Referring to fig. 16 to 18, the present embodiment provides a caliper cover adapted to a caliper 600, the caliper cover includes a cover body 610 and an adapting block (622 and/or 632), a length direction of the cover body 610 is an X direction, a width direction is a Y direction, and a thickness direction is a Z direction, the cover body 610 is provided with a through hole (611 and/or 612) in the Y direction, the adapting block (622 and/or 632) is configured to be fittingly installed in a cavity (621 and/or 631) of the caliper 600, the through hole (611 and/or 612) is configured to receive a screw (623 and/or 633) to extend into the through hole, and the screw (623 and/or 633) is locked with the adapting block (622 and/or 632) to perform a Z-direction limiting function on the caliper 600 when the cover body 610 is assembled with the caliper 600.
The through holes (611 and/or 612) may be counter sunk holes for receiving assembly screws to avoid exposing the screws.
The cover 610 includes a flange having ribs on an inner surface thereof for eliminating assembly errors. The ribs extend in the Z direction to facilitate guided assembly. The thickness of the inner surface bulges of the ribs relative to the folded edge is less than or equal to 3 mm. The hem includes hem and lower hem, goes up the hem and is the arc hem, and the rib distributes and sets up on last hem.
The upper folding edge is further provided with an avoiding notch 613 corresponding to the opening in the top of the caliper 600, a hooking folding edge 614 is arranged at the position, close to the avoiding notch 613, of the upper folding edge, and the hooking folding edge 614 can be hooked with the side wall, open in the top, of the caliper 600 to improve positioning and assembling effects.
The cover 610 is provided with a fitting recess 615 matching the recess 605 of the caliper 600 in the X direction to improve positioning and assembling effects.
The adapter blocks (622 and/or 632) are disposed in the upper cavity 621 and/or the lower cavity 631 of the outer end of the caliper 600. That is, the adapter block provided in this embodiment may be the upper one, the lower one, or both, and the specific form and position are determined according to the shape and position of the cavity on the caliper 600.
The specific shape of the adapter block is not limited, and the adapter block 622 may be cylindrical as shown in FIG. 17, or the adapter block 632 may be wedge-shaped as shown in FIG. 18 or other shapes that are practical with prior art calipers.
The caliper cover provided by the embodiment is also fully utilized for the cavity of the caliper 600, the corresponding adapting block 622 is designed according to the shape of the cavity to be matched and plugged, the adapting block 622 is provided with a screw hole, and the locking screw is directly locked on the caliper 600, so that the installation is stable and reliable.

With reference to fig. 5 to 8, the present embodiment provides a caliper cover adapted to a caliper 200, the caliper cover includes a cover body 210, a length direction of the cover body 210 is an X direction, a width direction thereof is a Y direction, and a thickness direction thereof is a Z direction, the cover body 210 includes an upper folding edge 211 and a lower folding edge 212, wherein:
when the cover body 210 is assembled with the caliper 200, the upper folding edge 211 and the lower folding edge 212 limit the caliper 200 in the Y direction, the concave surface of the upper folding edge 211 and/or the concave surface of the lower folding edge 212 are/is provided with a convex part, and the convex parts are used for being mutually meshed with the corresponding concave parts on the caliper 200 to limit the caliper 200 in the X direction when the cover body 210 is assembled with the caliper 200.
Specifically, the inner surface of the lower folded edge 212 is provided with a first convex portion 251, and the first convex portion 251 is used for being embedded into a first concave portion 203 correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the caliper 200 when the cover 210 is assembled with the caliper 200. In one embodiment, the first protruding portion 251 has a substantially triangular cross-section.
The inner surface of the upper flange 211 is provided with a second protruding portion 252, and the second protruding portion 252 is used for being embedded into a second recess 204 correspondingly formed at the top of the caliper 200 when the cover 210 is assembled with the caliper 200. In one embodiment, the second protruding portion 252 has an inverted trapezoidal cross-section.
The inner concave surface of the cover 210 is provided with a third protrusion 253, the third protrusion 253 is used for being embedded into a third recess 205 correspondingly arranged at the top of the caliper 200 when the cover 210 is assembled with the caliper 200, and in a specific embodiment, the protrusion degree of the third protrusion 253 is smaller than that of the second protrusion 252.
The third protruding portion 253 can be two protruding plates disposed on the upper folded edge 211, and disposed on two sides of the second protruding portion 252.
The third protrusion 253 includes an X-direction horizontal plate 254 and an inclined plate 255 connected to an outer end of the X-direction horizontal plate 254.
The inner surface of the upper hem 211 may be provided with a plurality of ribs for eliminating assembly errors, the ribs extending toward the Z direction.
The calliper cover that this embodiment provided has fully considered calliper and has had unevenness's structural feature, and the bellying that does the correspondence on calliper cover forms the interlock with the surface of calliper, has further promoted the spacing effect when the cover body cooperates with calliper.

5. The caliper housing of claim 3, wherein when the lock housing is a unitary housing, the housing body and the lock housing are each provided with a Z-lug, the Z-lug being provided with the Z-attachment hole.
6. Caliper housing according to claim 1, characterized in that the screw is locked from the direction of the lock housing towards the direction of the housing body.
