Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint which comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of water-based epoxy resin, 5-15 parts of a water-based epoxy curing agent, 8-15 parts of modified graphene oxide, 5-20 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of fumed silica, 35-60 parts of a filler, 5-25 parts of a pigment and a filler, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-8 parts of a plasticizer, 10-25 parts of a toughening agent and 5-35 parts of water; the waterborne epoxy curing agent is an aromatic amine curing agent, and the modified graphene oxide is one of KH-550 modified graphene oxide or diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide; also provides a preparation method thereof. The invention improves the acid resistance, the binding power and the mechanical property of the water-based epoxy floor paint, and is beneficial to promoting the application and the development of the graphene oxide in the water-based epoxy floor paint.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-based epoxy floor coating is environment-friendly, healthy, easy to clean and scrub, slightly acid-alkali resistant, and good in mildew-proof and bacteria-proof effects; the waterproof paint is micro-breathable, resistant to underground water vapor, easy to construct, seamless and dustproof; the coating is hard and wear-resistant and is suitable for medium load; soft luster, beautiful appearance and the like, and is developed rapidly in China. And with the increase of the living quality requirements of people and the restriction of related laws and regulations, the waterborne epoxy floor coating is bound to become one of the development trends in the future market.
However, with the wider application range of the water-based epoxy floor coating, the application environment is more and more complex, and the micro acid and alkali resistance cannot meet the practical requirement, so that research and development on the acid and alkali resistance of the water-based epoxy floor coating still have practical significance.
Compared with graphene, although the mechanical property and the conductivity of graphene oxide are reduced, the graphene oxide has excellent compatibility with organic resin due to a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of a graphene oxide sheet layer, can be stably dispersed in the organic resin, can fully play the role of the graphene oxide as a reinforcing phase in continuous phase resin, and can effectively improve the acid and alkali resistance of epoxy resin due to the fact that the graphene oxide is doped into epoxy resin because the graphene oxide has a large specific surface area and an expanded space sheet structure, so that the graphene oxide has a good application prospect in the field of coatings. However, the graphene oxide surface has more hydrophilic functional groups which are easy to agglomerate after being dried, thereby limiting the application and development of the graphene oxide to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint which is good in acid resistance, simple in components, safe and environment-friendly. In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted:
an acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of water-based epoxy resin, 5-15 parts of a water-based epoxy curing agent, 8-15 parts of modified graphene oxide, 5-20 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of fumed silica, 35-60 parts of a filler, 5-25 parts of a pigment and a filler, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-8 parts of a plasticizer, 10-25 parts of a toughening agent and 5-35 parts of water;
the waterborne epoxy curing agent is an aromatic amine curing agent, and the modified graphene oxide is one of KH-550 modified graphene oxide or diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide.
Preferably, the preparation method of the KH-550 modified graphene oxide comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a graphene oxide solution: putting graphene oxide into a beaker, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
2) preparing KH-550 solution: putting KH-550 and absolute ethyl alcohol into a beaker, and uniformly stirring to obtain a KH-550 solution;
3) preparing KH-550 modified graphene oxide: adding the KH-550 solution obtained in the step 2) into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1), reacting at 50-70 ℃ for 18-24h, and then separating, washing and drying to obtain the KH-550 modified graphene oxide.
Preferably, the preparation method of the diisocyanate grafted and modified graphene oxide comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing a graphene oxide solution: dispersing graphene oxide in dimethylformamide to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
(b) preparation of diisocyanate solution: dispersing diisocyanate in dimethylformamide to obtain a diisocyanate dispersion liquid;
(c) preparing diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide: and (b) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (a) and the diisocyanate dispersion liquid obtained in the step (b) in a nitrogen atmosphere, and reacting at 90-100 ℃ for 24-48h to obtain the diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide.
Preferably, the filler is one or more of bentonite, ground calcium carbonate and talcum powder.
Preferably, the pigment and filler is one of pearl powder, titanium dioxide or lithopone.
Preferably, the defoamer is a hydrophilic defoamer.
Preferably, the plasticizer is one of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester or bismaleimide.
Preferably, the toughening agent is one of amino nitrile rubber or polysulfide rubber.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention also provides a preparation method of the acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified graphene oxide: self-made modified graphene oxide for later use;
(2) high-speed stirring: weighing a certain amount of waterborne epoxy resin, modified graphene oxide, nano zinc oxide and gas-phase white carbon black in a stirring container according to a formula, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 400-600r/min, adding a certain amount of filler and pigment filler, adding a proper amount of defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring;
(3) low-speed film forming: the rotation speed is adjusted to be 100-200r/min, and according to the formula, the waterborne epoxy curing agent, the plasticizer, the toughening agent and a proper amount of water are added and stirred for a certain time to prepare the acid-resistant waterborne epoxy floor paint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint disclosed by the invention adopts the aromatic amine curing agent, so that the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint is improved to a certain extent; the modified graphene oxide with high mechanical strength, compact structure, strong physical shielding property and large specific surface area is adopted, so that the mechanical property of the water-based epoxy floor paint is improved, the interlayer spacing of graphene oxide functional groups is obviously increased by the modified graphene oxide, the crystallinity is weakened, the aggregation and stacking among graphene sheet layers are avoided, the dispersion of the graphene sheet layers in a water-based epoxy coating is facilitated, and the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint is greatly improved; and the plasticizer and the toughening agent are added, so that the binding power, the mechanical property and the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint are further improved, and the application and the development of the graphene oxide in the water-based epoxy floor paint are facilitated.

