The halogen-free low-smoke high-flame-retardant wrapping tape is prepared by mixing magnesium hydroxide, VAE emulsion and water according to a certain proportion to form slurry, coating the slurry on the surface of medium-alkali glass fiber cloth by a coating machine, and drying by an oven. The halogen-free low-smoke high-flame-retardant belting slurry is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of magnesium hydroxide, 10-40% of VAE emulsion and 20-40% of water in balance. The halogen-free low-smoke high-flame-retardant wrapping tape is dried and then wound, a trimming device is arranged at the winding position, and the width of each trimming device is 4.5mm-5.5 mm. And finally twisting the leftover materials into a rope shape, and twisting 3-4 strands of twisted leftover materials of the flame-retardant belt together through a stranding machine for rolling to obtain the halogen-free low-smoke filling rope.
The halogen-free low-smoke filling rope for the cable produced by the method has excellent flame retardant property, the oxygen index reaches more than 70, the tension is good, and the rope is easy to wrap. In the processing, the 4.5-5.5mm of rim charge is respectively removed from two sides during slitting, and the rim charge cannot be degraded in the past and can only be buried, so that certain pollution is caused to the environment.

step (1), preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of magnesium hydroxide, 10-40% of VAE emulsion and the balance of water; mixing magnesium hydroxide, VAE emulsion and water to obtain slurry;
step (2), coating the slurry obtained in the step (1) on the surface of medium alkali glass fiber cloth through a coating machine, and drying through an oven to obtain a halogen-free low-smoke high-flame-retardance wrapping tape;
