Abstract
The invention provides polyurethane environment-friendly foam and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) introducing polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, silicone oil, a cell opening agent, a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent serving as a first group of raw materials into a first group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; introducing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate serving as a second group of raw materials into a second group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; (2) introducing the first group of raw materials and the second group of raw materials into a mould according to the proportion by using a foaming machine; (3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 3-5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam. The invention adopts the trihydric alcohol and the dihydric alcohol, has degradability, solves the problems of degradation and recovery treatment of polyurethane products, effectively degrades and reduces environmental pollution, and has the characteristic of natural environmental protection.

The invention relates to the field of foam cotton, and particularly relates to polyurethane environment-friendly foam cotton and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The foam cotton is a material foamed by plastic particles, such as a polystyrene foam board, a polyvinyl chloride foam insulation board, polyurethane foam cotton and the like, and is used in the industries of civil construction, refrigeration, transportation, engineering, water life saving equipment, various instrument packages, daily sundry goods and the like.

(3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 3-5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam.
The raw materials are as follows by weight: 87-92 parts of polyether polyol, 1.2-2.1 parts of hard foam silicone oil, 1.4-2.2 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.3-0.6 part of an amine catalyst, 0.8-1.2 parts of a pore-forming agent and 0.7-1.5 parts of a foaming agent;
22-25 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 22-25 parts of toluene diisocyanate.
The weight ratio of the first group of raw materials to the second group of raw materials is 1: 0.5;
the weight ratio of the diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the toluene diisocyanate in the second group of raw materials is 1: 1.
The polyether polyol is formed by mixing trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; the average molecular weight of the triol is 2000-8000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-85 mgKOH/g; the average molecular weight of the dihydric alcohol is 2000-6000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-60 mgKOH/g.
The rigid foam silicone oil is one of rigid foam silicone oil AK-8805, rigid foam silicone oil AK-158 and rigid foam silicone oil L-6860.
The cross-linking agent is one or a combination of more of 1, 4-butanediol, ethylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and methyldiethanolamine.
The amine catalyst is one or two of dimethylamine, trimethylamine, N-dimethyl octadecylamine, urea, ethylenediamine or imidazole.
The cell opening agent is a mixture of a polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether type cell opening agent and a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane copolymer type cell opening agent.
The foaming agent is water.
The polyurethane environment-friendly foam is prepared by the preparation method.
The polyurethane environment-friendly foam and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that:
the ternary alcohol and the dihydric alcohol are adopted, so that the degradation property is realized, the degradation and recovery treatment problems of polyurethane products are solved, the environmental pollution is reduced by effective degradation, and the natural environment-friendly characteristic is realized.

(1) introducing polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, silicone oil, a cell opening agent, a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent serving as a first group of raw materials into a first group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 90.1 parts of polyether polyol, 1.2 parts of hard foam silicone oil, 1.7 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.37 part of amine catalyst, 1.2 parts of cell opening agent and 1.2 parts of foaming agent;
the polyether polyol is formed by mixing trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; the average molecular weight of the triol is 2000-8000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-85 mgKOH/g; the average molecular weight of the dihydric alcohol is 2000-6000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-60 mgKOH/g.
The rigid foam silicone oil is rigid foam silicone oil AK-8805.
The cross-linking agent is 1, 4-butanediol.
The amine catalyst is dimethylamine.
The cell opening agent is a mixture of a polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether type cell opening agent and a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane copolymer type cell opening agent.
The foaming agent is water.
Introducing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate serving as a second group of raw materials into a second group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 22 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 22 parts of toluene diisocyanate.

(3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam.

