The storage unit 32 includes: the storage box 321 and the storage tube 322. The storage box 321 is located at one side of the middle chassis and above the lower extension section, and is connected with the lower extension section. The bottom of the storage box 321 is provided with an induction scale 323, one surface of the induction scale 323 is connected with the top surface of the lower extension section, and the other surface of the induction scale 323 is connected with the bottom surface of the storage box 321 and is used for weighing the cloth belt in the storage box 321; when the sensing scale 323 senses a preset weight, the sensing scale 323 sounds an alarm. When the staff hears the alarm, the efficient tape arranging machine can be closed in time, so that the flattened cloth tapes are prevented from exceeding the upper storage limit of the storage barrel 322, and the cloth tapes are flushed out of the storage barrel 322 to influence subsequent processing. The outer side of the induction scale 323 is provided with a protective casing 324, and the protective casing 324 includes a vertical section and a horizontal section, and the vertical section extends outward perpendicular to the vertical section. The protective shell 324 can protect the induction balance 323 and prevent the induction balance 323 from being damaged and failing.
Further, the storage unit 32 further includes: a fastener 325. Both ends of the fixing member 325 are connected to the inner wall of the storage box 321 for fixing the storage cylinder 322. The worker can continue to work even if the knotting of the cloth belt is released, and the belt arranging machine for efficiently arranging the belts is operated. The cloth belt is between the first pressing wheels 3123 in the belt pressing unit 31, the first pressing wheels 3123 rotate to drive the second pressing wheels 3124 to rotate, and the cloth belt is rolled by the first pressing wheels 3123 and the second pressing wheels 3124 and then enters the storage barrel 322 for subsequent direct processing. When the induction balance 323 below the storage barrel 322 induces that the cloth tape in the storage barrel 322 is accumulated to a preset value, the induction balance 323 gives an alarm, and an operator can close the efficient belt arranging machine in time to avoid excessive accumulation of the cloth tape.
Thus, the use process of the efficient belt arranging machine of the preferred embodiment is completed.
According to the efficient tape arranging machine, the tape winding unit is arranged, the cloth tape is wound on the tape winding unit, and the cloth tape is pulled to rotate by the rotating wheel unit, so that the effect of carding the cloth tape is achieved. The carding machine is simple and efficient in operation, low in labor cost and high in carding precision. The problem of among the prior art strap need manual work comb, lead to carding inefficiency, carding precision is low is solved.

the belt pressing mechanism is connected with the equipment rack and used for pressing the cloth belt; the belt pressing mechanism comprises a belt pressing unit, wherein the belt pressing unit comprises a winding rod assembly and a pressing wheel assembly; the winding rod assembly is arranged above the middle machine case, flanges extending upwards are arranged on two sides above the middle machine case, and the winding rod assembly is arranged between the flanges in a penetrating manner and used for carding cloth belts; the pinch roller assembly is arranged above the middle chassis and is positioned at one side of the winding rod assembly and used for flattening cloth belts; the flange is provided with a plurality of fixing holes which are arranged in parallel, the winding rod assembly comprises a first winding rod, a second winding rod and a third winding rod, and the first winding rod is arranged in the fixing holes in a penetrating manner and is used for carding cloth belts; the second winding rod is arranged in the fixing hole in a penetrating way and is used for carding cloth belts, a plurality of limiting wheels are arranged on the second winding rod, the limiting wheels are in sliding connection with the second winding rod, the third winding rod comprises a first rod part and a second rod part, and the first rod part is in rotary connection with the fixing hole; the second rod part is fixedly connected with the first rod part; the third winding rod can rotate in the fixing hole through the first rod part so as to change the heights of the second rod part and the top surface of the middle chassis;
wherein, the winding unit includes:
the lifting assembly is positioned at one side of the middle chassis and below the upper extension section; the lifting component is used for winding cloth belts and assisting in carding the cloth belts; the method comprises the steps of,

when the cloth belt is in a normal state, the relative position of the sliding block and the sliding rail is kept unchanged; when the cloth belt is in an abnormal state, the sliding block moves upwards along the sliding rail; when the sliding block moves upwards along the sliding rail, the first sensor receives induction and gives an alarm;
the sliding block comprises a sliding part and a mounting part; the sliding part is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, the installation part is connected with the sliding part can be detached, so that the installation part with different sizes can be replaced, a retaining ring is arranged on the installation part and used for winding a cloth belt, and the cloth belt is wound on the retaining ring so as to pull the sliding block to slide along the sliding rail.