step S103: preparing KH-550 modified graphene oxide: and (3) adding the KH-550 solution obtained in the step (S102) into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (S101), reacting for 24 hours at 50 ℃, and then separating, washing and drying to obtain the KH-550 modified graphene oxide.

step S111: preparing a graphene oxide solution: dispersing graphene oxide in dimethylformamide to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
step S112: preparation of diisocyanate solution: dispersing diisocyanate in dimethylformamide to obtain a diisocyanate dispersion liquid;
step S113: preparing diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide: and (3) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (S111) and the diisocyanate dispersion liquid obtained in the step (S112) in a nitrogen atmosphere, and reacting at 90 ℃ for 48 hours to obtain the diisocyanate grafted and modified graphene oxide.

As can be seen from the above embodiments of the present invention, the acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint of the present invention employs an aromatic amine curing agent, which improves the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint to a certain extent; the modified graphene oxide with high mechanical strength, compact structure, strong physical shielding property and large specific surface area is adopted, so that the mechanical property of the water-based epoxy floor paint is improved, the interlayer spacing of graphene oxide functional groups is obviously increased by the modified graphene oxide, the crystallinity is weakened, the aggregation and stacking among graphene sheet layers are avoided, the dispersion of the graphene sheet layers in a water-based epoxy coating is facilitated, and the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint is greatly improved; and the plasticizer and the toughening agent are added, so that the binding power, the mechanical property and the acid resistance of the water-based epoxy floor paint are further improved, and the application and the development of the graphene oxide in the water-based epoxy floor paint are facilitated.

the waterborne epoxy curing agent is an aromatic amine curing agent, and the modified graphene oxide is one of KH-550 modified graphene oxide or diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide.
2. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the KH-550 modified graphene oxide comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a graphene oxide solution: putting graphene oxide into a beaker, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
2) preparing KH-550 solution: putting KH-550 and absolute ethyl alcohol into a beaker, and uniformly stirring to obtain a KH-550 solution;
3) preparing KH-550 modified graphene oxide: adding the KH-550 solution obtained in the step 2) into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1), reacting at 50-70 ℃ for 18-24h, and then separating, washing and drying to obtain the KH-550 modified graphene oxide.
3. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing a graphene oxide solution: dispersing graphene oxide in dimethylformamide to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid;
(b) preparation of diisocyanate solution: dispersing diisocyanate in dimethylformamide to obtain a diisocyanate dispersion liquid;
(c) preparing diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide: and (b) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion liquid obtained in the step (a) and the diisocyanate dispersion liquid obtained in the step (b) in a nitrogen atmosphere, and reacting at 90-100 ℃ for 24-48h to obtain the diisocyanate grafted modified graphene oxide.
4. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the filler is one or more of bentonite, ground calcium carbonate and talcum powder.
5. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pigment filler is one of pearl powder, titanium dioxide or lithopone.
6. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is a hydrophilic defoaming agent.
7. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plasticizer is one of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester or bismaleimide.
8. The acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the toughening agent is one of amido nitrile rubber or polysulfide rubber.
9. The preparation method of the acid-resistant water-based epoxy floor paint is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified graphene oxide: self-made modified graphene oxide for later use;
(2) high-speed stirring: weighing a certain amount of waterborne epoxy resin, modified graphene oxide, nano zinc oxide and gas-phase white carbon black in a stirring container according to a formula, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 400-600r/min, adding a certain amount of filler and pigment filler, adding a proper amount of defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring;
