Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rectangular steel pipe OSB wood combined prestressed floor, and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering floor structures.
Background
In recent years, with the development of the economic level of China and the improvement of the smelting process, the steel yield and quality are obviously improved, so that the steel structure is more and more widely applied. The steel structure has the characteristics of small dead weight, convenient installation, short construction period, stable performance, light weight, high strength, good plastic toughness, good isotropy and the like similar to an ideal elastoplastic structure, so the steel structure is gradually applied to buildings, industries and traffic places. However, due to the small cross-sectional size of the steel structure, the phenomenon of local instability and overall instability is easy to occur.
In the last decade, economies have evolved rapidly, and the need for people has shifted from residential to green buildings. For this reason, wood is becoming increasingly popular as a renewable, natural, pollution-free material. However, wood is an anisotropic material with relatively low compressive, tensile and flexural strength. The dimensions of the wood elements are generally relatively large in order to achieve a predetermined load carrying capacity.
OSB board is a synthetic wood. The source of OSB, the term "European pine board", is oriented strand board (Oriented Strand Board, OSB), a novel board species that has developed internationally from Europe, seventies. The application of the European pine board on furniture has been unprecedented, and many large-scale furniture enterprises begin to use OSB to manufacture furniture, and the reason why the European pine board is liked by consumers is that formaldehyde is not released, and the European pine board is firm and durable, and the furniture is lighter in weight and better in flatness than furniture manufactured by medium-density fiber boards.
