Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the oil supplementing assembly includes an oil tank 1, a first oil supplementing ball valve 3, an oil supplementing pump 4, an electromagnetic valve 5 and a second oil supplementing ball valve 6 which are sequentially communicated through a pipeline, and an output end of the second oil supplementing ball valve 6 is communicated with the inside of the oil pan 16 through a pipeline; the oil supplementing assembly further comprises a liquid level detector 15 used for detecting lubricating oil in the oil pan 16, the liquid level detector 15 is electrically connected with the oil supplementing pump 4, when the liquid level detector 15 monitors that the lubricating oil in the oil pan 16 is lower than a specified threshold value, the oil supplementing pump 4 is automatically opened (for example, the oil supplementing pump 4 can be opened through a controller), and then the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 1 is extracted into the oil pan 16, so that the oil supplementing function is realized.
On this basis, as shown in fig. 1, the oil replenishment assembly further comprises an electronic level gauge 2 connected to the lubricant tank 1 for: when the fact that the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 1 is lower than a specified threshold value is monitored, an alarm signal is sent out to prompt a user to supplement the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 1, and the oil supplementing mode can be automatic or manual. The inclined oil supplementing ball valve 11 is in a normally closed state, when an earthquake occurs in the external environment, the oil feeding ball valve 18 is closed, the inclined oil supplementing ball valve 11 is opened, lubricating oil enters the diesel engine through a suction port of the gravity viscous ball 10.2, a hose, the inclined oil supplementing ball valve 11, the lubricating oil pump 7 and the check valve 8, and after the cooling process is completed, the lubricating oil can reach an oil pan 16 through the oil returning ball valve 17, so that the circulation process of a lubricating oil system is completed.
After the diesel engine runs for a period of time, lubricating oil is consumed, when the liquid level detector 15 monitors that the liquid level of the oil pan 16 is lower than a certain set value, in order to ensure the sufficient supply of the lubricating oil, the oil supplementing pump 4 and the electromagnetic valve 5 are started, the oil supplementing pump 4 conveys the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank to the oil pan 16 through the first oil supplementing ball valve 3, the oil supplementing pump 4, the electromagnetic valve 5 and the second oil supplementing ball valve 6, and the whole process is completed through the electronic liquid level meter 2, the liquid level sensor and sensors on the oil supplementing pump 4 and the electromagnetic valve 5 without manual intervention. The electronic level meter 2 observes the liquid level of the lubricating oil tank, and when the liquid level in the lubricating oil tank is lower than a certain set value, lubricating oil is supplied to the lubricating oil tank in time.
After the diesel engine runs for a period of time, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced, the oil discharge pump 13 is started, the stop valve 12 and the oil discharge ball valve 14 are opened, the lubricating oil of the oil pan 16 is pumped out, and then the lubricating oil is supplemented to the oil pan 16 through the oil supplementing assembly. When the oil does not need to be replaced, the shutoff valve 12 and the drain ball valve 14 are normally closed.
