acquiring an internal central axis of the tunnel in the extending direction;
obtaining an installation central line of the box culvert group to be installed according to the internal central axis;
calculating a first position coordinate and a first posture of each box culvert in the box culvert group to be installed according to the installation center line;
and installing the box culverts according to the first position coordinates of each box culvert and the corresponding first postures to form the box culvert group.
2. The installation method of the arc-shaped box culvert in the tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the adjacent box culverts in the box culvert group are separated by a preset distance threshold;
calculating the first position coordinates and the first postures of the boxes and culverts in the box culvert group to be installed according to the installation center line, and specifically comprising:
acquiring the first position coordinate of the box culvert which is installed;
determining the first position coordinate of each box culvert to be installed according to the preset distance threshold and the first position coordinate of the box culvert installed;
determining a first posture of each box culvert to be installed according to the first position coordinate of each box culvert to be installed and the first position coordinate of the box culvert adjacent to the box culvert to be installed.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of installing the box culverts according to the first position coordinates and the corresponding first postures of the box culverts to form the box culvert group specifically comprises:
acquiring a second position coordinate and a second posture of the box culvert currently installed in real time in the installation process of the box culvert;
when the second position coordinate and the second posture are different from the corresponding first position coordinate and the first posture respectively, the box culvert is adjusted according to the corresponding first position coordinate and the corresponding first posture.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after calculating the first position coordinates and the first postures of the box culverts in the box culvert group to be installed according to the installation center line, the method further comprises:
and installing the box culvert according to a preset azimuth angle, the first position coordinates of each box culvert and the corresponding first posture.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the installation of the box culvert according to the preset azimuth, the first position coordinates of the box culvert and the corresponding first posture further comprises:
acquiring the azimuth angle of the box culvert currently installed in real time in the installation process of the box culvert;
and when the azimuth angle is different from the preset azimuth angle, adjusting the box culvert according to the preset azimuth angle.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of installing the box culvert according to the first position coordinates and the corresponding first attitude of the box culvert further comprises:
in the installation process of the box culvert, acquiring the slab staggering distance between the currently installed box culvert and the adjacent box culvert in real time, and adjusting the position coordinate of the box culvert when the slab staggering distance is larger than a preset slab staggering distance threshold;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the installation process of the box culvert, acquiring the misalignment distance between the currently installed box culvert and the adjacent box culvert in real time, and adjusting the position coordinate of the box culvert when the misalignment distance is greater than a preset misalignment distance threshold;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the installation process of the box culvert, the gap between the currently installed box culvert and the adjacent box culvert is collected in real time, and when the gap is larger than a preset gap threshold value, the position coordinate of the box culvert is adjusted.
7. The method for installing the arc-shaped box culvert in the tunnel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising the following steps:
detecting the internal central axis in real time;
adjusting the installation centerline as the internal center axis changes.
8. The method for installing the curved box culvert in the tunnel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the box culvert is installed according to the first position coordinate and the corresponding first posture of the box culvert, the method further comprises:
and when the third position coordinate and the third posture of the installed box culvert are detected to be different from the corresponding first position coordinate and the first posture respectively, adjusting the installation center line.
