Description

Air conditioner refrigerant leakage detection method and device, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a method and a device for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The air conditioner has a cooling and/or heating function, and generally comprises a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling device and other components, wherein a refrigerant circulates in a closed pipeline of the air conditioner under the pressure driving of the compressor, and the purpose of cooling or heating is achieved by exchanging heat with indoor and outdoor environments. The condition of refrigerant leakage is easy to occur due to the fact that pipelines are damaged or loosened due to reasons such as vibration and the like when the air conditioner is not installed in a standard mode or in later-period operation, and therefore the refrigerating or heating effect of the air conditioner is reduced. The air conditioner detects whether refrigerant leaks according to the indoor environment temperature and the indoor heat exchanger pipe temperature mainly in the working process, and because dew point temperature influences the indoor heat exchanger pipe temperature greatly, under the condition that the environment dry bulb temperature is the same, the humidity is different, the corresponding dew point temperature has a large difference, the detection of the indoor heat exchanger pipe temperature is influenced, and therefore the judgment of refrigerant leakage is influenced.

The method and the device for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, the air conditioner and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention can more accurately detect whether the air conditioner has the refrigerant leakage or not, and reduce the possibility of false alarm of the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner.
The embodiments of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner, including, but not limited to, steps S110 to S130:
step S110: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first indoor temperature and a first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, wherein the first indoor temperature is an indoor temperature average value within a first preset time after the compressor is started, and the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature is an indoor heat exchanger tube temperature average value within the first preset time after the compressor is started.
It should be noted that the first indoor temperature and the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature are respectively an indoor temperature average value and an indoor heat exchanger tube temperature average value of the temperature sensor within a first preset time period, and the detection accuracy can be greatly improved by acquiring a plurality of indoor temperatures and a plurality of indoor heat exchanger tube temperatures within the first preset time period and respectively calculating the average values.
Step S120: and acquiring a second indoor temperature, a second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, a second outdoor temperature and a second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature, wherein the second indoor temperature is an average indoor temperature value within a second preset time period from the current moment, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature is an average indoor heat exchanger tube temperature value within the second preset time period from the current moment, the second outdoor temperature is an average outdoor temperature value within the second preset time period from the current moment, and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature is an average outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature value within the second preset time period from the current moment.
It should be noted that, at a certain moment after the compressor is started and operates for a first preset time, the compressor is already in a stable working state within a second preset time from the current moment, and at this moment, the detected data is more accurate, the second indoor temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature, and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature are respectively an indoor temperature average value, an indoor heat exchanger tube temperature average value, an outdoor temperature average value, and an outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature average value of the temperature sensor within the second preset time, and by calculating the average values, the detection accuracy can be greatly improved, and the influence of error factors can be reduced.
In an embodiment, since the compressor may be in an unstable state for a short time after starting, the first preset time is ensured to be long enough to improve the accuracy of the detection data, so that the first preset time is taken as 5 minutes, and the second preset time is taken as 2 minutes because the compressor is stable in operation within the second preset time.
Step S130: and judging whether the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage or not according to the first indoor temperature, the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature.
By acquiring the two temperature data with preset duration, the change of the temperature data can be compared to determine whether the refrigerant of the air conditioner is reduced or not, so that whether the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner occurs or not is judged, comprehensive judgment is carried out according to the results of two times of detection, the detection accuracy is favorably improved, and meanwhile misjudgment is avoided when the air conditioner is unstable in operation.
It should be noted that, in the conventional detection process, it is usually detected whether the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage according to the indoor environment temperature and the indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, and the dew point temperature has a large influence on the indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, and under the condition that the ambient dry bulb temperature is the same, the higher the humidity is, the higher the dew point temperature is, so as to cause the detected indoor heat exchanger tube Wen Piangao, that is, the judgment basis may be influenced, thereby influencing the judgment of refrigerant leakage. Whether the air conditioner leaks the refrigerant is judged by increasing the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature and further combining the first indoor temperature, the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second indoor temperature and the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, so that the influence of environmental factors on judgment basis can be reduced, and the possibility of false refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is reduced.
