A folding lining blank for a reusable tableware packaging box is characterized by comprising a first side supporting plate, an upper positioning laminate, a first supporting plate, a middle positioning laminate, a second supporting plate, a lower positioning laminate and a second side supporting plate which are sequentially connected through crease lines, wherein two opposite edges of the upper positioning laminate are connected with a first side vertical plate through the crease lines, two opposite edges of the lower positioning laminate are connected with a second side vertical plate through the crease lines,
wherein:
the upper positioning laminate, the middle positioning laminate and the lower positioning laminate are the same in size and shape;
two opposite first cutting positioning plates are cut on the upper positioning layer plate, and at least one first positioning hole is cut on each first cutting positioning plate;
the middle positioning layer plate is provided with chopstick positioning parts and/or chopstick rack positioning parts, the chopstick positioning parts comprise two opposite chopstick cutting positioning plates formed by cutting the middle positioning layer plate, each chopstick cutting positioning plate is cut with at least one second positioning hole, the chopstick rack positioning parts comprise two opposite chopstick rack cutting positioning plates formed by cutting the middle positioning layer plate, and each chopstick rack cutting positioning plate is cut with at least one third positioning hole;
the lower positioning laminate is provided with at least one positioning unit, and each positioning unit comprises a circular positioning hole formed by cutting and cutting sheets distributed in an annular matrix along the circular positioning hole;
the lock bolt is characterized in that a cut lock bolt is arranged on the first side supporting plate, a cut socket is arranged on the second side supporting plate, and the lock bolt and the socket can be matched for locking.

8. A method of using a foldable liner blank according to claim 6, wherein the method of recycling the foldable liner blank comprises the steps of:
