Abstract
The invention provides an engine hand-pull starter which is suitable for a small unmanned aerial vehicle. The right-handed screw is connected with the engine, and the connection is firmer when the engine is started every time. The design of the check ring can prevent the starting rope from accidentally slipping out and blocking the engine when the engine is started. The starter is provided with only one part, and has simple structure, good reliability and lighter weight. The engine hand-pull starter has the characteristics of light weight, good reliability and convenience in use, is suitable for small unmanned aerial vehicles, and can improve the use maintainability and flight performance of the unmanned aerial vehicles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an innovative design of an engine hand-pull starter, which is suitable for a small unmanned aerial vehicle, meets the light weight requirement of aviation parts, and belongs to the field of aviation design.
Background
For small unmanned aerial vehicle's engine, conventional hand power starter is a set of mechanism of installing on the engine alone, like the starter shown in fig. 6, wherein, the pull handle can drive the engine crankshaft rotatory, and then starts the engine, and the spring in the starter will withdraw and start the rope after loosening the hand, and clutch in the starter also makes the operation of engine not influence the starter. Such actuators are convenient to use, but have a complex construction, with parts made primarily of plastic or nylon, which are easily damaged during use, and which have a high overall weight. For the unmanned aerial vehicle, the lighter the weight of the used parts is, the more beneficial the flight is, so the applicability of the conventional starter on the unmanned aerial vehicle is not strong. Therefore, a hand-pulling starter with light weight, simple structure and good reliability needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
For designing a hand power starter that lightweight, simple structure, good reliability, need fully simplify the starter form under the prerequisite that satisfies the condition of starting the engine, do sufficient weight reduction design to reach better reliability and life-span.

a wheel shaft, the center of which is provided with a right-handed thread,
a web extending from the axle of the wheel,
a rim, which is supported by the web,
a pair of retainer rings respectively arranged at both sides of the wheel rim,
wherein:
the front side of the engine is provided with a power output disc which is connected with an engine rotating shaft arranged on the back side of the engine, the engine rotating shaft is provided with a rotating shaft right-handed thread, a starter is arranged on the rotating shaft through the right-handed thread and the rotating shaft right-handed thread,
the starter cord is wound around the starter between a pair of collars.

Detailed Description
1) Starter structure
The overall structure of the engine hand-pull starter (3) according to one embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2. Wherein, the center of the wheel shaft (8) is provided with a right-handed thread (6); the wall thickness of the axle (8) is thin for weight reduction. A web plate (5) extends from the wheel shaft (8), and a reinforcing rib (4) is arranged for improving the strength of the starter (3). The wheel rim (2) is supported by the web (5) and the reinforcing ribs (4), and two retaining rings (7) are arranged on two sides of the wheel rim (2). On the premise of not influencing the function and the strength of the starter (3), the lightening hole (1) is designed on the starter, so that the weight of the starter (3) can be greatly reduced.
2) Mounting form
The overall mounting of the actuator (3) is shown in figures 3 and 4. The front surface of the engine (10) is provided with a power output disc (9), and the power output disc (9) is connected with an engine rotating shaft (13) on the back surface of the engine (10). A rotating shaft right-handed thread (14) is arranged on an engine rotating shaft (13), a starter (3) is installed on the rotating shaft (13) through the right-handed thread (6), a starting rope (11) is wound on the starter (3), and the end of the starting rope (11) is fixed on a starting handle (12).
The installation and use process of the starter:
the starter (3) is screwed on the engine rotating shaft (13) according to the mode shown in figure 4, then the starting rope (11) is wound on the starter (3), the starting handle (12) is pulled forcefully according to the mode shown in figure 5, the starter (3) drives the engine rotating shaft (13) to rotate, and the engine (10) can be started after a certain rotating speed is reached.
The advantages of the invention include:
1) light in weight is fit for being used for unmanned aerial vehicle.
2) Only one part is provided, the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
3) Has enough strength, reliability, durability and difficult damage.
4) The right-handed thread is connected with the rotating shaft of the engine, the starter is fastened when the starter is started every time, and the starter is not easy to loosen in the running process of the engine, and is safe and reliable.
5) When starting, the retaining ring can prevent the unexpected roll-off of start rope, avoids the problem of the dead engine shaft of card.

1. A hand starter (3) for an engine (10), characterized by comprising:
a wheel shaft (8) with a right-handed thread (6) in the center,
a web (5) extending from the axle (8),
a rim (2) supported by a web (5),
a pair of retainer rings (7) respectively arranged at both sides of the wheel rim (2),
wherein:
the front surface of the engine (10) is provided with a power output disc (9), the power output disc (9) is connected with an engine rotating shaft (13) arranged on the back surface of the engine (10), the engine rotating shaft (13) is provided with a rotating shaft right-handed thread (14), the starter (3) is arranged on the rotating shaft (13) through a right-handed thread (6) and the rotating shaft right-handed thread (14),
the starting rope (11) is wound on the starter (3) between the pair of check rings (7).

the web plate (5) is provided with a reinforcing rib (4),
