In the process that the water-absorbing expansion resin 29 extrudes the slip ring 36 and the inner tube 23, the reinforcing ribs 24 and the through holes 25 can effectively prevent the increase of the distance between the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21 due to the increase of the total length between the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23, and further prevent the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21 from inclining, prevent the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21 from being fatigue-broken, and the reinforcing ribs 24 can provide a certain degree of protection effect on the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21 and can also promote the fixation of the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21.
After the water-absorbent expandable resin 29 is sufficiently used, the water-absorbent expandable resin 29 covers the inclined plate 31 to completely block the air holes 30, and the air pressure in the first U-shaped pipe 17 and the air intake duct 13 increases after the air holes 30 are blocked. When the air pressure is increased to a preset value in the air pressure sensor 28, the air pressure sensor 28 controls the two valves 27 to rotate in the same direction through the background control system, so that a passage is formed between the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21 and between the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 which do not use the water-absorbing expansion resin 29, and the passage where the water-absorbing expansion resin 29 is fully used is blocked by the two valves 27, so that the device can normally compress air on one hand, and the reduction of the production efficiency caused by the replacement of the water-absorbing expansion resin 29 is prevented; on the other hand, the pressure born by the pipeline can be prevented from being too high due to too high air pressure in the pipeline.
When the water-absorbing expansion resin 29 in the outer tube 22 is replaced, the plug 26 is unscrewed from the end of the outer tube 22, so that the threaded ring 34 is separated from the threaded groove, in the process, the threaded ring 34 is also separated from the switch 35, and the telescopic rod 32 is contracted, and the contraction of the telescopic rod 32 drives the sliding ring 36 to move towards the direction away from the inner tube 23 in the outer tube 22, so that the distance between the sliding ring 36 and the end of the inner tube 23 is increased. At this time, the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 are removed by disconnecting the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 from the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21, respectively, and then by pressing the inner tube 23 into the outer tube 22 so that the total length of the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 is smaller than the distance between the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21. After the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 are removed, the inner tube 23 is reinserted into the outer tube 22 after replacing the outer tube 22 with a new water-absorbent resin 29 by removing the inner tube 23 from the inside of the outer tube 22 and then removing the water-absorbent resin 29.
By placing the outer tube 22 in the groove formed in the mounting seat 15, when the water-absorbent resin 29 in the lower outer tube 22 is replaced, the lower mounting seat 15 can effectively adsorb the outer tube 22 by the magnet, and the outer tube 22 and the inner tube 23 are fixedly connected to the first U-shaped tube 17 and the second U-shaped tube 21, respectively. Then the threaded ring 34 is screwed into the threaded groove through the plug 26, when the threaded ring 34 is screwed into the bottom of the threaded groove, the threaded ring 34 will abut against the switch 35, and further the switch 35 controls the extension of the telescopic rod 32, so that on one hand, the water-absorbent expansion resin 29 is effectively clamped between the sliding ring 36 and the inner pipe 23, and on the other hand, the connection among the outer pipe 22, the inner pipe 23, the first U-shaped pipe 17 and the second U-shaped pipe 21 can be more tight.