A preparation method of polyurethane environment-friendly foam comprises the following steps:
(1) introducing polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, silicone oil, a cell opening agent, a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent serving as a first group of raw materials into a first group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 92 parts of polyether polyol, 1.4 parts of hard foam silicone oil, 1.8 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.3 part of an amine catalyst, 1.2 parts of a pore-forming agent and 0.7 part of a foaming agent;
the polyether polyol is formed by mixing trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; the average molecular weight of the triol is 2000-8000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-85 mgKOH/g; the average molecular weight of the dihydric alcohol is 2000-6000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-60 mgKOH/g.
The rigid foam silicone oil is rigid foam silicone oil L-6860.
The cross-linking agent is ethylene glycol.
The amine catalyst is trimethylamine or N, N-dimethyl octadecylamine.
The cell opening agent is a mixture of a polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether type cell opening agent and a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane copolymer type cell opening agent.
The foaming agent is water.
Introducing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate serving as a second group of raw materials into a second group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 25 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 25 parts of toluene diisocyanate.
(2) Introducing the first group of raw materials and the second group of raw materials into a mould according to the proportion by using a foaming machine; the weight ratio of the first group of raw materials to the second group of raw materials is 1: 0.5;
(3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam.

A preparation method of polyurethane environment-friendly foam comprises the following steps:
(1) introducing polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, silicone oil, a cell opening agent, a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent serving as a first group of raw materials into a first group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 92 parts of polyether polyol, 1.2 parts of hard foam silicone oil, 2 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.5 part of an amine catalyst, 1 part of a cell opening agent and 1.5 parts of a foaming agent;
the polyether polyol is formed by mixing trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; the average molecular weight of the triol is 2000-8000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-85 mgKOH/g; the average molecular weight of the dihydric alcohol is 2000-6000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-60 mgKOH/g.
The rigid foam silicone oil is rigid foam silicone oil AK-158.
The cross-linking agent is methyl diethanolamine.
The amine catalyst is urea.
The cell opening agent is a mixture of a polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether type cell opening agent and a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane copolymer type cell opening agent.
The foaming agent is water.
Introducing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate serving as a second group of raw materials into a second group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine; 24 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 24 parts of toluene diisocyanate.
(2) Introducing the first group of raw materials and the second group of raw materials into a mould according to the proportion by using a foaming machine; the weight ratio of the first group of raw materials to the second group of raw materials is 1: 0.5;
(3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 3-5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam.
The products obtained in the examples were tested and the results are as follows:

1. A preparation method of polyurethane environment-friendly foam is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) introducing polyether polyol, an amine catalyst, silicone oil, a cell opening agent, a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent serving as a first group of raw materials into a first group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine;
introducing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate serving as a second group of raw materials into a second group of raw material barrel of a foaming machine;
(2) introducing the first group of raw materials and the second group of raw materials into a mould according to the proportion by using a foaming machine;
(3) and (3) demolding after the raw materials react in the mold for 3-5 minutes to obtain the polyurethane environment-friendly foam.
2. The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the raw materials are as follows by weight: 87-92 parts of polyether polyol, 1.2-2.1 parts of hard foam silicone oil, 1.4-2.2 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.3-0.6 part of an amine catalyst, 0.8-1.2 parts of a pore-forming agent and 0.7-1.5 parts of a foaming agent;
22-25 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 22-25 parts of toluene diisocyanate.
3. The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the weight ratio of the first group of raw materials to the second group of raw materials is 1: 0.5;
the weight ratio of the diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the toluene diisocyanate in the second group of raw materials is 1: 1.

The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the polyether polyol is formed by mixing trihydric alcohol and dihydric alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; the average molecular weight of the triol is 2000-8000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-85 mgKOH/g; the average molecular weight of the dihydric alcohol is 2000-6000, and the hydroxyl value is 20-60 mgKOH/g.
5. The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the rigid foam silicone oil is one of rigid foam silicone oil AK-8805, rigid foam silicone oil AK-158 and rigid foam silicone oil L-6860.

The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the cross-linking agent is one or a combination of more of 1, 4-butanediol, ethylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and methyldiethanolamine.
7. The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the amine catalyst is one or two of dimethylamine, trimethylamine, N-dimethyl octadecylamine, urea, ethylenediamine or imidazole.

The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the cell opening agent is a mixture of a polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether type cell opening agent and a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane copolymer type cell opening agent.
9. The preparation method of the polyurethane environment-friendly foam as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the foaming agent is water.
10. The polyurethane environment-friendly foam is characterized in that: the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
