Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and embodiments. The purpose and purpose of these exemplary embodiments are merely to illustrate the present invention and are not intended to limit the true scope of the present invention in any way.
In the present invention, some azimuth terms are defined, and unless otherwise stated, terms such as "up, down, left, right" are defined in the normal use case of the modular video equipment cart provided by the present invention, and may refer to the up, down, left, and right directions shown in fig. 1. "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the contour of each component itself. These directional terms are used for ease of understanding and thus do not limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 appropriately, the modular video equipment vehicle according to the basic embodiment provided by the present invention includes a first support plate 1, casters 4 mounted under the first support plate 1, a support post 2 mounted on the first support plate 1, and a second support plate 3 mounted on the support post 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the first support plate 1 includes a support plate 11 and a fixing base 12 fixed to the support plate 11. The number of the fixing seats 12 is determined according to the shape of the supporting plate 11, the supporting plate 11 is a rectangular plate, the number of the fixing seats 12 is 4, and the 4 fixing seats 12 are respectively and fixedly installed at four corners of the supporting plate 11. The fixing base 12 and the supporting plate 11 are assembled in advance in a factory. Referring to fig. 3, the fixing base 12 is provided with a rectangular fixing hole 121, and the fixing hole 121 is a through hole.
The structure of the second support plate 3 is the same as that of the first support plate 1, i.e. the second support plate 3 and the first support plate 1 can be interchanged. The cross section of the support posts 2 is the same as the fixing holes 121 in size and shape, and the number of the support posts 2 is the same as the number of the fixing seats 12. The two ends of the support column 2 are respectively inserted into the fixing holes 121 of the fixing seats 12 of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 3, and the support column 2 and the fixing seats 12 are locked by the locking pieces 5.
In the modular video equipment vehicle provided in the above basic embodiment, when the modular video equipment vehicle is assembled, the post 2 is only required to be inserted into the fixing seat 12 of the first support plate 1 provided with the castor 4 (the castor and the first support plate can be assembled in advance in a factory), the locking member 5 is used for locking, and then the second support plate 3 is installed on the post 2 and locked by the locking member 5. When the support is disassembled, the second support plate 3 is pulled out of the support column 2 after the locking piece 5 for locking the second support plate 3 is unscrewed, and then the locking piece 5 for locking the first support plate 1 is unscrewed, so that the support column 2 is pulled out of the first support plate 1. Since the fixing hole 121 of the fixing base 12 is a rectangular hole, the supporting column 2 is also a rectangular supporting column, and when the supporting column 2 is inserted into the fixing hole 121 of the fixing base 12 and then locked by the locking member 5, the supporting column 2 and the fixing base 12 can be firmly fixed. The invention can be assembled into the video equipment vehicle only by four modules, namely the support post 2, the support plate, the locking piece 5 and the castor 4, so that the interchangeability among all parts of the invention is strong, and the maintenance of the video equipment vehicle can be realized by only storing a small number of spare parts in daily use.
Compared with the prior art that tens of screws are required to be disassembled and assembled when the film and television equipment vehicle is disassembled and assembled, the modularized film and television equipment vehicle (such as equipment vehicle with four support posts) provided by the invention only needs to unscrew 8 locking pieces 5. Therefore, the invention has extremely high disassembly and assembly advantages compared with the prior film and television equipment vehicle.
In the present invention, the locking member 5 may be a variety of locking members commonly used, and preferably, the locking member 5 is a locking bolt. When the strut 2 is locked by using the locking bolt, the locking bolt is first screwed on the hole wall of the fixing hole 121, and then the locking bolt is screwed down so that the locking bolt abuts against the strut 2. In order to further improve the assembly and disassembly efficiency, as shown in fig. 3, a handle is provided on the locking bolt, and when the video equipment is assembled and disassembled, a worker can conveniently screw the locking bolt by only rotating the handle so as to separate or fix the support post 2 from the fixing seat 12.
In order to make the modular video equipment cart structure have better structural rigidity and reduce the production cost, in a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the hole wall of the fixing hole 121 protrudes outwards to form a trapezoid boss 1211. As shown in fig. 4, the pillar 2 is provided with a trapezoidal groove 21, and the trapezoidal groove 21 is a through groove penetrating along the length direction of the pillar 2. The trapezoidal boss 1211 is fitted to the trapezoidal groove 21, that is, when the stay 2 is mounted in the fixing hole 121, each end face of the trapezoidal boss 1211 facing the stay 2 is fitted to the groove wall of the trapezoidal groove 21 on the stay 2. In this embodiment, by disposing the trapezoid boss 1211 on the hole wall of the fixing hole 121, when the pillar 2 is inserted into the fixing hole 121, the fitting between the trapezoid boss 1211 and the trapezoid groove 21 can effectively reduce the production precision of the pillar 2 and the positioning hole 22 while ensuring stable fitting between the pillar 2 and the positioning hole 22, thereby reducing the cost of the modularized video equipment vehicle.