In the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the first aspect, by obtaining the first indoor temperature and the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature within the first preset time period after the compressor is started, and obtaining the second indoor temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature within the second preset time period, the working condition of the air conditioner can be comprehensively reflected by combining the temperature change conditions within the two preset time periods, so as to determine whether the refrigerant of the air conditioner is reduced, and by increasing the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature as the judgment basis, the influence of environmental factors on the judgment basis can be reduced, so that the possibility of false refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner, the step S130 of determining whether the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage includes, but is not limited to, the steps S210 to S230:
step S210: reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan under the condition of meeting a first preset condition and a second preset condition;
step S220: re-acquiring the second indoor temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature, and judging whether the first preset condition is met again;
step S230: and if the first preset condition is met again, preliminarily judging that the refrigerant leaks, and recording the abnormal times.
Wherein, in the refrigeration mode:
the first preset condition is that the current outdoor temperature is within a first preset temperature interval, the absolute difference between the tube temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the second indoor temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset value, the absolute difference between the tube temperature of the second outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor temperature is smaller than or equal to a second preset value, the absolute difference between the tube temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the tube temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger is smaller than or equal to a third preset value, and the absolute difference between the tube temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the tube temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger is smaller than or equal to a fourth preset value.
It should be noted that, whether refrigerant leakage occurs in the air conditioner is usually detected according to the indoor temperature and the pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger in the conventional detection process, when the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode, under the condition that the ambient dry bulb temperature is the same, the humidity is different, the corresponding dew point temperature has a large difference, and the influence on the pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is large, so that the difference between the pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor temperature can deviate under the conditions of the same refrigerant quantity, the same dry bulb temperature and different humidity, and the judgment on the refrigerant leakage is influenced. Because the outdoor temperature and the pipe temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger are not influenced by the dew point temperature of the environment when the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode, whether the refrigerant quantity of the air conditioner is abnormal or not can be detected more accurately by introducing the outdoor temperature and the pipe temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, and the possibility of false refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is reduced.
It should be noted that the first preset condition mainly considers the temperature change condition of the air conditioner during the normal operation process, and in order to reduce the possibility of false alarm of refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, it is first determined whether the current outdoor temperature is within a first preset temperature interval, where the first preset temperature interval is a precondition for the normal operation of the air conditioner in the cooling mode.
If the air conditioner does not have refrigerant leakage, when the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, the temperature difference between the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger tube and the indoor temperature is large, and the temperature difference between the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger tube and the outdoor temperature is large. When the air conditioner leaks refrigerant, the refrigerating effect of the air conditioner is poor, the temperature difference between the pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor temperature is small, and the temperature difference between the pipe temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor temperature is small. When the absolute difference between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the second indoor air is less than or equal to the first preset value, and the absolute difference between the temperature of the second outdoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the second outdoor air is less than or equal to the second preset value, it can be reflected that the cooling effect of the air conditioner is poor.
In addition, since the current time is a certain time after the compressor is started and operates for a first preset time period, and the second preset time period is a certain time period from the current time, it can be understood that, along with the change of time, if the air conditioner does not leak refrigerant, the indoor temperature and the indoor heat exchanger pipe Wen Huiyou greatly change when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode. When the refrigerant leaks from the air conditioner, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is affected, and when the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to the third preset value and the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to the fourth preset value, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner can be reflected to be poor.
It should be noted that, the differences involved in the above embodiments are all absolute values of the calculated values, that is, all positive values, and by calculating the absolute difference and comparing the absolute difference with a preset value, the data is more conveniently processed, which is beneficial to improving the detection efficiency. In addition, the detection deviation of the temperature sensor can be greatly reduced by using the difference value for judgment.
It can be understood that, in the cooling mode, only when the current outdoor temperature is within the first preset temperature interval, the absolute difference between the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature and the second indoor temperature is less than or equal to the first preset value, the absolute difference between the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature and the second outdoor temperature is less than or equal to the second preset value, the absolute difference between the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature and the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature is less than or equal to the third preset value, and the absolute difference between the second indoor temperature and the first indoor temperature is less than or equal to the fourth preset value, the first preset condition is satisfied, and the relationship between the absolute difference of the different temperatures and the preset value is determined for multiple times, so that the accuracy of the determination result can be improved, and the influence of accidental factors on the determination result can be eliminated.
Wherein, in the refrigeration mode, the second preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
if the current outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than the first preset exhaust temperature and the actual running current is less than a first preset current;
the actual operation frequency of the compressor is greater than a first preset frequency and the actual operation current is less than a first preset current;
if the current outdoor temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is higher than the second preset exhaust temperature and the actual running current is lower than the first preset current;
when the air conditioner is in the exhaust frequency limiting state, the actual running frequency of the compressor is smaller than a first preset frequency.
