencies, regarding the step S100, comparing the first operation parameter with the first preset parameter to obtain a first comparison result, and using a preset opening corresponding to the first comparison result as the opening of the valve, including but not limited to steps S310 and S320.
Step S310, comparing the frequency of the compressor with the preset frequency of the compressor, and determining a frequency interval where the frequency of the compressor is located;
step S320, determining a preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency interval, and taking the preset opening degree as the opening degree of the valve, wherein the frequency interval corresponds to the preset opening degree one to one.
Specifically, during the operation of the air conditioning device, firstly, the controller may obtain the current compressor frequency of the compressor, and then, the controller may compare the compressor frequency with the preset compressor frequency to determine the frequency interval in which the compressor frequency is located, that is, determine whether the current compressor is in a low-frequency operation stage, a medium-frequency operation stage or a high-frequency operation stage; because the water demand of the refrigeration system is inconsistent under different frequency intervals, and therefore, the corresponding valve opening degrees are inconsistent, the controller determines the corresponding preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency intervals, and the preset opening degree is used as the opening degree of the valve.
It should be noted that the controller may pre-store a plurality of preset opening degrees, and the preset opening degrees are different for different frequency intervals.
It will be appreciated that in addition to the above-mentioned compressor frequency comparison, embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by comparing the motor speeds of the compressors.
The determining of the preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency interval in step S320 and using the preset opening degree as the opening degree of the valve may include three cases in fig. 5 to 7.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset compressor frequency comprises a first preset compressor frequency and a second preset compressor frequency, and the first preset compressor frequency is smaller than the second preset compressor frequency; in addition, the preset opening degree comprises a first preset opening degree, a second preset opening degree and a third preset opening degree, wherein the opening degrees of the first preset opening degree, the second preset opening degree and the third preset opening degree are sequentially increased; regarding the step S320 of determining the preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency interval and using the preset opening degree as the opening degree of the valve, the method includes, but is not limited to, the step S410.
And S410, when the frequency interval is smaller than or equal to the preset frequency of the first compressor, taking the first preset opening as the opening of the valve.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset compressor frequency comprises a first preset compressor frequency and a second preset compressor frequency, and the first preset compressor frequency is smaller than the second preset compressor frequency; in addition, the preset opening degree comprises a first preset opening degree, a second preset opening degree and a third preset opening degree, wherein the opening degrees of the first preset opening degree, the second preset opening degree and the third preset opening degree are sequentially increased; regarding the step S320 of determining the preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency interval and using the preset opening degree as the opening degree of the valve, the method includes, but is not limited to, the step S420.
And step S420, when the frequency interval is an interval which is greater than the preset frequency of the first compressor and less than the preset frequency of the second compressor, taking the second preset opening as the opening of the valve.
As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset compressor frequency comprises a first preset compressor frequency and a second preset compressor frequency, and the first preset compressor frequency is smaller than the second preset compressor frequency; in addition, the preset opening degree comprises a first preset opening degree, a second preset opening degree and a third preset opening degree, wherein the opening degrees of the first preset opening degree, the second preset opening degree and the third preset opening degree are sequentially increased; regarding the step S320 of determining the preset opening degree of the valve according to the frequency interval and using the preset opening degree as the opening degree of the valve, the method includes, but is not limited to, the step S430.
And step S430, when the frequency interval is an interval which is greater than or equal to the preset frequency of the second compressor, taking the third preset opening as the opening of the valve.
Specifically, for the three cases in fig. 5 to 7, the controller compares the compressor frequency and the first compressor preset frequency with the second compressor preset frequency to determine the frequency interval in which the compressor frequency is located.
When the frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the preset frequency of the first compressor, that is, the current compressor is in a low-frequency operation stage, because the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigeration system is small and the required water amount is small in the low-frequency operation stage, the first preset opening with a smaller opening is used as the opening of the valve.
When the frequency of the compressor is greater than the preset frequency of the first compressor and less than the preset frequency of the second compressor, that is, the current compressor is in the middle-frequency operation stage, and because the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigeration system is large and the required water amount is large in the middle-frequency operation stage, the second preset opening with a large opening is used as the opening of the valve.
When the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the preset frequency of the second compressor, that is, the current compressor is in a high-frequency operation stage, because the heat dissipation capacity of the refrigeration system is extremely large and the required water amount is extremely large in the high-frequency operation stage, the third preset opening degree of the extremely large opening degree can be used as the opening degree of the valve.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Under the condition that the second operation parameter includes the rotation speed of the motor and the second preset parameter includes a plurality of preset rotation speeds, regarding the current second operation parameter of the outdoor motor obtained in the step S200, the second operation parameter and the second preset parameter are compared to obtain a second comparison result, and the opening degree of the valve is controlled according to the second comparison result, including but not limited to the steps S510 and S520.
Step S510, obtaining the current motor rotating speed of the outdoor motor, and comparing the motor rotating speed with a preset rotating speed to obtain a rotating speed comparison result;
and step S520, under the condition that the rotation speed comparison result does not meet the preset rotation speed condition, adjusting the opening degree of the valve according to the rotation speed comparison result.
Specifically, the controller obtains the current motor rotating speed of the outdoor motor, and compares the motor rotating speed with a preset rotating speed to obtain a rotating speed comparison result; when the rotating speed comparison result does not meet the preset rotating speed condition, namely the air volume of the outdoor motor is too large or too small, the controller can adjust the opening of the valve according to the too large or too small rotating speed comparison result.
In the case where the rotation speed comparison result does not satisfy the preset rotation speed condition in step S520, the opening degree of the valve is adjusted according to the rotation speed comparison result, which may include two cases in fig. 9 to 10.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset rotating speed comprises a first preset rotating speed and a second preset rotating speed, the first preset rotating speed is less than the second preset rotating speed, and the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to the first preset rotating speed and less than or equal to the second preset rotating speed; if the rotation speed comparison result in step S520 does not satisfy the preset rotation speed condition, the opening of the valve is adjusted according to the rotation speed comparison result, including but not limited to step S610.
And step S610, under the condition that the rotating speed comparison result does not meet the preset rotating speed condition, when the rotating speed of the motor is less than a first preset rotating speed, increasing the opening degree of the valve.
In addition, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset rotating speed comprises a first preset rotating speed and a second preset rotating speed, the first preset rotating speed is less than the second preset rotating speed, and the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to the first preset rotating speed and less than or equal to the second preset rotating speed; in the case that the rotation speed comparison result in the above step S520 does not satisfy the preset rotation speed condition, the opening degree of the valve is adjusted according to the rotation speed comparison result, including but not limited to step S620.
And S620, reducing the opening degree of the valve when the rotating speed of the motor is greater than a second preset rotating speed under the condition that the rotating speed comparison result does not meet the preset rotating speed condition.
Specifically, for both cases of fig. 9 to 10, when the rotation speed comparison result does not satisfy the preset rotation speed condition, i.e., the air volume of the outdoor motor is too large or too small, the controller may adjust the opening degree of the valve according to the rotation speed comparison result that is too large or too small. Specifically, when the rotating speed of the motor is less than a first preset rotating speed, that is, the current air volume is small, the air cooling heat dissipation is poor, the required water volume is large, and therefore the opening degree of the valve can be increased by the controller; when the rotating speed of the motor is greater than the second preset rotating speed, the current air quantity is larger, the air cooling heat dissipation is better, the needed water quantity is less, and therefore the opening degree of the valve can be reduced by the controller.
In addition, as shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Under the condition that the second operation parameter includes the motor speed and the motor current, and the second preset parameter includes a plurality of preset speeds and preset currents, regarding the obtaining of the current second operation parameter of the outdoor motor in the step S200, the second operation parameter and the second preset parameter are compared to obtain a second comparison result, and the opening degree of the valve is controlled according to the second comparison result, including but not limited to the steps S710, S720 and S730.
Step S710, acquiring the current motor rotating speed of the outdoor motor, and comparing the motor rotating speed with a preset rotating speed to obtain a rotating speed comparison result;
step S720, acquiring the current motor current of the outdoor motor under the condition that the rotation speed comparison result meets the preset rotation speed condition;
and step S730, comparing the motor current with a preset current to obtain a current comparison result, and controlling the opening of the valve according to the current comparison result.
Specifically, firstly, the controller acquires the current motor rotating speed of the outdoor motor, and compares the motor rotating speed with a preset rotating speed to obtain a rotating speed comparison result; when the rotating speed comparison result meets the preset rotating speed condition, the current motor current of the outdoor motor is further obtained, the motor current is compared with the preset current to obtain a current comparison result, and the opening of the valve is controlled according to the current comparison result. According to the embodiment of the invention, the current air quantity of the outdoor motor can be better detected to be too large or too small through double detection of the motor rotating speed and the motor current.
For the control of the opening degree of the valve according to the current comparison result in the above-described step S730, three cases in fig. 12 to 14 may be included.
In addition, as shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset rotating speed comprises a first preset rotating speed and a second preset rotating speed, the first preset rotating speed is less than the second preset rotating speed, and the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to the first preset rotating speed and less than or equal to the second preset rotating speed; the preset current comprises a first preset current and a second preset current, wherein the first preset current is smaller than the second preset current; the step S730 of controlling the opening of the valve according to the current comparison result includes, but is not limited to, the step S810.
And step S810, when the current of the motor is smaller than a first preset current, increasing the opening of the valve.
In addition, as shown in fig. 13, fig. 13 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset rotating speed comprises a first preset rotating speed and a second preset rotating speed, the first preset rotating speed is less than the second preset rotating speed, and the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to the first preset rotating speed and less than or equal to the second preset rotating speed; the preset current comprises a first preset current and a second preset current, wherein the first preset current is smaller than the second preset current; the step S730 of controlling the opening of the valve according to the current comparison result includes, but is not limited to, the step S820.
And S820, when the current of the motor is greater than or equal to the first preset current and less than or equal to the second preset current, keeping the opening degree of the valve.
In addition, as shown in fig. 14, fig. 14 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The preset rotating speed comprises a first preset rotating speed and a second preset rotating speed, the first preset rotating speed is less than the second preset rotating speed, and the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to the first preset rotating speed and less than or equal to the second preset rotating speed; the preset current comprises a first preset current and a second preset current, and the first preset current is smaller than the second preset current; the step S730 of controlling the opening of the valve according to the current comparison result includes, but is not limited to, the step S830.
And S830, when the current of the motor is larger than a second preset current, reducing the opening of the valve.
Specifically, for the three cases in fig. 12 to 14, specifically, when the motor current is less than the first preset current, which indicates that the current air volume is small and the air-cooled heat dissipation is poor, the required water volume is large, and therefore the controller increases the opening degree of the valve; when the current of the motor is larger than the second preset current, the current air quantity is larger, the air cooling heat dissipation is better, the needed water quantity is less, and therefore the opening degree of the valve can be reduced by the controller; when the current of the motor is larger than or equal to the first preset current and smaller than or equal to the second preset current, the current air quantity is proper, the air cooling heat dissipation is proper, the required water quantity is proper, and therefore the controller can keep the opening degree of the valve.
