Background
The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuating element which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and makes linear reciprocating motion (or swinging motion), has simple structure and reliable work, can omit a speed reducer when realizing reciprocating motion, has no transmission clearance and moves stably, and is widely applied to hydraulic systems of various machines. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is in direct proportion to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides of the effective area; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder cover, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffering device and an exhaust device.
At present, among the engineering machine tool action of equipment, adopt reciprocal pneumatic cylinder to become mechanical energy with hydraulic energy most, control equipment's turning to, the upset, excavate, promote etc, but engineering machine tool need work under the abominable condition of environment many times, and the conventional dust ring that current pneumatic cylinder set up can't be with clean up such as its silt dust, consequently, these filth impurity easily get into the hydro-cylinder along with the piston rod motion inside, thereby cause sealing washer and cylinder internals to damage, and can influence the life of piston rod and other structures, increase cost of maintenance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hydraulic cylinder with a dustproof structure, which solves the problem that dirt and impurities easily enter the interior of the cylinder along with the movement of a piston rod, so that a sealing ring and parts in the cylinder barrel are damaged.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a hydraulic cylinder with a dustproof structure comprises a cylinder body, a guide sleeve arranged at the end part of the cylinder body and a piston rod arranged in the guide sleeve, wherein a guide ring is arranged on the inner side of the guide sleeve, a plurality of uniformly distributed dustproof units are arranged on the inner side of the guide ring, and one side of each dustproof unit is connected to the outer side of the piston rod through a flat sealing gasket;
the dustproof unit comprises a switching part, two supporting legs and two arc sealing gaskets, wherein one ends of the supporting legs are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the switching part, each supporting leg is connected with one arc sealing gasket at the other end, the switching part is rotatably connected to the inner side of the guide ring, and two adjacent edges of the arc sealing gaskets are respectively connected to two sides of the flat sealing gasket.
Different from the hydraulic cylinder in the prior art, the guide ring is directly arranged at the end part of the whole hydraulic cylinder instead of the middle part of the hydraulic cylinder, when the piston rod extends out, the end part of the hydraulic cylinder supports the piston rod, the inner side of the guide ring is provided with a plurality of dustproof units, after two arc sealing gaskets of the dustproof units are connected with the flat sealing gasket, the two arc sealing gaskets and the flat sealing gasket are contacted with the surface of the piston rod, so that the sealing effect and the dustproof effect are realized; when the piston rod stretches, the flat sealing gasket can be driven to rotate by a certain angle around the rotating part due to friction force. The connecting part is arranged to enable the two supporting legs to rotate by a certain angle when the piston rod stretches, so that the arc sealing gasket can be in contact with the surface of the piston rod, the two supporting legs and the flat sealing gasket are triangular, the supporting legs enable the arc sealing gasket to be more tightly attached to the surface of the piston rod under the driving of friction force, the arc sealing gasket plays a good role in pushing dirt impurities, the dirt impurities are left outside the flat sealing gasket, the dirt impurities can be prevented from easily entering the interior of the oil cylinder along with the movement of the piston rod, further, the damage to the sealing ring and parts inside the hydraulic cylinder is avoided, and therefore compared with the prior art, the cleaning degree of the surface of the piston rod is remarkably improved, the dirt impurities can be prevented from entering the interior of the cylinder body along with the movement of the piston rod, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is finally prolonged.

Preferably, the supporting legs comprise a first foot plate, a second foot plate and caterpillar plates, the tops of the first foot plate and the second foot plate are fixedly connected and then connected to one side of the bottom of the movable sleeve, the first foot plate and the second foot plate form a herringbone shape, the caterpillar plates are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first foot plate and the second foot plate, and the two caterpillar plates are respectively connected to two sides of one surface of the arc sealing gasket.