It should be noted that the second preset condition considers other factors except the temperature change condition to further improve the detection accuracy. In addition, the meaning of at least one of the second preset conditions may be that any one is satisfied, or that a plurality of conditions are combined with each other.
When the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, namely, the refrigerant quantity is reduced, so that evaporation overheating is caused, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is increased, and meanwhile, the actual working power is reduced under the condition of fixed operation frequency, so that the operation current of the compressor is reduced. Therefore, the exhaust temperature and the actual operation current of the compressor can be further judged to reflect the working condition of the air conditioner. In addition, because the air conditioner is divided into low-temperature refrigeration and normal-temperature high-temperature refrigeration according to the outdoor temperature in the refrigeration mode, the set operation frequency difference of the corresponding compressor is larger, and the corresponding preset exhaust temperature is different, a first preset temperature needs to be set, and by obtaining the current outdoor temperature, the exhaust temperature of the compressor and the actual operation current of the compressor, if the current outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than the first preset exhaust temperature and the actual operation current is less than the first preset current, a second preset condition is met.
When the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is reduced, and in the refrigeration mode, the compressor works at a higher operation frequency in order to enable the indoor temperature to reach the target temperature set by a user. Therefore, the actual operation frequency and the actual operation current of the compressor can be further judged to reflect the working condition of the air conditioner. By acquiring the actual operating frequency of the compressor and the actual operating current of the compressor, if the actual operating frequency of the compressor is greater than the first preset frequency and the actual operating current is less than the first preset current, the second preset condition is met.
When the exhaust temperature of the compressor reaches a certain temperature, the compressor reduces the operation frequency to reduce the exhaust temperature, and the air conditioner is in an exhaust frequency limiting state. If the air conditioner is in the normal condition that refrigerant leakage does not occur, when the air conditioner is in the exhaust frequency limiting state, the operating frequency of the compressor can be gently reduced and cannot be smaller than the first preset frequency, and if the operating frequency of the compressor is smaller than the first preset frequency, it can be stated that the exhaust frequency limitation occurs because the refrigerant leakage occurs to the air conditioner, so that the actual operating frequency of the compressor can be further judged to reflect the working condition of the air conditioner. By acquiring the actual operating frequency of the compressor, if the actual operating frequency of the compressor is less than the first preset frequency when the air conditioner is in the exhaust frequency limiting state, the second preset condition is met.
It should be noted that, reducing the indoor fan rotational speed can be realized through reducing the fan and keeping off the position to drive indoor temperature and indoor heat exchanger pipe temperature and change, further increase the difference between indoor temperature and the indoor heat exchanger pipe temperature, and then improve the degree of accuracy that detects.
The method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner according to the embodiment includes determining whether a first preset condition and a second preset condition are met, if the first preset condition and the second preset condition are met, reducing the rotating speed of an indoor fan to enable the air conditioner to be adjusted to an ideal working state, and obtaining a second indoor temperature, a second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, a second outdoor temperature and a second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature again.
In the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, after the refrigerant leakage is preliminarily judged, the compressor is controlled to stop, and the compressor is restarted after a third preset time.
It can be understood that the first preset condition is met again according to the first indoor temperature, the first indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is preliminarily judged, and the compressor is controlled to stop running for a third preset time and then restarted, so that the influence caused by accidental factors is eliminated, and the misjudgment rate can be reduced.
In the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, when the abnormal times are more than the preset times, the refrigerant leakage is determined to occur, and a fault prompt is sent.
It can be understood that after the refrigerant leakage is determined to occur in the initial step, the abnormal times is increased by one, the compressor is restarted after being stopped for a third preset time, the determination process is executed again, the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is determined to occur only when the abnormal times are greater than the preset times, and a fault prompt is given out, so that whether the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner occurs or not can be detected more accurately, and the possibility of false alarm of the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is reduced.
It should be noted that, when it is determined that the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, the air conditioner can be controlled to stop running, the running reliability of the air conditioner is improved, fault alarm prompt is performed, and a user is reminded to overhaul the air conditioner in time. In order to remind a user in time, refrigerant leakage fault information can be output to a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone of the user, and the air conditioner can be in communication connection with the mobile phone through Bluetooth or WiFi.
In the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, when the conclusion that whether the first preset condition is met is judged again to be not met, the second indoor temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature are obtained again after the fourth preset time, and whether the first preset condition is met is judged again.
