When assembling the side plate and the bottom plate 250, the positioning between the side plate and the bottom plate 250 which need to be connected together can be realized through the matching of the second positioning protrusion 203 and the second positioning hole 204, then the operation of fixing the side plate and the bottom plate 250 is performed, the preliminary positioning of the side plate and the bottom plate 250 can be realized through the positioning action of the second positioning protrusion 203 and the second positioning hole 204, and therefore the side plate and the bottom plate 250 can be fixed quickly by an operator.
Optionally, the side plate assembly includes a first plate 210, a second plate 220, a third plate 230, and a fourth plate 240 detachably connected in sequence, where the first plate 210 is opposite to the third plate 230, and the second plate 220 is opposite to the fourth plate 240. That is, the number of the side plates may be four, and the case module 200 has a hexahedral structure, which is more convenient to be mounted to the door body 100 and is also convenient to be connected to other portions of the security door.
In order to fix the bottom plate 250, first bottom plate fixing holes 205 may be formed at both edges of the first plate 210 and the third plate 230, the first bottom plate fixing holes 205 facing the top surface of the bottom plate 250, and a screw fastener penetrating through the first bottom plate fixing holes 205 is coupled to the bottom plate 250. The top surface of the bottom plate 250 is the surface of the bottom plate 250 facing the receiving cavity. When the base plate 250 is a wooden plate, the threaded fasteners herein may be self-tapping screws. In this embodiment, the edge of the bottom plate 250 is located below the first plate 210 and the third plate 230, so that the bottom plate 250 and the first plate 210 and the third plate 230 have a larger contact area, thereby improving the structural strength of the housing module 200, and better preventing foreign matters such as dust in the external environment from entering the accommodating cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, at least one of the first plate 210 and the third plate 230 includes a second body 211 and a second flange 212, the second flange 212 is connected to an edge of the second body 211, the second flange 212 is bent with respect to the second body 211, and the first bottom plate fixing hole 205 is disposed in the second flange 212. The second flanging part 212 may be disposed around the edge of the second body part 211, and the second flanging part 212 may not only meet the requirement of opening the first bottom plate fixing hole 205, but also perform a structural supporting and reinforcing function on the second body part 211, so that the second body part 211 and the second flanging part 212 may be disposed relatively thin, thereby reducing the weight of the side panel.
In order to fix the bottom plate 250, second bottom plate fixing holes 206 may be formed at both edges of the second plate 220 and the fourth plate 240, the second bottom plate fixing holes 206 face the sides of the bottom plate 250, and a screw fastener penetrating through the second bottom plate fixing holes 206 is coupled to the bottom plate 250. When the base plate 250 is a wooden plate, the threaded fasteners herein may be self-tapping screws. In this embodiment, the second plate 220 and the fourth plate 240 are opposite to the side of the bottom plate 250, so that the bottom plate 250 and the second plate 220 and the fourth plate 240 have a larger contact area, thereby improving the structural strength of the housing module 200, and better preventing foreign matters such as dust in the external environment from entering the accommodating cavity.
Since the side surface area of the bottom plate 250 is small, when the threaded fastener passing through the second bottom plate fixing hole 206 is a self-tapping screw, if the threaded fastener is directly tapped into the bottom plate 250, the bottom plate 250 is easily cracked. To prevent this, the base plate 250 may be provided with pre-embedded rubber particles 270, and the threaded fasteners passing through the second base plate fixing holes 206 are connected to the pre-embedded rubber particles 270. The pre-buried colloidal particles 270 have deformability, when the threaded fasteners are tapped into the pre-buried colloidal particles 270, the pre-buried colloidal particles 270 can form threads, and the pre-buried colloidal particles 270 simultaneously extrude the bottom plate 250 and the threaded fasteners, so that the side plates and the bottom plate 250 are more firmly fixed; meanwhile, the pre-buried colloidal particle 270 has good ductility, and is not easy to crack when being subjected to the acting force of the threaded fastener.

When the base plate 250 is a wooden plate, the threaded fasteners herein may be self-tapping screws. In this embodiment, the edge of the bottom plate 250 is located below the fastening flange 207, and the fastening flange 207 can be attached to the top surface of the bottom plate 250, so as to form a larger contact area, thereby improving the structural strength and the load-bearing capacity of the housing module 200.
Alternatively, the second panel 220 and the fourth panel 240 have a first surface facing the bottom panel 250, and the fastening flange 207 has a plate-like structure, and the fastening flange 207 may be perpendicular to the first surface. In addition, the fastening flange 207 may be formed by an integral molding process such as stamping and bending, or may be additionally disposed on the first surfaces of the second plate 220 and the fourth plate 240 by welding.
It should be noted that the three manners of fixing the bottom plate 250 may be used alone or in combination, and of course, the fixing manner of the bottom plate 250 is not limited to these three manners, and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Because the internal device modules 400 in the accommodating cavity are easy to generate heat during operation, in order to realize heat dissipation of the chassis, the bottom plate 250 is provided with heat dissipation holes 251, the heat dissipation holes 251 can be communicated with the accommodating cavity, and low-temperature gas in the external environment and high-temperature gas in the accommodating cavity can exchange heat, so that heat dissipation is realized. Further, in order to prevent foreign matters such as dust in the external environment from entering the accommodating cavity through the heat dissipation holes 251, dust screens 280 may be disposed at the heat dissipation holes 251. The number of the heat dissipation holes 251 and the dust screens 280 can be one or at least two, and as the number of the heat dissipation holes 251 and the dust screens 280 is increased, the heat dissipation effect of the case is better.
As described above, the side plate assembly may include a first plate 210, a second plate 220, a third plate 230, and a fourth plate 240 detachably connected in sequence, where the first plate 210 is opposite to the third plate 230, and the second plate 220 is opposite to the fourth plate 240. Because the width of the security inspection channel is generally greater than the overall thickness of the security inspection door, the second plate body 220 and the fourth plate body 240 may be arranged in the width direction of the security inspection channel, that is, the surface where the second plate body 220 and the fourth plate body 240 are located is parallel to the width direction of the security inspection door, at this time, the lengths of the second plate body 220 and the fourth plate body 240 are both greater than the lengths of the first plate body 210 and the third plate body 230, the direction where the lengths of the second plate body 220 and the fourth plate body 240 are located is parallel to the width direction of the security inspection channel, and the direction where the lengths of the first plate body 210 and the third plate body 230 are located is parallel to the thickness direction of the security inspection door. This embodiment can make full use of the space in the width direction of the security check passage, thereby providing a larger housing module 200 to facilitate the provision of the other parts of the security check door.
In order to increase the size of the display module 300, thereby improving the display effect, at least one of the second board body 220 and the fourth board body 240 may be provided with the display module 300.