The working principle is as follows: when the piston rod stretches, the flat sealing gasket can be driven to rotate a certain angle around the transition part due to friction force, the two supporting legs can rotate a certain angle when the piston rod stretches, so that the arc sealing gasket can contact the surface of the piston rod, the two supporting legs and the flat sealing gasket are triangular, the supporting legs enable the arc sealing gasket to be more tightly attached to the surface of the piston rod under the driving of the friction force, the arc sealing gasket has a good pushing effect on dirt and impurities, the dirt and impurities are left outside the flat sealing gasket, the dirt and impurities can be prevented from easily entering the oil cylinder along with the movement of the piston rod, further the damage to the sealing ring and parts inside the hydraulic cylinder is avoided, the transition part can enable the two supporting legs to deflect, the supporting legs of a plurality of dustproof units arranged in the guide ring can correspondingly deflect when the piston rod inclines, and the supporting legs can correspondingly deflect in the guide ring by taking the middle part of the transition part as a fulcrum, the arc sealing gasket surface can be ensured to be always attached to the piston rod, the sealing effect and the dustproof effect are further improved, the piston rod is guided by the guide ring, the guide ring is not abraded, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is further prolonged.
The invention provides a hydraulic cylinder with a dustproof structure. The method has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, friction force generated when the piston rod stretches is utilized to drive the flat sealing gasket to rotate a certain angle around the transfer part, the two supporting feet can rotate a certain angle when the piston rod stretches, so that the arc sealing gasket can contact the surface of the piston rod, and the arc sealing gasket is more tightly attached to the surface of the piston rod by the supporting feet under the drive of the friction force because the two supporting feet and the flat sealing gasket are triangular, so that compared with the prior art, the cleaning degree of the surface of the piston rod is obviously improved, dirt and impurities can be prevented from entering the cylinder body along with the movement of the piston rod, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is prolonged.
2. According to the invention, the plurality of dustproof units are arranged on the inner side of the guide ring, and after the two arc sealing gaskets of the dustproof units are connected with the flat sealing gasket, the two arc sealing gaskets and the flat sealing gasket are in contact with the surface of the piston rod, so that the dustproof and sealing effects are achieved.
3. the dustproof unit 10 comprises an adapter part, two supporting legs 16 and two arc sealing gaskets 12, wherein one ends of the two supporting legs 16 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the adapter part, the other end of each supporting leg 16 is connected with one arc sealing gasket 12, the adapter part is rotatably connected to the inner side of the guide ring 7, and adjacent edges of the two arc sealing gaskets 12 are respectively connected to two sides of the flat sealing gasket 20.
The guide ring 7 is directly arranged at the end part of the whole hydraulic cylinder instead of the middle part of the hydraulic cylinder, when the piston rod 3 extends out, the end part of the hydraulic cylinder supports the piston rod 3, the inner side of the guide ring 7 is provided with a plurality of dustproof units 10, after two arc sealing gaskets 12 of the dustproof units 10 are connected with the flat sealing gasket 20, the two arc sealing gaskets 12 and the flat sealing gasket 20 are contacted with the surface of the piston rod 3, so that the sealing effect and the dustproof effect are achieved; when the piston rod 3 stretches, the flat sealing gasket 20 can be driven to rotate by a certain angle around the rotating part due to friction force. Meanwhile, the adapter part arranged in the invention can enable the two supporting feet 16 to deflect, the supporting feet 16 of the plurality of dustproof units 10 arranged in the guide ring 7 can correspondingly deflect when the piston rod 3 inclines, the supporting feet 16 can correspondingly deflect in the guide ring 7 by taking the middle part of the adapter part as a fulcrum, the surface of the arc sealing gasket 12 can be ensured to be always attached to the piston rod 3, the sealing effect and the dustproof effect are further improved, the piston rod 3 is guided by the guide ring 7, the guide ring 7 cannot be abraded, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is further prolonged.
Two grooves for placing the guide ring 7 are arranged on the inner wall of the guide sleeve 2. Two guide rings 7 are convenient to place by utilizing the two grooves, and supporting, sealing and dustproof effects are improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the dust-proof units 10 are provided with a space therebetween. Be equipped with the interval between the dustproof unit 10 on every guide ring 7, can make things convenient for independent function between the dustproof unit 10, stagger each other between the dustproof unit 10 on two guide rings 7, the interval position between the dustproof unit 10 on a guide ring 7 corresponds the dustproof unit 10 on another guide ring 7 promptly, rationally arrange two guide rings 7 and can further improve sealed, the dustproof effect to piston rod 3 and cylinder body 1.
Referring to fig. 4, both side surfaces of the guide ring 7 are provided with ribs 9, and the inner sides of the ribs 9 are provided with trepanning 11. In order to limit the supporting feet 16, the flange 9 is arranged, and in order to avoid the wear of the piston rod 3 caused by the flange 9 on the guide ring 7, the diameter of the sleeve hole 11 on the inner side of the flange 9 should be larger than the diameter of the piston rod 3, so that a certain gap is reserved between the flange 9 and the piston rod 3, the flange 9 and the piston rod 3 can be prevented from contacting with each other when the piston rod 3 deflects, and the arc sealing gasket 12 and the flat sealing gasket 20 are kept in close contact with the piston rod 3.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to further improve the sealing and dust-proof effects, a stet seal 8 may be disposed at one end of the inner side of the guide sleeve 2, a dust ring 4, a second Y-shaped ring 5, and a first Y-shaped ring 6 are sequentially disposed at the other end of the inner side of the guide sleeve 2, the stet seal 8 is disposed on one side of the guide ring 7, and the dust ring 4, the second Y-shaped ring 5, and the first Y-shaped ring 6 are disposed on the other side of the guide ring 7.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the adaptor includes two fixing sleeves 13, a fixing shaft 14 and a movable sleeve 15, the outer sides of the two fixing sleeves 13 are both fixedly connected to the inner side of the guide ring 7, the two ends of the fixing shaft 14 are respectively rotatably connected to the two fixing sleeves 13, the middle of the fixing shaft 14 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the movable sleeve 15, and the two sides of the bottom of the movable sleeve 15 are respectively fixedly connected to one end of the two supporting legs 16.
Two fixed sleeves 13 of each switching part are connected to the inner side of the guide ring 7, the fixed shaft 14 can rotate in the fixed sleeves 13, and the two supporting legs 16 are simultaneously fixed at the bottom of the movable sleeve 15, so that the two supporting legs 16 can rotate conveniently, the rotating effect of the switching part is realized, and the two supporting legs 16 can deflect.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in order to provide support for the arc sealing gasket 12 and improve the dustproof effect, the support leg 16 includes a first foot plate 17, a second foot plate 18 and a track plate 19, the tops of the first foot plate 17 and the second foot plate 18 are fixedly connected and then connected to one side of the bottom of the movable sleeve 15, the first foot plate 17 and the second foot plate 18 form a herringbone shape, the bottoms of the first foot plate 17 and the second foot plate 18 are both fixedly connected with the track plate 19, and the two track plates 19 are respectively connected to two sides of one side of the arc sealing gasket 12.
The herringbone is formed by the first foot plate 17 and the second foot plate 18, two caterpillar plates 19 support two sides of the arc sealing gasket 12, the contact area between the arc sealing gasket 12 and the piston rod 3 can be increased, the two first foot plates 17 close to the piston rod 3 are made of plastic materials, the second foot plate 18 is made of hard alloy materials, when impurities on the piston rod 3 are excessive, the first foot plates 17 are stressed excessively, the first foot plates 17 can generate certain bending deformation, the first foot plates 17 and the second foot plates 18 are simultaneously contacted with the piston rod 3, the impurities are scraped simultaneously, referring to fig. 8, the two foot plates close to the flat sealing gasket 20 are the first foot plates 17, the two outer side foot plates are the second foot plates 18, and in order to improve the dustproof effect when the first foot plates 17 and the second foot plates 18 are simultaneously contacted with the piston rod 3, the outer side of the second foot plates 18 is preferably wrapped by the arc sealing gasket 12.
The distance from the bottom edge of the track plate 19 to the piston rod 3 is greater than or equal to the distance from the bottom edge of the track plate 19 to the flange 9. By means of the limiting function of the rib 9, the track plate 19 is prevented from deviating too much, the track plate 19 can make the arc sealing gasket 12 contact with the piston rod 3 when the piston rod 3 is kept to extend and retract, and when the track plate 19 of one supporting foot 16 deflects away from the piston rod 3, the track plate 19 of the other supporting foot 16 should contact with the piston rod 3.