If the conclusion that whether the first preset condition is met is judged again to be not met, the second indoor temperature, the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature, the second outdoor temperature and the second outdoor heat exchanger tube temperature are obtained again every fourth preset time, whether the first preset condition is met is judged again, whether the first preset condition is met is judged periodically, whether refrigerant leakage occurs in the air conditioner can be detected timely, and the running reliability of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
In the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, under the heating mode:
the first preset condition is that the current outdoor temperature is within a second preset temperature interval, the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to a fifth preset value, the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to a sixth preset value, and the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to a seventh preset value.
It should be noted that, the first preset condition mainly considers the temperature change condition of the air conditioner during the normal operation process, and in order to reduce the possibility of refrigerant leakage false alarm of the air conditioner, it is first determined whether the current outdoor temperature is within a second preset temperature interval, where the second preset temperature interval is a precondition for the normal operation of the air conditioner in the heating mode.
If the air conditioner does not have refrigerant leakage, and the temperature difference between the indoor heat exchanger tube temperature and the indoor temperature is large when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode, the embodiment of the invention considers that the compressor operates stably in the second preset time period, so that the absolute difference between the second indoor heat exchanger tube temperature and the second indoor temperature is compared with the fifth preset value. When the refrigerant quantity is reduced due to refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, the heat exchange efficiency is reduced, the heating effect of the air conditioner is poor, and the temperature difference between the pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor temperature is reduced. When the absolute difference between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the second indoor is less than or equal to the fifth preset value, the heating effect of the air conditioner can be reflected to be poor.
In addition, since the current time is a certain time after the compressor is started and operates for a first preset time period, and the second preset time period is a certain time period from the current time, it can be understood that, if the air conditioner does not leak refrigerant with time change, the indoor temperature and the indoor heat exchanger pipe Wen Huiyou greatly change when the heating mode operates. When the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, the heating effect of the air conditioner is affected, and when the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to a sixth preset value, and the absolute difference value between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is smaller than or equal to a seventh preset value, the heating effect of the air conditioner can be reflected to be poor.
It can be understood that, in the heating mode, only when the current outdoor temperature is within the second preset temperature interval, the absolute difference between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube is less than or equal to the fifth preset value, the absolute difference between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is less than or equal to the sixth preset value, and the absolute difference between the temperature of the second indoor heat exchanger tube and the temperature of the first indoor heat exchanger tube is less than or equal to the seventh preset value, the first preset condition is met, the relationship between different absolute difference values of the temperatures and the preset values is judged for many times, the accuracy of the judgment result can be improved, and the influence of accidental factors on the judgment result can be eliminated.
Wherein, in the heating mode, the second preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
the actual operation frequency of the compressor is greater than a first preset frequency and the actual operation current is less than a second preset current;
the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than a first preset exhaust temperature and the actual running current is less than a second preset current;
when the air conditioner is in the exhaust frequency limiting state, the actual running frequency of the compressor is smaller than a first preset frequency.
It should be noted that when the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, its heating effect will be reduced, and in the heating mode, in order to make the indoor temperature reach the target temperature set by the user, the compressor will operate at a higher operating frequency, and in addition, the actual operating current of the compressor is positively correlated with the amount of refrigerant. Therefore, the actual operation frequency and the actual operation current of the compressor can be further judged to reflect the working condition of the air conditioner. By acquiring the actual operating frequency of the compressor and the actual operating current of the compressor, if the actual operating frequency of the compressor is greater than the first preset frequency and the actual operating current is less than the second preset current, the second preset condition is met.
When the air conditioner has refrigerant leakage, the refrigerant causes evaporation overheating, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is increased, and meanwhile, the actual work power is reduced under the condition of fixed operation frequency, so that the operation current of the compressor is reduced. Therefore, the exhaust temperature and the actual operation current of the compressor can be further judged to reflect the working condition of the air conditioner. By acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor and the actual operation current of the compressor, if the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than the first preset exhaust temperature and the actual operation current is less than the second preset current, the second preset condition is met.
When the exhaust temperature of the compressor reaches a certain temperature, the compressor reduces the operation frequency to work so as to reduce the exhaust temperature, and the air conditioner is in an exhaust frequency limiting state.
In the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, the duration of the reduction of the rotating speed of the indoor fan is a fifth preset duration.
It can be understood that if the first preset condition and the second preset condition are met simultaneously, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced, the air conditioner is enabled to continuously operate at the reduced rotating speed for a fifth preset time, the indoor air speed can be effectively reduced, the indoor environment can be adjusted to an ideal environment state, and the possibility of false alarm of refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner is greatly reduced.
