Claims (8)

1. An automobile exhaust muffler device comprises a pipe body (1), and is characterized in that the pipe body is connected with a filter cylinder (4) on the inner side through a protection ring (9), a main filter channel is formed on the inner side of the filter cylinder (4), and a standby filter channel (3) is formed between the outer wall of the filter cylinder and the inner wall of the pipe body (1);
when the pressure of the tail gas on the filter cylinder (4) is larger than a preset value, the protection ring (9) is broken, so that the standby filter channel (3) is turned to an open state from a closed state;
the tail gas pushes the filter cartridge to apply pressure to the protection ring when the resistance of the filter cartridge becomes large, when the protection ring is broken, the filter cartridge moves axially, the stop valve is blocked on the moving stroke of the filter cartridge, one end of the filter cartridge is pushed to extrude the stop valve by the tail gas, when the stop valve is extruded, the stop valve slides in a sliding cartridge hole in the wall of the filter cartridge of the sleeve, when the stop valve slides, the sound-absorbing layer moves, at the moment, the stop valve and the stop valve are in butt joint, and the butt joint of the stop valve and the part of the filter cartridge are in butt joint, so that the radial sliding block valve is in butt joint with each other, and the radial sliding block valve is in butt joint with each other, so that the radial sliding block valve is separated from the radial sliding block hole of the filter cartridge, and the radial sliding block valve is separated from the radial sliding block hole of the filter cartridge.
2. The exhaust muffler device for the automobile according to claim 1, wherein the alarm device comprises a fixing ring (11) disposed in the backup filter passage (3), and a whistle (12) is disposed on the fixing ring (11).

7. The exhaust muffler device according to claim 1, wherein the material of the protection ring (9) is ceramic or hollow metal.
8. The automobile exhaust muffler device according to claim 4, wherein the high temperature resistant gasket (10) is of an annular structure, and the high temperature resistant gasket (10) is sleeved on the outer wall of the expansion plate.
