A preparation method of an environment-friendly accelerant comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of white smoke; 40-60 parts of diisopropyl xanthate; 10-15 parts of a processing aid; 10-20 parts of a carrier.
S2, putting white smoke, diisopropyl xanthate, a processing aid and a carrier into a mixer, mixing for 30 minutes, and then discharging;
and S3, putting the mixed material in the step S2 into a screw machine for extrusion and granulation, wherein the temperature is below 70 ℃.

Claims (7)
1. An environment-friendly accelerant is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of white smoke;
40-60 parts of diisopropyl xanthate;
10-15 parts of a processing aid;
10-20 parts of a carrier.
2. The environment-friendly accelerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing aid is a naphthenic oil.
3. The environmental protection accelerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrier comprises one of nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer and ethylene propylene diene monomer.
4. The environmental protection accelerator as set forth in claim 1, wherein the white smoke is composed of silica.
5. The environment-friendly accelerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the accelerator comprises 33 to 37 parts of white smoke, 47 to 55 parts of diisopropyl xanthate, 12 to 14 parts of a processing aid and 13 to 17 parts of a carrier.
6. The environment-friendly accelerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the accelerator comprises 35 parts of white smoke, 50 parts of diisopropyl xanthate, 13 parts of processing aid and 15 parts of carrier.
7. A process for the preparation of an environmentally friendly accelerator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the steps of:
s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of white smoke; 40-60 parts of diisopropyl xanthate; 10-15 parts of a processing aid; 10-20 parts of a carrier;
s2, putting white smoke, diisopropyl xanthate, a processing aid and a carrier into a mixer, mixing for 30 minutes, and then discharging;
and S3, putting the mixed material in the step S2 into a screw machine for extrusion and granulation, wherein the temperature is below 70 ℃.
