Typically this requires that the product be mounted on the device and then the mounting angle of the product adjusted to accommodate the bayonet location of the device, and it is difficult to meet the use requirements if a particular mounting angle is encountered or the product is inconvenient to move.

On the basis of the above-mentioned assembled design, if the product is a double spline output, two support bases 2 can be symmetrically placed on the bottom plate 1, the position of one of the support bases 2 on the bottom plate 1 is determined first, and the support bases 2 are fixed by bolts. After the two groups of spline shafts 3 and the clamping rings 4 are installed and respectively embedded into the V-shaped grooves in the supporting seat 2, two output spline ends of the product are respectively sleeved on the spline shafts 3, because of the angular relation between the matched splines, the angles of the spline shafts 3 or the product can be selectively adjusted according to the needs to meet the matching requirements, and finally the other supporting seat 2 is fixed.
Meanwhile, in the design, the limiting block 6 is formed by processing two eccentric arch-shaped grooves of the same type on an arch-shaped cylindrical surface, and the axes of the arch-shaped grooves and the axes of the arch-shaped cylindrical surface are not collinear. The limiting block 6 is placed on the supporting seat 2 and the clamping ring 4, and the end surface of the limiting block, which is far away from the arch-shaped groove, is flush with the end surface of the spline side of the spline shaft 3.
The two symmetrical bosses inside the external fixing sleeve 5 are inserted into the cross groove through holes of the clamping ring 4 and are matched and fixed with the clamping ring, the external part is embedded into the supporting seat 2 to limit the spline shaft 3 to move upwards along the Z-axis direction, and two circles of symmetrical threaded holes pointing to the circle center are machined in the outer ring of the external fixing sleeve.

On the basis of the design of the device, whether the product is single-spline output or double-spline output, the product can be kept still, after the spline shaft 3 is matched with the product, the clamping ring 4, the supporting seat 2, the limiting block 6, the outer fixing sleeve 5 and the limiting screw 7 are sequentially installed, and finally the supporting seat 2 is fixed on the base 1 by using bolts; or the spline shaft 3, the mounting collar 4, the supporting seat 2, the limiting block 6 and the external fixing sleeve 5 are combined, then matched with a product, finally the limiting screw 7 is screwed in for limiting, and the supporting seat 2 is fixed on the base 1 through bolts.
The device has a simple structure, flexible and various installation modes, and achieves the effects of compact and stable installation while reducing the use of fasteners by utilizing the traditional mortise and tenon structure thought; in addition, the spline shaft angle is adjustable, so that the installation of any angle in the radial direction of the product can be realized.
